My husband and I are so grateful to the staff team at Busy Bees St Michael’s Mead for helping our daughter settle so well into the next class up. She struggles with new situations, faces and routines, but with the guidance, care and professionalism of the team, she has settled better than we thought possible. Her key person has made big efforts to create and set up activities to interest our daughter, for example, a sandy beach with her holiday photos buried in sand for her to find, to encourage her to communicate more and feel more comfortable. We’re blown away by the efforts made. Huge thank you to the whole team.

The team at Busy Bees Bishops Stortford Day Nursery - St Michaels Mead have always gone above and beyond to resolve any potential queries, either relating to our child or invoices. They have been amazing at keeping track of our child’s development and every time our son has attended nursery, we have noticed he has advanced that little bit further upon collection later that day. We are beyond happy with our choice of nursery.

My son has attended for 2 years and he loves the nursery. We’ve always been extremely impressed with the high level of care, attention, creativity and the warm nurturing environment that the nursery provides. The staff are wonderful and the food is nutritious. I’m so happy we chose this nursery.

We’ve had a very good experience with the nursery and it’s staff. My child really enjoys nursery and the staff have been very attentive. There are teething problems with the app, however it has been very informative.

Overall, we are delighted with the nursery and feel our daughter is very well looked after by the whole team. We would like to see more stability as there have been some significant changes eg. a high staff turnover. The new manager is excellent and worked hard to achieve an improved Ofsted rating. We hope the nursery continues to build on this success which is why we hope she is able to return soon. There have always been some issues with communication with parents, this still needs improvement and would make a real difference to us.

Our daughter has attended Busy Bees in Bishops Stortford for 2 years now. She has loved every minute of it so far! The staff are always very welcoming, friendly and dedicated. We chose this nursery due to the large rooms and the individual outside gardens which our daughter loves exploring. The food menu offers a huge range of homecooked nutritious meals which our daughter has enjoyed trying. The staff have approached our daughter’s health concerns with considerable care and professionalism, giving us the confidence in leaving her in very safe hands. With the introduction of the new manager in recent months, there have been positive changes which have reinforced this nursery as a fun learning environment for our daughter.

My little boy is loving his time at Busy Bees. The staff are great with him and really put my mind at ease when leaving him.

My little one's confidence has grown from strength to strength over the three months he's been at the nursery. The nursery workers have been so great in settling him in, from the anxious little person he was, having never been left before - it's so nice and comforting knowing he loves being there. He always has a big smile on his face when we arrive and when we collect him. They are also very good with his allergies and we have never had a problem with staff not knowing about them. We are very pleased with the nursery and staff.

Excellent nursery. Lots of outside space. All employees are brilliant with my children. Kids love it and are very happy.

Very happy with all the services that this nursery is offering. My daughter started this nursery with no knowledge about English language and now she is great. Her key worker and all the staff helped her a lot in everything and made her attending nursery with joy and happiness, she wasn't afraid anymore that no one would understand her, can truly say that my daughter became a happy and confident child. My child is very happy at this nursery. When we first started the staff were very reassuring and great in settling my child. The nursery has big gardens and every room has their own, which is nice for the children to run around in.

My daughter has been at the nursery for 3 months as we transferred from another setting. She has settled in really well and has made a good bond with her key person, it makes dropping off much easier! The garden space is amazing, we are happy with this as my daughter loves being outside.

The staff in Sunflowers were very welcoming when my son started and really helped him settle into nursery life. He really enjoyed coming into nursery and doing all the actives and loved being able to get out in the garden.

I am very happy with the nursery and love the way the staff care for my daughter. she has a lovely time each and every time she is there and loves to go. She has been there since she was two and could not be happier.

Our daughter has attended Busy Bees since April 2015. I have always found the staff professional and attentive to our child and she comes home having learnt new things every week. I am happy with the security of the nursery and most activities they chose for the children. The food choices have sometimes been hit and miss, but it is obviously hard to cater for everyone's tastes, especially a child's.

My daughter has attended the nursery for over a year for three days a week. The standard of care given has been without fault. The staff are excellent and my daughter's development has been very good. There is a friendly atmosphere with a wide range of activities offered during the day. A superb variety of food is prepared daily for the children on the premises. .

Busy Bees in Bishop Stortford has been fantastic for my little girl. She started just over a year ago and has settled amazingly, all room changes have been managed so well that she has barely noticed. Absolutely loves going for her 3 days a week.

The staff are amazing with the children, lots of effort made, get them outside as often as possible. My daughter's development has been great, her language and motor skills have really come on since she has been there and a lot of the credit should go to the staff who have helped in this.

The managers/admin team are amazingly helpful, always happy to have a chat answer queries and help with issues - take a lot of the stress away by being so flexible, approachable and friendly.

The food provided is brilliant - lots of variety and different tastes for the children to experience.
