Knowle Green Day Nursey

Very happy with the nursery. My daughter has integrated very quickly, she loves it and that matters a lot. Would fully recommend the place to friends and family.

I have never had any doubts about leaving my daughter in the care of the staff here. They are 100% focused on the care and development of the children and my daughter always comes home happy and smiley. Her development has been fantastic and the range of activities is impressive. I can't recommend Knowle Green enough.

Thoroughly enjoy coming to the nursery. All the staff are welcoming and friendly.

My son started last month only. So far he is loving his new nursery. The staff are caring and take good care of him.

My daughter has a great time at the nursery. She went from crying every time I drop her off to not wanting to come back and play more in the nursery in a span of 3-4 weeks. I am very happy with the staff. They have taken care of my daughter so well.

Most staff are very kind and are patient. Reception staff are helpful when we called for help.

Excellent service and good care. quite clean and have a variety of activities for the kids. Good nutritional food provided. Nice ambience and good maintenance.

Knowle Green is a fantastic nursery and the team there have been brilliant with my three children. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My daughter really enjoys her time at Knowle Green. All the staff at Butterflies are really helpful and friendly and she always talks about them. I am convinced that Knowle Green has really helped her confidence and we never have to encourage her to go. It is great to get the detailed feedback on her development and be told of areas we can focus on.

All I would like to say, is that my daughter adores her carers and absolutely loves going to the nursery every weekday morning. My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was a baby and I have had no complaints whatsoever. The team are always coming up with interesting activities for the little ones.

The carers at Knowle Green are the real gems, they always bring a smile to your face. Always warm, welcoming and engaging.

My children have settled really well into the nursery environment, the practitioners have really put my mind at ease with them eating and sleeping and listen to me and my children's needs.

We are very happy when the service staff helped us through with special care for my daughter until she settled in. Very friendly staff.

Brilliant nursery with excellent staff. Always friendly and work really hard to assist with any problems your child is having, including understanding routines with split parenting, toilet training and new feelings. Even though we have moved further away this nursery has been so great I decided to keep him here rather than move him. Fully recommend to anyone.

We have now got our second child coming through nursery and we have been very happy with the experience. It is a warm environment and all the staff know all the children, giving the atmosphere a family feel to it. Our three year old happily bounces in every morning and chats about her experiences during the day. We've had a huge amount of support in terms of feeding, potty training, sleep etc over the years. Our 6 year old still likes coming in to see everyone and to show how tall he is now. The educational side is also very good and both children have quickly picked up on learning their numbers and letters etc whilst there.

My little one enjoys being into this nursery since she was 11 months old, now into pre-school. She has been learning in every room of the nursery and developing at every stage. Excellent service, amazing staff! Thank you.

I was nervous about going back to work as my daughter was a poor sleeper and very hard work at 10 months. I was sure she would not cope with childcare. However, the staff at Knowle Green were so attentive and made sure they knew my daughter as an individual. I know she is in good hands. Now when we arrive she squeals in excitement. The nursery have encouraged her with walking and talking and eating healthily. The best bit is she is now so stimulated during the day that she sleeps loads better. I cant thank the girls there enough for taking such wonderful care of my daughter.

The support we have received with key childhood development and challenges has been fantastic - dietary needs, potty training, getting dressed, etc.

The nursery is warm, friendly and caring. The baby room is especially 'cosy' which is wonderful for the babies setting in a new environment away from home for the first time. The separate outside play areas are well equipped and the nursery has its own a 'woodland garden'. The staff are one of the nursery's best assets. Many have been with the nursery a very long time so there is continuity for the children.

We have been really impressed with the quality of care our child gets. All the staff are friendly, helpful and well trained, excellent with the kids and create a really positive and happy atmosphere for them. Our child starting attending the nursery at the age of 2 and it was a nervous time with some early tears and adjustment issues as it's a big change from being at home every day. However, the key worker and other staff were amazing, helping to settle our child quickly and ensuring we were updated with progress. Within a month it was actually harder to bring our child home than drop off!

The facilities are really good and they run regular activities to give the children new stimuli, which is important for their development. It has been a great experience for our child, who has developed better social skills and learned to mix and interact with other children really quickly, wonderful for us to see. We now have a second child and intend to send them to the nursery as well, as soon as they're old enough.
