Bright Horizons Banstead Day Nursery and Preschool

She has gained so much confidence within herself since being at Wishing Willows and are extremely grateful for all the hard work of everyone involved. Could not have picked a better pre-school.

My daughter has now been at nursery for 6 months and loves it! It did take her a while to settle in as nursery was new to her but now she asks to go everyday! The staff are fantastic and I know her days are filled with fun and learning. The facilities are great and food varied. Would highly recommend.

The staff are great and have a good understanding of my son's meeds - they seem very dedicated to their work and my son is very fond of them.

My son is very happy here. I am happy to leave him and go to work and not worry about him. He is doing very well and is loving learning a language.

My daughter has been attending Wishing Willows since January and has settled in extremely well. The staff were excellent helping my daughter settle in and made the transition very smooth.

I have noticed a vast improvement in her skills and abilities since she joined the nursery, and she has improved even more during her time in pre-school. She does need encouragement when I drop her off in the morning, and her key worker is always there to help her feel more comfortable.

We have had a good experience. Our daughter has settled in well and she's very happy with her key worker. We have found she is always happy to be left at nursery. Overall excellent experience.

Fantastic nursery. Helpful, patient and observant staff. My son really enjoys himself and has the opportunity to take part in lots of activities. The nursery have helped me out when poorly and taken my son for an extra day. Really pleased with my sons progress in all areas, especially eating.

All of the rooms are just been painted, which looks great.

The staff are amazing. All so friendly. They all took the time to make sure my child settled well and that I felt 100% comfortable leaving him.

I am very satisfied with he care given at Wishing Willows. My daughters learning has come on massively. My daughter is always talking about the nursery and the practitioners at home, positively. My daughter tries lots of different food here that she won't at home.

Both my sons has attended Wishing Willows from 9 months old through to pre-school. My eldest son has additional needs and is thriving at school. A large part of this is the support, love and care he received whilst at nursery. Wishing Willow is like an extension of our family and I couldn't ask for a better environment for my children.

My son has settled so quickly, he loves nursery. His confidence has grown so quickly so he now talks much more confidently and plays with other children. He wasn't doing either prior to starting just 2 months ago.

We could not be happier with the nursery. The care our daughter receives is brilliant and the staff are very kind and professional.
