I can’t recommend Busy Bees Thorpe Business Park enough!

My daughter attends Busy Bees Norwich Thorpe and has since she was a baby. The care throughout all the nursery has been to a high standard and all of her key workers have done a fantastic job of keeping me updated with everything she does. I cannot thank the whole team enough for their hard work.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming team - they have made my sons first month at nursery easy, relaxed and happy for the whole family! Settling in sessions have been appropriate and well managed and the first few full day sessions my son has enjoyed playing and eating, and even napping!

I cannot rave about Busy Bees at Norwich Thorpe enough! I have found the staff extremely helpful and reassuring, making leaving my little one that bit easier. Also the bond My daughter has clearly made with the staff already is just wonderful to see. Thanks for all your hard work!

My one-year-old has been going to Busy Bees for under a month and she loves it! I’ve already noticed she’s becoming more confident. Her eating has also improved massively, she hasn’t been a fantastic eater and can be quite fussy. The nursery has really helped me and have given me a copy of the recipes. The ParentZone portal helps me see what is happening during the day so I don’t feel like I’m missing anything with her. Would definitely recommend. Nothing seems to much for them. Plus my girl loves it

I've loved both of my sons attending the nursery. I know they're very well looked after and the staff are always friendly, and I can tell they care. Thank you again, unfortunately, we're having to move to a different setting due to location, we will certainly miss Busy Bees.

During the current pandemic, all the staff have done a great job with what has been a really tough 18 months. The staff are always really happy and helpful and are always keen to tell me about my little ones day. My little one adores his key worker and had come on leaps and bound this last year. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them!

The staff at Busy Bees Norwich Thorpe are all amazing. My son really loves attending, the meals they provide are varied and seasonal. He has lots of fun with his friends there, with lots of outdoor activities, crafts and reading. The way they have dealt with the last years has been beyond what we could ask for.

Our daughter has been attending the nursery for the past two years and she loves it. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and she loves the activities they set up. As parents, we are kept regularly updated and made aware of themed days.

Our 2 years old boy has joined Busy Bees at Thorpe in September 2021 and we have been really impressed with the nursery. The staff is professional, very friendly and super accommodating. We also found communication with the team very responsive to our needs and they look after our boy so well. He is smiling when he enters the nursery and we get regular updates on their activities throughout the day. The food menu has a great variety of nutritious food. Super happy! Thank you.

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees at Norwich Thorpe for nearly two years and the care given has always been exceptional. She will always talk about the staff, especially the chef. It has been difficult not being able to go into nursery but we have still felt involved due to updates on the app, emails and talking with staff. Very friendly and approachable staff.

My son loves going to nursery and playing with his friends. He especially loves how much time they play outside in the garden! I appreciate the updates we get on the app and at collection as it makes it clear how much fun he’s having as well as how much he’s learning and developing. People often comment on how good his speech is. I don’t hesitate to recommend the nursery to friends as we have never had any problems.

The team at Busy Bees at Norwich Thorpe have been amazing with our son. He started at nine months old and he's now three years old and has always loved going to nursery. The team are always thoughtful and work to the strengths and interests of the children. They always welcome each child by name too, even those that don't directly care for them, which is amazing and it's a lovely family feel. Our son has lots of nursery friends and loves to tell us about his day when he gets home, always with a smile on his face. Throughout Covid-19 they have been amazing, working so hard to keep providing childcare in a safe and fun way. His key workers have always been amazing too. The app they use to keep parents updated during the day is great and we get lots of photo's of him enjoying his day. It's amazing to see our son in his element, doing activities with his friends and he loves it. We would thoroughly recommend this nursery, without a doubt.

Our child has been at Busy Bees at Norwich Thorpe since he was two years old. When we chose our nursery, we had two main questions. Firstly, is there diversity and secondly, do the staff have experience of children that have been previously looked after. Busy Bees at Norwich Thorpe ticked both boxes on paper and then exceeded all our expectations. This nursery is our child's home away from home. The staff are just brilliant, attentive and listen to what you as parents are concerned about and report back on how your child is doing, taking your concerns into account. They are loving and caring towards each child and give their all. In terms of safety, our boy has barely been unwell during Covid-19 which is unheard of at nursery. This is a true testament of how clean they have kept their school, which is not a small feature when you have small humans running and sneezing everywhere! I could go on but there is a word limit so, thank you to the nursery manager and all the team at Busy Bees at Norwich Thorpe!

I was extremely anxious about going back to work and leaving my one year old at nursery but everyone at the nursery has made the process so easy! They really do make the experience of introducing your child to nursery so easy and they are extremely reassuring. My little boy loves his teachers and never seems upset about leaving me which is such a relief. I couldn’t be happier with the care he receives when he is at nursery as he always seems to have a lovely time. I have found he is beginning to show new skills that he has picked up from nursery at home which is lovely. I am so happy with how welcoming and approachable everyone is that works at Busy Bees at Norwich Thorpe!

My son has attended since January 2020, when we moved away from his previous nursery. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, really helping him adjust to his new environment and providing me with updates during the day. He is now in his final few months before going to primary school. The staff in his room are doing a fantastic job of preparing him with all the skills he will need on his next adventure.The office staff are fantastic too, helping with guidance on how to complete statutory forms, as an example. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Both our children attend this nursery. Our daughter is now in the preschool room, having been at Busy Bees since babies. The kids are thriving at nursery and have formed close bonds with the staff. They are genuinely caring and have been our little bit of normality through Covid. They are quick to pick up on any concerns or issues with the children and treat them as the little individuals they are. Highly recommend this nursery.

My 2-year-old son has attended since he was 9-months-old and he absolutely loves it. The staff are all amazing and so supportive. I love the pictures and updates I get during the day as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

My preschool son joined Busy Bees Thorpe after two failed nursery placements. His experience here has been everything I could have hoped for and more. Due to the pandemic and being at home for a year his social skills were a little behind some of his peers. During his very short time at Busy Bees he has come on leaps and bounds. Nothing is ever too much trouble, every set back met with calmness and a positive response. We have gone from worrying he wouldn't start school in September to looking forward to him beginning! The staff have given me my confidence back in being Mum and my son just loves his days at preschool now. Thank you!

My daughter has attended Busy Bees Thorpe since she was around 9-months-old. She's now almost 3 and still absolutely loves nursery. The staff are so caring and patient, she eats a well-balanced diet and she has learnt so much from attending. She would go every day if she could. I can't thank staff enough for how much they've helped my daughter grow and learn.
