Discover the modern, purpose-built Cambridge Science Park Day Nursery and Preschool, designed to inspire your child and support their development, from the age of 3 months to 5 years.
With five spacious, open-plan rooms your child will have plenty of space to explore, with age-tailored resources and imaginative learning environments. Each room has free-flow access to its own garden and they also have a communal courtyard with a large built-in sandpit where the children are able to feel the sand between their toes and imagine they’re exploring the seaside.

The Team pride themselves on providing a safe, exciting and enjoyable nursery where children thrive as they learn. They provide inspirational and engaging learning experiences using the innovative and well-established Boogie Mites and the unique Growing Enhancement programmes. These ‘Growing’ programmes give your child the inspiration and knowledge to navigate subjects such as mathematics, art, reading and writing. They also encourage vocational subjects such as art, gardening and cooking, helping to lay the foundations for future academic and creative achievements. The qualified teacher, who runs the preschool room, further supports the children with getting ready for school.

Both of my children attended this nursery from when they were 8 months old up to when they began school they were always very well cared for. My daughter has allergies and eczema and her needs were always met.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was set out with activities for when my son walked in. My son loves his keyworker and the room.

I always felt happy and comfortable leaving my daughter at Bright Horizons. The staff always engaged with her on arrival and made the handover smooth (despite tears sometimes). My daughter was always playing happily when I arrived to collect her and often talked about her days activities on the way
home. Staff always gave me a detailed description of the day and my daughter's behaviour.

Just want to say a massive thank you to all of the nursery team from room level up to management for their fantastic work at the nursery. My child has been in the setting now for 2 years and the quality of the care and education they have received has been phenomenal. There is clear commitment from
my childs key person and support/advice is given from all levels.
There has been a massive change to the nursery since management changed from August 2014 - well done to the manager and her team, their honest open approach has made me recommend the nursery to fellow colleagues at my workplace.

My son attended this nursery for just over 2 months and only left due to changes in my employment (which was a very difficult decision) due to him being so settled. Throughout this time I have been more than happy with all aspects of his care at the nursery. In particular the relationship he built with
his key worker. It was tough returning to work and leaving my son, but my experience here gave me great confidence that he was in safe hands.

Fantastic service provided by all levels within this nursery provision. Lovely airy and very inviting setting that has recently invested in lots of new resources and equipment. Every aspect of the setting is of the highest standard, from observations from my daughter's key person, to the administrator
when dealing with financial queries. Thank you to everyone involved, you are all truly amazing.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2019

I have worked within the childcare industry since 2009 and have immensely enjoyed every minute of it! I joined our Bright Horizons family in 2012, where I have continued to grow and develop within the company and gained my NVQ Level 3 qualification.


I have enjoyed the experience with all ages, but even more so with the younger children due to being a room leader in a baby room for 7 years. My passion is to thrive in exceptional parent and partnership, maintaining a good relationship with all parents and potential clients to ensure parents know they can approach me when necessary. I have a son who makes me proud every single day as he grows and develops with all the new skills he's learning. I am a bubbly, outgoing character who loves animals, especially horses, as I was brought up around them. This gives me a great excuse to explore the countryside with my family at the weekends. My son keeps me busy and enjoys visiting the zoo and farms in our spare time, too!
