Busy Bees St Albans City Hospital

My son has happily attended Busy Bees at St Albans hospital for 18 months and my husband and I cannot rate it highly enough. The standard of care and learning at all ages is fantastic. The staff are very engaged with the children and happy in their work, this stems from a strong management team. I have always found the nursery to be very responsive to any questions, queries or concerns about my son and they always go above my expectations. I believe my son thrives in this nursery and it is so lovely to see him happy in their care. I highly recommend this nursery.

The nursery staff are all so caring and attentive. The environment always seems so welcoming and happy and our children have learnt so much during their time at nursery.

So pleased I chose this nursery.

My son has attended this nursery for the last 2 years and he still loves going to nursery and is excited every morning at the prospect of going. They have a brilliant staff team who are more than willing to help with anything. I will be truly saddened when he has to leave for school in August. I couldn't recommend this nursery more!

My son has attended the nursery for over 18 months now and throughout, our expectations have always been exceeded, even as they've gone up. The staff are amazing, my son loves them all and they could not be more friendly and do more to encourage his development. Also, as a parent, the nursery goes above and beyond to help us with our fairly erratic childcare schedule. We feel lucky we chose the nursery and it's giving him an excellent start.

My son had been going to busy bees since he was 9 months old. He has received excellent care and nurturing environment for him to play and learn.The staff are kind and really helpful with the daily handover.

I guess most parents are apprehensive sending their child to nursery, especially first time parents. Busy Bees St Albans City Hospital put me at ease. Our son started nursery at the age of 13 months. I was worried if he'd eat there or sleep well. The staff are very professional and have take exceptional care of the children. We had several settling in session which really helped the process and within a few weeks he had settled in well and was eating and sleeping well too. We get updates everyday on their Parent Zone tool of his day and once in a while receive pictures of him playing. Our son has been attending nursery for 5 weeks now and he's developed so well. It has been a great partnerships. A huge thumbs up from us!

My daughter started at Busy Bees in Oct 2017, at the age of 10 months. She absolutely loves it and her development has been incredible. The online parent zone filled with photos and updates of your child's day at nursery is comforting and informative. The rooms in the nursery are airy and clean, stocked with toys and books and exploration areas, but it isn't the building that makes this nursery - it's the staff. The team at Busy Bees are second to none. It's hard to leave your child with strangers, but it doesn't feel like that here, it's like leaving them with family.

It shows on my children's faces when they arrive and I don't get a second glance!

Our daughter has been at Busy Bees nursery at St Albans City Hospital since she was 6 months and our experience has been fantastic. We would definitely recommend to others. It offers warm and loving care and the staff are always supportive and nurturing.

My son attended the preschool at St Albans hospital and what an amazing preschool this is. My son had the best possible start when he began school and this was down to the nursery staff. The staff truly care about the children and the learning experiences provided are outstanding. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

My daughter attends Busy Bees Nursery at St Albans Hospital and I am extremely happy about the quality of care given, My daughter has settled in really well as she has never been left before. The staff are amazing to my daughter and make me feel really welcome. I was nervous before my daughter started and the staff made me feel very comfortable and reassured me. The manager is very supportive and flexible and has helped a lot with the process of my daughter starting. I am very happy with the nursery and would recommend to all parents.

Excellent care and facilities - both indoor and outdoor. Staff are always responsive to any additional requirements (maths, phonics, etc). Nothing is ever too much trouble. Extremely happy with the quality of care throughout.

My daughter loves coming into nursery in the morning and on the way home, she can't wait to tell me about her day. All the staff in the nursery are very kind and caring to all the children and their parents as my friend and myself have experienced. My husband and I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has recently begun settling at the nursery and I have been nothing but impressed with the whole staff team. The nursery is beautiful and the staff clearly take pride in what they do. I was very anxious about my son starting nursery but the staff went out of their way to make me and my son feel settled. The staff were flexible and extremely accommodating and we were allowed to have as many settling in sessions as we needed. I would definitely recommend this nursery to parents.

My 5 year old attended Busy Bees last year and he enjoyed his time there very much. I am looking at enrolling my 3-year-old into pre-school. This nursery is fantastic in its childcare, learning and safeguarding. All the staff are very friendly, caring and you can see how much they love the job they do. I would recommend this nursery to everybody.

I have been so impressed at the service they have offered. The nursery is professional, well equipped and the children really enjoy the activities provided. Communication with the parents is high priority and nothing has been too much trouble. My daughter has grown very attached to the staff at the nursery and is very happy there. I would definitely recommend the nursery to my friends.

The nursery is professional but friendly and our 3 sons and daughter have all been happy there. Our youngest is there now and has engaged in it since a few months old, getting stimulation and security from the staff. Food is very good.
