Amazing staff, they have helped my child to be confident and independent. My child has excelled in his learning since being at nursery. Thank you to all the staff that have supported him on his journey.

My son has been at Head Start Day Nursery for three years now and has always been very happy and settled here. Throughout the pandemic, staff have supported key worker parents and have done a fantastic job in engaging the children through this difficult time. It is a lovely, caring and supportive environment with friendly staff and a good range of activities for the children.

Head Start have all the resources to meet all children's needs. Both my kids are with Headstart and my relation with Head Start is for almost more than 7 years. Every day is a new day that is embraced with new opportunities for which the children can learn. All the staff go above and beyond to help kids develop and reach their milestones. Thank you to you all for everything and we will miss you once my boy leaves nursery next year.

I have found the staff helpful and friendly, always eager to provide verbal feedback at the end of each day and tell me when my child has achieved something new. It is wonderful that my son knows all the staff and not just the members of his class. He always enjoys nursery and waves goodbye when he leaves. If I have any questions at all staff members are able to respond quickly, both verbally and via e-mail. Particularly useful is the app which tells me everything I need to know about his day, with some lovely pictures. I have always been made to feel welcome and assured that my son's educational needs are being promoted in both a group and individual setting. Keep up the good work.

Our daughter has been at Head Start Potters BAr since she was 6-months-old. She will be leaving next week to start school. I don't have a bad word to say about the nursery/staff. She is leaving with a lot of knowledge and confidence that will help her on her new journey.

My daughter has been going to Head Start Day Nursery since she was in Caterpillars and she has enjoyed every moment. My daughter's confidence has grown and I feel the staff have helped her become the young lady she is today. The staff are so good with my daughter and when she leaves to go to school in September I know she will miss them all.

My granddaughter has been going to Head Start Nursery since she was 18 months old and will be leaving this month to go to big school. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time at Head Start, all the staff are so friendly and interact really well with the children. Since she has been at Head Start she has come on in leaps and bounds and has been learning whilst having fun at the same time. I would highly recommend Head Start nursery

Head Start Day Nursery has given fantastic care to my son over the last 2 years. He's been with them since a baby and they have always given age-appropriate, creative and educational activities for him. He has multiple opportunities a day to play in the garden, as well as messy play, singing and storytime. When he was still having milk they were happy to feed him expressed milk and work with us to maintain a stable routine both at home and nursery and since weaning they provide a menu that sounds very exciting and tasty, with great variety. He is very happy with all the members of staff, including the nursery manager and deputy manager, and it's great to see him relaxed and enjoying his time at the nursery. We couldn't ask for better care for him and will be hoping to send our younger son once he turns 6 months as well.

My son has attended Head Start since he was 11 months and is now 4 and leaving for school shortly. He loves going to nursery. The staff are very friendly and helpful and we've been extremely happy with his care over the past 3 years. Since moving up to Rainbows they have helped my son prepare for school and develop his skill set. The current refurbishment is looking good and the recently updated menu is varied and nutritious. I would happily recommend Head Start, it's a great nursery.

Our son absolutely loves Head Start Day Nursery Potters Bar and really looks forward to going in. The staff are always very caring and look after him exceptionally well. They always set up really lovely activities that interest the children. For example, when my son came back after lockdown, they set up a dinosaur activity for him, as they knew he loved dinosaurs and wanted to make his first day back as fun as possible for him. Would one hundred percent recommend!

Our son has been attending Head Start Day Nursery Potters Bar since he was six months old, she is now almost two. He has developed fantastic bonds with all the staff involved in his care and is happy and excited every day about going to nursery. When he first started, staff were happy to give him expressed milk on his schedule and during weaning, they have followed our lead and taken every step towards full time solid food but at our pace. The staff are kind, conscientious and keen to allow him to explore all sorts of different activities both inside and out. He has a huge range of different foods every week, encouraging him to try new things, which he wouldn't even touch at home! Overall, his care has been exceptional and I have been impressed with the attention and kindness he gets every day. I couldn't be happier with how he is looked after and the opportunities he is given.
