I only have excellent things to say about the nursery. We have 3 children all of whom have attended the nursery in a full-time capacity since 13 months old. The nursery provides such genuine love and care to our children and they have developed so well in all aspects so happy we couldn't wish for a better choice of nursery. The staff are always willing to work with us both full time working parents and always supportive. Thank you.

My child had never attended a nursery before but she was happy from the moment we left her. She loves going to school and it has really helped her confidence and to develop friendships. The members of staff are friendly and approachable and I couldn't wish for any better for my daughter.

Many changes happened when my children attended which is the reason I took them out. No consistency with staff. I never saw the same face and no connection between staff and parents. No encouragement with the children's development and no support for parents. The after school club is terrible, children are allowed to do what they want, swear and sit idle for 2 hours. Also, there were many times I would find that my son was not even on the sign in sheet, God forbid if there was a fire, my son would not have been accounted for.

My daughter has attended the nursery since she was 7 months and has grown into a happy, confident toddler. She loves coming to nursery and the staff make it easy for me to leave her knowing she is in safe hands. We are currently going through potty training process and can't thank the staff enough for their help, the support and praise they have given her and my wife and I. Our son will be joining soon!

This nursery is fantastic. My daughter has the opportunity to grow and develop with the help from the fantastic staff there. Each room has there own garden which the children can come and go as they please. Not forgetting the huge back garden they have. I feel confident enough to leave my daughter with these amazing and enthusiastic staff members. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

Megan Job Title: Nursery Manager
Megan

I have been involved in the early years sector since 2012, and my journey with Bright Horizons began in 2017. I started my career as a nursery nurse in a sizable nursery back in 2012 and have steadily progressed to become a Nursery Manager. Along the way, I have attained a level 3 diploma in childcare and further education, as well as a level 3 diploma in leadership and management. I am also qualified as a SENDCO, and I am currently pursuing my level 5 diploma in business management.

My role as a Nursery Manager is something I am truly passionate about. My goal is to provide top-notch care and education, creating an inclusive, engaging, and exciting environment where all children can learn and thrive.

Aynsley Job Title: Deputy Manager
Aynsley

Hi, my name is Aynsley and I am the Nursery Manager.

Since 2015, I have been actively involved in the early years sector, and my journey in this field has been truly fulfilling. Prior to this, I spent six years working in a SEND department, where I had the privilege of working closely with children. Throughout my career, I have consistently sought to enhance my skills and knowledge to better serve the children in my care.

I am proud to hold a level 3 diploma in children's learning and development, as well as a level 3 diploma in leadership and management. These qualifications have been instrumental in shaping my professional growth and allowing me to take on greater responsibilities.

My progression within Bright Horizons has been significant, having started as a bank staff member and now proudly serving as the Deputy Nursery Manager. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm grateful for the opportunities that have come my way.

As the Deputy Nursery Manager, I am deeply passionate about my role and the impact I can make on the lives of children and their families. My primary focus is to provide high-quality childcare with enriching environments that foster learning and growth. One of the ways I achieve this is by mentoring and supporting our dedicated staff, helping them develop their own skills and expertise.

Being a good role model to others is also important to me. I believe that leading by example is a powerful way to inspire positive change and encourage the delivery of high-quality care across the nursery.

I wake up every day with a sense of purpose and dedication to making a difference in the lives of the children we care for. It is a privilege to contribute to their early years' development and create a nurturing space where they can flourish. I am excited about the journey ahead and the continued opportunities to learn, grow, and positively impact the lives of those in my care.
