Partou Playtime Day Nursery & Pre-school

My Grandchild is in the Mini Tots room. She loves to go to nursery. She gets on with all the members of staff. I love hearing what she's been up to. Her speaking has come on so much. The girls have been amazing with her. She talks a lot about her key workers. Thank you for all your hard work.

I was very happy with the way my son was welcomed to the nursery. He gets a bit upset when I leave him but I know as soon as he starts playing with his friends he's a happy, cheerful boy. When I leave, a member of staff always holds him up the window so he can wave goodbye which really helps both me and him. All the staff are lovely and when my little one comes home he can't wait to tell me what he's done with his friends and how the staff have done things like help him in soft play etc. I would recommend this nursery to my friends as I think it's a really great nursery and, although my sons only been there a little while, he's learnt a lot.

I would highly recommend the nursery and am glad I found it for my son.

Since my son has attended playtime nursery he now speaks much more, now he is around kids his own age and he now has wonderful key workers and staff helping him learn. You get a very warm welcome feeling as soon as you enter playtime nursery. I would just like to say a big thank you for bringing my son out of his shell. And I also would just like to say, I think it's very good that you get a newsletter every week and a profile sent via email of your child's progress and pictures of what they have done. The staff are awesome!! 100% recommended.

I love this place for my daughter, she is doing so well and she loves coming in! I already recommended this nursery to my sis-in-law who's son now attends the nursery too. I love how they meet my daughter's dietary needs and she's not left out without the dairy.

Excellent nursery with lots of friendly and experienced staff. Great communication at all times and regular updates regarding progress. Always a different activity both fun and educational. Good nutritious food. I would highly recommend Playtime Nursery - Shepperton.

Friendly and warm atmosphere. My son is very happy here and adores all the staff. We shall be sending our second child here in February. The staff are also very supportive and accommodating when we have needed them to be.

My daughter started recently in November 2016 after her nursery closed in September. She has settled down so well into a new environment and already showing progress within herself. The staff are always helpful and cheerful on any aspect of their work and keep us up to date on our children's progress or needs. Thank you so much.

All of the team are professional, warm, friendly and understanding of my needs as well my daughters and it has made being a working mum so much easier. Knowing that my daughter is safe, cared for and really happy has been a weight off my mind. I cannot recommend this wonderful team enough - Thank you!

My daughter started this nursery in September joining Boppers, then went up to Pre-School in January. I withdrew my daughter from the nursery in May following an incident of neglect as well as a number of other issues. The nursery then felt it was appropriate to send me a bunch of flowers, if only they put that level of care into looking after their children. I would not recommend this nursery to anyone.

When my son first started Playtime he got quite upset at drop off but his key worker was great with giving him lots of cuddles and reassuring me that he would be alright after I left him they would talk about all the fun activities the would be doing during the day and the girls would always make sure they rang to let me know how he was within half a hour of dropping him to nursery. His carer would also send me photos though e-mail to show me that he was enjoying himself and having fun. Within a week of my son going to nursery for 5 mornings he settled in bed well and loves going now. I have recommended playtime to a few of my friends who children also go there now and are also very happy.

My grandchild as been going to the nursery since December 2014. I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. My grandchild is very happy there. Overall it is a excellent nursery run by professional staff.

Both my children have had very positive experiences at Playtime nursery. The staff are friendly, helpful and supportive and they work hard to build excellent relationships with the children and families. The nursery is clean and inviting and the facilities and resources available are excellent. The children experience a variety of learning activities, both inside and outside, to help them develop. Parents are kept informed of important information and events and children's progress is shared at regular parents evenings. I can highly recommend Playtime nursery.

I have been extremely impressed with all aspects within Playtime nursery.

Starting with the fabulous soft play area to the wonderful outside play area and how wonderful to have an onsite chief cooking a variety of dishes to tantalise small taste buds.

But by no means last what a wonderful team they have at playtime. There's not been a day that my daughter hasn't looked forward eagerly in seeing her playtime buddies, thanks to you all.

My daughter has been at playtime for a few months and she loves coming, she is always happy when I leave her and will tell me who her friends are. Staff are friendly and welcoming the feedback I receive is very useful and knowledgeable. Management is very accommodating if I require any ad hoc sessions last minute. The meals at Playtime always smell so nice and my daughter is constantly telling me how yummy the food at nursery is. Playtime has given my daughter the confidence and knowledge to help her when she goes to school in September. I can't thank Playtime and all the staff for there support whilst my daughter as been at Playtime we will miss them in September.

We will miss everyone at Playtime, when my son goes off to school in September as they have made my son and me feel welcomed.

Really pleased with Playtime. My little boy is always very happy when I pick him up and chats non-stop about his day at nursery and all the activities he has been doing. He is kept very busy!

Staff in his Boppers area are very friendly. They always welcome him with a big smile in the mornings and give clear feedback about his day at pick-up. The transition to Preschool has been managed with care and attention and it is nice to see that he is given some one on one time to make sure this works out well. Very reassuring!

My daughter started at Playtime at the beginning of the year. The staff have been wonderful with helping her to settle in, and even phoned me to reassure me that my daughter was fine on the days when there were not-so-good morning drop offs. I really appreciated those phone calls as it meant that I could stop worrying! The manager is extremely helpful and accommodating. And the rest of the staff are always very pleasant and happy to answer any questions that you may have. I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone!

Brilliant nursery so supportive to my son's needs as well as mine as a single working parent. He is always happy to arrive, there is a warm friendly environment and wide range of foods rather than that of your standard nursery. Staff are flexible and always willing to help. I always feel completely safe and happy leaving him there :)
