We're very happy with the nursery. My son has been attending Treetops Nursery since he was 9 months old and he is so happy there. It so hard to leave him, but I know that he is been taken care of. He is now almost three and has learned so much and made many friends.

Treetops Nursery - (Epsom) is a great place.

It has a homely and welcoming feel. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and clearly care about the children they look after.

Every day the children get involved with a whole range of activities, which means they thoroughly enjoy themselves. The pre-school

room has a qualified teacher so from age 3 the children start to learn in the classroom, this is great preparation for school.

We have felt like both of our children have been well looked after, which is comforting when we have to leave them for such a long time on the days I am at work.

I highly recommend this nursery. The staff in my child's room are excellent; very enthusiastic and genuinely care about the kids, helping them to become more confident and independent whilst having lots of fun. The garden area is really impressive and has a covered area so the children can play outdoors
whatever the weather. Overall a very well run nursery with great facilities and fantastic staff.

Very happy with the nursery facilities and staff. The staff always very attentive and really care for the children. The security is robust and the nursery is clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend the nursery for other children.

Used this nursery for both my daughter and son over the years. Provides and excellent start in learning and life/social skills resulting in a confident and assertive approach when starting school in advanced of peers. Staff are superb yet very professional and very well trained and supportive of all
these in their care. I love and will continue to recommend Treetops and all their staff for excellence and recognition.

My children have attended Treetops Epsom since January 2014 and I cannot recommend it highly enough to other parents. The baby room is a home-from-home environment while the pre-school develops the children in preparation for the transition to ‘big’ school – offering fun learning and creative play.
The nursery offers excellent activities and outside trips and all meals are well-planned and healthy. My biggest praise is reserved for the staff – they are warm, friendly, enthusiastic and completely dedicated to the well-being of the children – listening to individual needs and responding appropriately. Communication is excellent and every effort is made to involve parents in the running of the nursery. I am able to go to work with peace of mind that my youngest daughter is receiving excellent care. Treetops prepared my elder daughter very well for school and she still talks about the staff a year after leaving. In my opinion it is a wonderful nursery.

Been meaning to leave a review for a while but I can't praise Treetops Epsom enough. Since my child started in the Summer of last year I have been so impressed with how much the nursery have to offer my child.
The staff go above an beyond to make you feel welcome and everyone knows my daughters name
when she arrives in the morning which is lovely. The Manager and Deputy are friendly and approachable and it is lovely to hear them speak so proudly of their team. That was one of the reasons I chose this nursey as it is clear the team work well together as the atmosphere is warm and positive. It's reassuring to hear how many long standing staff they have too as alot of the other nurseries I saw had quite a high staff turnover. I particularly enjoyed the Storybook stay and play and the Winter Fayre and it was clear the staff put alot of effort into making this a fun event for the children. My daughter has just moved up to Hippos and the refurbishment works are fantastic...much better use of space! I feel I am kept well informed of what goes on in the nursery via text messages, emails and newsletters. Can completely see why they are outstanding.

The nursery has a home from home feel about it which is excellent. Always a warm welcome at the door and this makes leaving little ones a happier process. Quality of handover varies by staff and could be improved or made more consistent across staff. There are certain members of pre school who are fantastic
members of the team. They enthuse and encourage whilst teaching and the children clearly benefit enormously from them. The refurbishment is overdue, toilets in pre school have been shabby and in need of thorough cleaning for a while. Doorbell broken. Two areas need continued focus and improvement in my opinion. Staff turnover is high and transition of key workers is disruptive and usually poorly communicated. Also communication generally across the nursery is poor, how about weekly emails, definitely need better comms on illness and infections.
