Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley

Every single aspect of Kiddi Caru Yew Tree Drive is excellent! Love, care and such attention to detail are seen in everything. The food that is so thought through each week, catering for all ages and special requirements. Making sure the kids get every kind of nutrition and variety possible. The activities and love the nursery rooms pour into each child every day is incredible! I don’t know how they have the patience, skill and care 100% of the time. Real-life angels. The office is run so smoothly and handled things so well during the difficult pandemic. The place is always clean despite all the children getting lots of chances to explore messy play and running around. Will forever be grateful for finding a place that I know has a big part to play in the development and safety of my little girl.

Our daughter has been to nursery since she was 10-months-old and is now two and a half. She has been in three classes, and we’ve always been very happy with the nursery. She is always happy to go in and enjoys the activities. The facilities are great, and the staff are very caring and friendly.

We receive observations on the parent app, although more frequently than once per week would be a real bonus, but appreciate staff are busy with children.

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley is a fantastic nursery. My daughter enjoys going and has so much fun. She has learnt so much and become very confident. There is so much for her to do. We enjoy getting updates from the nursery. My son also attended the nursery 6-years ago.

Thank you for taking care of both my kids. You have assisted both so much and taken great care of them. Thank you for all that you have done. Please keep up the great work and continue to do well. I would like to add I know that it may not be possible but it would be a great added value if there could be some form of communication weekly on what the activity plan will be for the kids. Who is going to be looking after the child (keyworker), a possible menu for the week?

One really big issue for me is the fact of paying over bank holidays when the nursery isn’t open? It’s hard for parents who need to find alternative childcare and pay for it as well as paying for their ‘place’. I find it ridiculous. Same as I think you should be able to book a holiday for your child it’s awfully expensive if you wish to go on holiday and still have childcare fees to pay for.

Both of my boys love going to nursery here, the staff are friendly, helpful and have excellent communication. It’s lovely to see all the activities they do which helps them learn in a fun way. They accommodate each of my children's needs amazingly and are dedicated to helping their development. It’s an amazing nursery and I would defiantly recommend!

Good nursery accommodating a lot of kids needs. My kids are always happy to go to nursery and they have plenty of activities as well as play on your own time. There is good communication with the staff.

My son has been here since January 2020. Originally placed as I worked nearby since the pandemic I now complete a 40-mile round trip each morning and evening to still bring him here. The reason - he loves it and so do I. The staff are friendly and genuinely care, for your child and you. The things they do with the children are educational, fun and varied. The ways in which they communicate with you are prompt, professional and fair. I’ve often asked myself why I do this commute, especially now I expect to work from home for the rest of my time with my employer. Simply put, I don’t think there could be a better team of people or setting to look after my son. He skips in each morning, never looking back after a cuddle goodbye and talks so fondly of them all (despite being just 2 years old). I cannot fault anything they do, quite the opposite, thank you Kiddi Caru, for helping me raise a happy, well rounded, engaged and engaging little boy! Keep doing what you are doing as it really is appreciated.

Our son has been going to Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley since he was nine months old, he is now approaching two and a half. We were luckily enough to have a particular member of staff as his key carer from when he started right up until his recent move upstairs, he grew such a strong bond with her and she was so helpful and supportive through his development. He now has another member of staff as his key carer, who he adores. He loves to come home and tell us everything he has done that day. Very grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery that helps him flourish and grow.

A fantastic place for our second daughter to attend. Great friendly staff which do a great deal to help the development of our daughter. A special mention to a member of staff in particular (Seal) who goes above and beyond to ensure our daughter is managed with affection. Thank you.

I can’t recommend Kiddi Caru enough. My little boys loves attending and he comes home in such a good mood. Thank you to all the staff for all you have done during lockdown, I’m forever grateful that you stayed open otherwise my little boy would not have any contact with any other children.

They have performed brilliantly during the pandemic and worked extremely hard to reassure parents.

My daughter absolutely loves going into nursery and gets so excited every time we get into the car and drive there. The staff can’t do enough for her and they all have such a good connection with the children that attend. My daughter's keyworkers work very closely with her and I can't praise them enough for the work they do. I truly believe it is down to them for how quickly she settled into the nursery. Thank you!

The staff at Kiddi Caru Whiteley are very friendly, always helpful and are clearly very dedicated to the development of the children they care for. It’s been a difficult 12 months and I think they’ve adapted very well, keeping parents informed one the way.

Our little girl loves going to nursery here. The staff are great and seeing the updates on Tapestry of their activities is brilliant. The menu is varied and healthy. The outside space is amazing and one of the main reasons we were interested. Would highly recommend.

My daughter loves going to nursery every day, she gives her nursery worker a big hug every time she goes in, without a backward look. She gets to do lots of fun developmental play and enjoys the Nursery experience.

When our second child came along we looked at other nurseries but did opt for Kiddi Caru purely for convenience, due to dropping and collections at school and nursery. I know we are in strange times but there is no personal feel to the nursery, no care it seems as if you pay for what you get. The app has only just been updated with months worth of input, it seems to have been forgotten about. No real updates are given besides “they had a great day!” Written days notes are sparse. I am glad we have chosen to place our child elsewhere from age three as Kiddi Caru do not seem to bring the children on as well as they advertise, like the French advertised! I would not recommend this nursery to anybody on my dealings recently.

We would just like to thank you, every one of you, for everything this year. My child enjoys coming to nursery so much every day, and she is learning and developing into an amazing little girl (albeit with a few off days!) but it is down to your care, education and support of her, so thank you. We are also grateful for the support you have given us during this difficult year.
