A wonderful nursery, every member of staff is kind, considerate and caring. They have really nurtured my daughter from 10 months (now nearly 2 years) and I’m so grateful to them and how much that has enabled her to grow as a little person. I feel like the staff have all taken so much interest in her
and to tailor the environment to support her to flourish. I couldn’t wish for a better nursery!

We are very happy with all aspects of Busy Bees. Our child is very happy there which makes leaving them in their care so much easier as parents.
We always feel that our child is well cared for and all members of staff are great whether it’s a friendly smile when being let into the centre or being
given a breakdown of our child’s day when we collect them.
We get regular communication from the centre and we know that if we did have any issues we could raise them.
The nursery holds regular events for you to attend with your child and not just during the day so that if you do work you can attend.

Such a wonderful nursery. All the staff are warm, friendly and make our child feel safe. They all truly care for our child’s development and well-being. My daughter attended this nursery a couple of years ago from the age of 1 until she started school. To this day she still remembers and talks about her happy time and memories from this nursery. When I had my son last year, after looking at other nurseries in and around the area, none compared to this
one, and I knew this was still the best nursery to suit his and my needs. My son started at this nursery when he was 7 months old, he’s nearly 1 now. He settled in very quickly, and is always happy to see the staff when I drop him off, never any tears! Whilst I’m at work I receive updates of his day on the app and photos, which I love, as they give me reassurance that he is enjoying his time at nursery. The activities they set up are always creative, fun, age appropriate and help with their development. Overall, I know my son is in the best nursery, he is safe, looked after by caring staff, and most importantly he is happy and having the best time! That’s all I can ask for!

Our daughter started nursery at Busy Bees from when she was 7 months old as I had to return to work. We were extremely anxious about her starting nursery so young with a bunch of new faces and in an entirely new environment but Busy Bees made this transition as smooth as possible for our daughter and
us as parents. Our daughter's keyworker was super friendly, approachable and attentive which left us feeling reassured that she was being taken care of. Our daughter has developed hugely since she joined Busy Bees and we've been really pleased with the nursery so far. Thank you Busy Bees!

I am delighted to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience my child is having at Busy Bee Nursery.
The carers at Busy Bees are genuinely friendly, both inside and outside of the premises. Their warmth and approachability create a positive atmosphere that extends beyond the classroom.
Not
only is the environment welcoming, but I've also noticed a significant improvement in my child's learning. The engaging activities and educational approach at Busy Bee Nursery have contributed to a noticeable advancement in my child's development.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees since she was 11 months old. She has transitioned through nearly two of the base rooms and is currently doing her settling sessions in the preschool room. I cannot ask for a better nursery. The carers are incredibly caring, loving, and supportive towards my daughter’s
well-being and development needs. There have been challenges along the way (as to be expected), but they have always been handled with a high level of professionalism for which I am appreciative. I really cannot ask for a better staff to mind my child.

My son has been going to this nursery for the last three years, I think it's brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The leadership of the nursery is excellent and the team engagement, learning environment and staff retention are reflective of this. Team members are welcoming, kind, caring
and engaged and I feel confident leaving my child in their care. The setting overall and each of the base rooms are lovely. The team in each room put significant thought into the ideas, activities and stimulus that enable my son to learn, grow and develop and the outdoor space and outdoor play are always a highlight for him! Overall, for us, it's been an excellent nursery, and my little boy has been very happy here.

My husband and I are so grateful to the staff team at Busy Bees St Michael’s Mead for helping our daughter settle so well into the next class up. She struggles with new situations, faces and routines, but with the guidance, care and professionalism of the team, she has settled better than we thought
possible. Her key person has made big efforts to create and set up activities to interest our daughter, for example, a sandy beach with her holiday photos buried in sand for her to find, to encourage her to communicate more and feel more comfortable. We’re blown away by the efforts made. Huge thank you to the whole team.

The team at Busy Bees Bishops Stortford Day Nursery - St Michaels Mead have always gone above and beyond to resolve any potential queries, either relating to our child or invoices. They have been amazing at keeping track of our child’s development and every time our son has attended nursery, we have
noticed he has advanced that little bit further upon collection later that day. We are beyond happy with our choice of nursery.

My son has attended for 2 years and he loves the nursery. We’ve always been extremely impressed with the high level of care, attention, creativity and the warm nurturing environment that the nursery provides. The staff are wonderful and the food is nutritious. I’m so happy we chose this nursery.

We’ve had a very good experience with the nursery and it’s staff. My child really enjoys nursery and the staff have been very attentive. There are teething problems with the app, however it has been very informative.

Overall, we are delighted with the nursery and feel our daughter is very well looked after by the whole team. We would like to see more stability as there have been some significant changes eg. a high staff turnover. The new manager is excellent and worked hard to achieve an improved Ofsted rating.
We hope the nursery continues to build on this success which is why we hope she is able to return soon. There have always been some issues with communication with parents, this still needs improvement and would make a real difference to us.

Our daughter has attended Busy Bees in Bishops Stortford for 2 years now. She has loved every minute of it so far! The staff are always very welcoming, friendly and dedicated. We chose this nursery due to the large rooms and the individual outside gardens which our daughter loves exploring. The food
menu offers a huge range of homecooked nutritious meals which our daughter has enjoyed trying. The staff have approached our daughter’s health concerns with considerable care and professionalism, giving us the confidence in leaving her in very safe hands. With the introduction of the new manager in recent months, there have been positive changes which have reinforced this nursery as a fun learning environment for our daughter.

Every member of staff has always shown a huge sense of care towards my son.
I am always told positive things about him and feel genuinely they enjoy looking after him - he is not merely 'another child'.
Staff are happy and motivated and I never worry about him when I drop him off.

My little one's confidence has grown from strength to strength over the three months he's been at the nursery. The nursery workers have been so great in settling him in, from the anxious little person he was, having never been left before - it's so nice and comforting knowing he loves being there. He
always has a big smile on his face when we arrive and when we collect him. They are also very good with his allergies and we have never had a problem with staff not knowing about them. We are very pleased with the nursery and staff.

Very happy with all the services that this nursery is offering. My daughter started this nursery with no knowledge about English language and now she is great. Her key worker and all the staff helped her a lot in everything and made her attending nursery with joy and happiness, she wasn't afraid anymore
that no one would understand her, can truly say that my daughter became a happy and confident child. Thank you all for this!
