Mother Goose Day Nursery has a warm and inviting atmosphere, recreating a home from home environment where the children in their care will feel secure and happy. They are open from Monday-Friday throughout the year except for public holidays and one week during Christmas.

We offer 15/30 hours per week over 38 weeks of the year as part of our term time offer and 11/22 hours per week over 51 weeks of the year as our stretched offer. Funded hours will be made available where applicable. Please note that the nursery term dates may not match local school term dates.

The staff have helped my daughter settle in really well, they are friendly and always welcome us with a big smile and are very cheery. My daughter is a fussy eater and them knowing this accommodate her needs by making her something similar that she will eat. Overall Mother Goose Day NUrsery is a great nursery and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
It's a new nursery but has experienced staff and management. The nursery has good facilities and kitchen, loads of toys. All staff are very friendly and has a personal approach. It's a well-managed nursery with brilliant staff.
Very caring staff, helpful and friendly, they have made my granddaughter very relaxed about going to playschool, they are nurturing and kind. There are plenty of activities and the meals are nutritious. My granddaughter loves her food and is encouraged to try everything, and seconds, and sometimes thirds are available to her! She used to hate playschool so much but being here will make the transition to infant school so much easier! She has made lots of special friends and loves her key worker.

Helen holds a NNEB level 3 Childcare qualification and has over 25 years of experience working and leading teams in the sector, covering all age groups and in a variety of different childcare environments. She is complemented by a strong, dedicated team, which helps to create a warm and homely environment where children really do flourish. The majority of the staff have or are working towards their level 3 childcare qualification.
