He thoroughly enjoys his time here and is always learning new things and they encourage his development.
They have been a great support for his listening skills.
The variety of activities are brilliant.
I have had nothing but great things to say about Treetops. My daughter's key worker is so very kind, caring and my daughter is besotted with her. She also call's another lady her third Nanny - so she is also close to her. All the staff are easy to talk to and very helpful. I'm so very happy with the place and I'm sad that she will be leaving in September to start school.
Treetops has been fantastic for our daughter and couldn't be happier with the care and support that she receives. Both working full time, it was a big thing for us to find a nursery that we are comfortable with. Treetops and the staff there have been a great help. The staff at Treetops have really helped with her development and with her general manners. I could not be happier with our choice of nursery. Mainly our daughter gets on with all the staff and is happy while she's there, and you can see how much the staff care for the children.
My son started at Treetops at 9 months old and he has just turned 2. The changes that have been made have been amazing. The staff are warm and friendly and they all know all of the children greeting them a smile and a hello in the morning. The nursery embraces a wide range of training, frequently and it is great to see current pedagogy being put into practice, especially around positive behaviour strategies.
Feedback is frequently asked for and acted upon which really makes me as a parent feel that my input and opinions matter.
This is truly a happy and warm place and my son is thriving. I always feel that I can ask for advice on anything to do with my son and as a first-time parent never feel that a question is too small.
I am so glad that I decided on Treetops and that we have been on the positive journey which gives my son a safe, warm and fun learning environment. It is lovely watching him flourish knowing that he is cared for as an individual little person.
In the year my son has attended Treetops there has been a vast improvement and this has been mainly due to the change in management. My son has been through three rooms and in all, I cannot complain about the care given and the improvement in my son's learning.
I have to say the majority of staff I have encountered and of course my son's feedback has been fantastic.
My boy absolutely loves coming to nursery, he enjoys playing with all the different toys and doing all the different activities. He has no problem with me dropping him off as the staff are always so lovely and welcoming. They always tell me what he's been doing that day and what he's been eating. I would definitely recommend Treetops to friends and family.
My son loves coming to school every day and I can highly recommend Treetops (St Neots). Lovely staff, always very welcoming and make you feel comfortable about leaving your child. My son has been attending since he was 20 months old and has come on so well. He is definitely ready for big school in September thanks to all he has learnt here.
A very welcoming environment. My daughter has always enjoyed coming into nursery, always looks forward to coming each day and comes home learning something new every day. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Very friendly nursery, dedicated staff. My daughter enjoys nursery for the two days she attends and the key workers are very helpful
Treetops has been fantastic for the last few months that our son has been attending. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, and have already built up a fantastic rapport with our son. They take great care to keep us well informed about his care and his activities, and we could not be happier.
I'm leaving a review because I'm so sad to be leaving the nursery. We are moving house and if we could take Treetops (part of the Busy Bees group) and its staff with us we would. Our son settled so quickly and talks about the staff all the time. They play with the children in an educational, but loving way. The facilities are excellent and I can't think of a single thing I would fault them on. The manager and the team are thoughtful, helpful, efficient and caring.
Overall really happy with the nursery. Staff are always friendly and always very helpful. Pleased with daughters development.
Since relocating from Wales with my 3-year-old daughter, Treetops have made the transition to changing nurseries very easy. They have worked on continuing her development with lots of daily activities. She loves the garden and staff are very friendly. The Key workers take time with each child to make a development portfolio to ensure they are reaching their developmental milestones.
I am astonished to read these reviews, and cannot help but doubt some of them. For readers who aren't aware (because this nursery continues to use their historic 'good' rating online), this setting was rated 'requires improvement' in late 2016, with serious concerns raised around child safety and learning. As another reviewer notes, this is largely due to systemic failures of the nursery management and a 'revolving door' staffing policy. My eldest daughter started in the nursery aged 14months, and will be moving up to school this September; we are counting down the days until she leaves. My youngest attended for just a few weeks until we could secure her a place elsewhere. In fairness, I should note that my daughter had an excellent first key worker at the nursery, and the facilities are very good. However, they are let down by the lack of management, chronic understaffing, poor attitude/limited experience of existing staff and the failure to observe, support or control older children.
My 2 children have attended Treetops Day Nursery - (St Neots) since they were 9 months old and have both really enjoyed their time there. My son was a little shy when he first started but has developed really well and is so much more confident and interacts well with others, their development is a credit to Treetops. I also think the actual care is excellent and as a working mum, this is the most important part for me, knowing when I have to dash off in the morning that the staff are really looking after them well. It's a big decision deciding on a nursery when you go back to work, but it was the right decision for me and would recommend treetops to others, having looked at a few in St Neots. It is a larger nursery but I think the benefit is the flexibility if you need to add some extra hours for example and the garden after the renovation is excellent.
My son started in the early part of 2016. At the time he started, the management was changing and I had a few concerns on approaching the new manager. When she started, she assured me things would improve, although during all of this my son has always been happy there. With the new manager and fab new staff, the nursery has turned around with its general look activities and resources. Both me and my son couldn't be happier with the nursery. Well done!!!
Having been a customer of Treetops Day Nursery - (St Neots) for just over three years, I have experienced ups and downs in the levels of service offered by the nursery. In part, that seems to have been caused by a turnover of managers within short periods of time. This seems to have changed with appointment of the new manager and the standards seem to be improving with a good level of organisation. Overall, the key aspects of the nursery are the staff who look after the children. I have known some who have been there from the beginning and they really know their work and the manner of how to interact with the children.
Staff working in the Hippo Room are fantastic. They have really helped my son settle in. They are great with him. The new manager is also very welcoming and has made some positive changes and improvements.
During my daughter's time at the nursery, she has progressed to the different rooms & each time the staff have made the transition very easy & natural for both myself & my daughter.
As a full time working mum, leaving my daughter is not something I take lightly however I feel totally at ease that she is happy & loved at this nursery. My daughter tells me every day when I pick her up 'what a lovely day' she has had & talks about the care staff continually e.g. they are her best friends, she can't wait to see them etc etc.
This nursery is a credit to the Treetops family & would recommend it wholeheartedly.
The staff and manager have been warm, friendly and reassuring throughout my daughters settling in period. I have been made to feel like I can ring at any time and that nothing is too much trouble. The staff in the baby room seem to genuinely care for the young people they look after and I am happy with both my daughter' keyworker and the room leader. The manager seems to be hands on and not always in the office which I feel is important too! Very happy parent! :)
