Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley

My daughter loves her time at kiddi Caru. The staff are fantastic with her. She has some medical needs and they always look after her amazingly!

I find I need to prompt on what I believe should be pretty basic care sometimes i.e. twice in the last month on collecting my son have I pointed out that children have their shoes on the wrong feet. Every day my son is in I have to expressly ask for cream to be put on patches of red irritable skin around his mouth (where he dribbles or eats) if I don’t ask, staff don’t think to do it themselves and he gets really sore. My biggest frustration is that I get such limited information on what my son has done all day on collection, all I hear is “we’ve played in the garden”. And if I probe for information I get met with blank faces. I’d like an actual update on what he’s done all day but I never get any information. I’d like to know what activities he’s done, what he enjoyed or didn’t show interest in, what targets or themes they are focusing on this week etc. this issue is further aggravated by the fact that I was promised a parent app would be implemented in August 2017......still waiting!

I would prefer a little more of an update at the end of the day about what activities he is doing. For example, I have noticed his counting is very good, but I wasn't aware he was being taught or how they do this.

My son loves nursery and they do such a great job at Kiddi Caru. I never worry about him on his nursery days and he learns so much - they work hard on various skills for the children in a fun, safe environment. The staff are amazing, my son has loved all of his key workers and all staff in each of his rooms. I really recommend Kiddi Caru Whiteley!

The people make this Nursery great, my little girl loves one staff member in particular and you genuinely get the feeling this member of staff (and the other staff) love her, the smile on my little girls face when she sees her makes it worth taking her there.

Really appreciate the staff in Dolphin room.

Outside term time it's great that you work 7 am-6.30 pm, perfect for our needs.

Excellent nursery, with caring staff that my little boy really enjoys attending. The range of activities, both indoor and outside is well balanced.

Both of our children attend Kiddi Caru, Whiteley and we could not be happier. All of the staff are happy, caring and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. Both of our children have developed both socially and academically since starting. We honestly couldn't recommend them enough.

My son always comes away from nursery very messy and dirty which is a good thing. He is clearly enjoying himself. On the days he has been at nursery he goes to bed very well - clearly had an exhausting day. I would gladly recommend this nursery to everyone. This nursery is brilliant. The managers are thorough and approachable and the nursery workers plan and deliver a range of learning experiences for the children. I am impressed at how well they know my child in comparison to my experiences with another nursery and value their partnership in helping her develop.

Kiddi Caru Whiteley have looked after both my children from the baby room until preschool (youngest child will go to school Sept 2019). The nursery is excellent and the staff really care about the children. It's a fabulous nursery and I would definitely recommend it.

My daughter goes for 2 days a week. She loves the staff!! Loves everything they make and the activities. Always has lots to tell me about at the end of the day!! Lots of different meals each day and week!! Overall lovely nursery!
