Rocking Horse at The Nursery Family is Godalming’s hidden gem for childcare, and has a great reputation for high quality childcare and educational provision. The nursery recently had a makeover. They improved and increased the inside and outdoor space; created new rooms for both toddlers and pre-schoolers enabling them to have focussed learning activities and have created a brighter, updated environment for all.
Rocking Horse is a happy, friendly, safe and secure nursery focussed on offering a home-from-home experience for your child, where care for your child is at the centre of everything they do.

Rocking Horse runs a fun learning and social environment where your child can flourish and grow in confidence. Children thoroughly enjoy their time at the nursery. Children of all ages are happy and confident owing to the good partnership between parents, staff and children, which helps staff to meet the individual needs of the children.

My daughters been at this nursery for 18 months now and loves it. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Very helpful if you've got a reluctant clingy child. It's full of lots of different activities throughout the day.

My daughter was very upset for the first few weeks when she started but every member of staff really helped get her settled. I find all the staff very kind and very helpful.

Rocking Horse Nursery has a flexible and caring approach to childcare. I feel that my children are safe, cared for and well entertained when they attend nursery. The nursery isn't fortunate to have extensive grounds but the children still play outside daily and are sometimes taken on local outings or
field trip which are lots of fun. This is the perfect nursery if you are looking for a more informal experience with a family feel and caring staff. My child and I are very happy.

Our children have been attending Rocking Horse Nursery for almost 9 months after we moved them from another local nursery. We could not be happier and most importantly our children love the environment and the wonderful care they receive from the staff. The staff are very nurturing and provide the
children with lots of fun and creative activities; structure; routine; development. The setting is extremely pleasant and very well equipped and staff turnover seems to be very low (we have not noticed any staff move on in the time we have been there!!) Highly recommend this wonderful nursery and we are so glad we moved the children there.

We are extremely happy with Rocking Horse they are a small, friendly nursery where children are nurtured and cared for to the highest standard. We love the family feel of the place. The staff are caring and well established and most importantly consistent. Over the five years, we have been associated
with the nursery we could not have asked for more.

I am really pleased with Rocking Horse Nursery. A caring and friendly atmosphere where I know my son is looked after stimulated and really enjoys his days. I love the fact that he plays outside every day and can also enjoy a whole range of activities inside too. Highly recommend.
