Partou Playtime Day Nursery & Pre-school

Both my daughters have enjoyed Playtime. The staff are great and seem to be well managed with high morale and attention to detail. They are very natural with the children, and accommodate everything to ensure they feel safe and loved. I was sad when my eldest moved on to school but she had a great start at Playtime. Highly recommended.

When viewing nurseries for my son, I was extremely worried about leaving him as he was with me all day everyday. Playtime nursery was the first one I viewed and I knew straight away that was the one. The staff are amazing and they do everything they can to help you when you need it. They have an amazing soft play area and a wide range of toys and books. He has come on leaps and bounds since joining them and is doing amazingly well. Thank you to everyone there for all your work and help.

Both of my children attend Playtime and we're very happy with the care they receive. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, it's a very warm and welcoming nursery. My children are very happy at Playtime and I feel confident that they're learning and developing (as well as having lots of fun!) whilst taking part in the imaginative daily activities. Most importantly I feel the staff really care about the children and I trust them totally with the well being of my own little ones whilst they are in their care.

My godchild has a fantastic time here, she learns all her key stage requirements, food cooked fresh on site and the staff are great. Management are always on hand to assist with any queries. Even the new uniform is lovely!

I love this nursery and will be very sad when our daughter leaves for school.

I feel so happy with my choice, the staff are so lovely, yet professional and the facilities are brilliant! Especially the soft play which is an added bonus for my energetic son.

This is an excellent nursery. My son is very happy here. I can go away knowing he will be well looked after. The meals are cooked fresh on site.

I am very happy with Playtime Shepperton, they have great facilities including a soft play frame. The staff are always helpful and cheerful and give great feedback at the end of the day. My granddaughter is always happy when I drop her off and wants to go and play straight way. The nursery have made us feel very welcome and have created a home from home environment. I love the outdoor spaces and the soft play my son never wants to go home!!!

The staff are so welcoming and helpful the whole experience is positive and my daughter loves it and is thriving there, I have no worries leaving her. There is always someone to talk too and I enjoy the feedback of my daughters day.

Playtime is a lovely friendly nursery, my child loves coming to nursery and has good relationships with the staff. They have great facilities for the children and I feel confident leaving my child in their care.

My daughter has been at Playtime for 2 years now and she loves it. They have created a great home from home environment to make every child feel welcome and comfortable. They have great facilities including a three story softplay frame. All the meal are cooked freshly on site and smell amazing when you walk through the door!

My daughter has been with Playtime Nursery for 2 and a half years. She is happy to attend every day, the feedback I get from all the staff, not just her key worker is fantastic and very informative. The manager is a great support and will continually support our needs and is very accommodating on requested sessions that are additional to our scheduled ones.

My son attends pre-school and all the staff are very well educated on EYFS and the development of my child. My son's key worker is always happy to talk to me whenever I need some advice and nothing is ever too much trouble. The room leader in the room is very approachable as well as are the management team. My son is very happy at Playtime and I feel very comfortable leaving him with the staff.

All the girls seemed friendly and approachable when I was dropping off. They were also very informative when giving feedback at the end of the day. It was so nice to hear that she had been busy and had fun! Well done ladies.

An excellent large nursery with great facilities including a soft play frame. The staff are always happy and smiling. The nursery runs extra curricula activities such as French and fit4kids. We are very happy with the nursery.

Warm and friendly environment, feels like home from home. Staff are excellent and always happy to help and offer advice. They have a great structure of activities and my child has learnt so much since being here.

I have both my children at this nursery and the care has been outstanding. As a working mum its good for me to know that my children are happy when I'm dropping off, making my day easier. They have soft play and all of the activities available we are very happy.
