I couldn't be happier with this nursery. My son comes home so happy, he is learning so much new things, he is only 21 months old and is socialising so much! The staff is really great and super caring. I highly recommend Little Pioneers Nursery at Watford Junction.

My daughter has been attending Co-op Watford Junction Nursery for the past three years, and we couldn't be happier with the care she has received. The staff are incredibly supportive, nurturing, and attentive to each child's individual needs. They focus on her overall development, encourage her
interests, and continuously help her grow in confidence and skills. The nursery offers a wide range of engaging indoor and outdoor activities that contribute to the children's all-round development. We are truly pleased and grateful to all the nursery staff for their dedication and the wonderful environment they create every day.

My son has been at this nursery for a couple of months now and he is having a great time. The staff are friendly, warm and have a great understanding of what a toddler needs to develop. I'm so glad my son is here, I go to work with a great sense of peace of mind. Thank you for all you do

We have our second child at this nursery and would highly recommend it to any parent. The recent refurb in 2024 has truly transformed the space - it's now clean, modern, and provides a wonderful environment for the little ones to learn and grow. The team has done an amazing job with the upgrades,
and it's evident in the overall feel of the nursery.
The staff are incredibly friendly, always welcoming, and genuinely care about the children. One of the things I particularly appreciate is the handovers at the end of the day, which are always detailed and thoughtful, giving me confidence that my child is well looked after.
Additionally, the new family app is fantastic! It's such an easy way to stay up to date with anything nursery-related, from daily updates to upcoming events.
A huge thank you to the whole team for their hard work and dedication - you've created a wonderful place for the children!

The staff have been absolutely wonderful throughout with our daughter which has definitely made the whole process much more seamless.
The early starts of 7am work brilliantly for my work commute and the communication from staff to
parents is consistent.

Absolutely professional and well-managed nursery! Our experience here has been fantastic. We are an Asian family with a 3-year-old, and from the very beginning, we felt welcomed. The nursery takes care of every little detail, from a safe entrance and well-equipped playrooms to regular communication
updates through their app.
The management truly makes parents feel included, and the way they welcome and settle children so comfortably is commendable. They keep us informed about all key moments throughout the day with child-specific updates, which is very reassuring.
The nursery is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I'm still in awe as how well established this nursery is. The peace of mind i have when I leave my baby every morning is unheard of. I definitely did not expect to feel at ease and much less him adapting so quickly and well to being apart from us. This is all thanks to the brilliant and
knowledgeable staff that makes him feel welcome, loved, heard and safe. We could not have chosen a better nursery. From the staff to the management, everyone is a true star.
I recommend them a 100000%. Ah! It's also great for commuters which is a plus. It's all advantages with them.

We are extremely happy with our overall experience, and the staff have been exceptionally kind. The cleanliness and quality are top-notch. The location is convenient for commuters, making it an ideal choice. We would highly recommend it to anyone in Watford.

I have been seeing constant improvement in my son’s behaviour since he started nursery in Co-op Childcare. The ladies are very caring and involved. The schedule is flexible when needed as well. My son is really excited to go there!

My son adores the nursery and I couldn’t be happier with the care he’s received. My son has learned so much since he started at Watford Junction Co-op and is truly thriving. Staff are really supportive and have helped me manage a few difficult behavioural phases like biting and “no” which has been
so incredibly helpful. The nursery also has a great balance between structured days for the children and allowing children to flourish freely. Can’t recommend this nursery enough and shoutout to all the amazing staff who care for the children as if they were their own.

Very nice staff, very caring, trying to help my little girl to settle and to enjoy her time at the nursery, very supportive towards the parents, trying to help them as much as they can! good location as well!

The nursery has really helped my son who can be very nervous around children. The key worker that he has been matched with has been a perfect fit for his needs and it’s great to see how she has helped him interact with children and really grown his confidence. There are regular updates on the apps
and good handovers at the end of the day.

The nursery has changed my son in so many great ways! So thankful to all the staff that put so much care, love and effort into looking after my little boy. Here his development has rocketed with such speed, we are so proud of how far he has come. I would choose Co-op Childcare Watford Junction again

I would highly recommend this nursery. My 3 and half-year-old daughter started going to this nursery since she was 9 months old. She enjoys her time thoroughly in the nursery every day. She has been looked after very well by all the staff members. The staff members are very kind and professional.
They have kept us informed about our daughter's learning and development abilities. Constant updates are seen in the nursery app which has helped us to track her activities and food intake. The food provided is very nutritious and well balanced.
My little one has picked up many good manners and absolutely enjoyed all the fun activities organised here. She has made good friends and she keeps talking about them. She is very happy and content. I feel that is what matters to a parent most - your child's happiness!
Overall - it's a healthy and positive environment for any child to groom and grow.

Ever since starting at this nursery over a year ago we have been so impressed with how well our daughter has been cared for. She loves attending nursery and is constantly doing new activities and loves to tell us all about her day and her friends.
The communication from the nursery is excellent and
the app works really well.
Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

My son has been attending the Co-op nursery for well over a year now and I am still as thrilled with the whole experience now, as I was on our very first visit. My son absolutely loves being there, loves the staff, and they seem to really like having him there too. His development has come on leaps
and bounds, and he always seems very happy at the end of each session. I look forward to sending my daughter here too in the coming months.
