A fantastic place for our second daughter to attend. Great friendly staff which do a great deal to help the development of our daughter. A special mention to a member of staff in particular (Seal) who goes above and beyond to ensure our daughter is managed with affection. Thank you.

I can’t recommend Kiddi Caru enough. My little boys loves attending and he comes home in such a good mood. Thank you to all the staff for all you have done during lockdown, I’m forever grateful that you stayed open otherwise my little boy would not have any contact with any other children.

Overall our experience with Kiddi Caru has been very good. They were able to accommodate our child for the sessions we needed and allowed us to book just 2 half days per week which was ideal. They offered as many settle sessions as our child needed and were very understanding.
The staff have always
been kind and approachable and the communication between nursery and home has been clear and professional. They have good facilities including a large outside space and a sensory room.
They have performed brilliantly during the pandemic and worked extremely hard to reassure parents.

My daughter absolutely loves going into nursery and gets so excited every time we get into the car and drive there. The staff can’t do enough for her and they all have such a good connection with the children that attend. My daughter's keyworkers work very closely with her and I can't praise them enough
for the work they do. I truly believe it is down to them for how quickly she settled into the nursery. Thank you!

The staff at Kiddi Caru Whiteley are very friendly, always helpful and are clearly very dedicated to the development of the children they care for. It’s been a difficult 12 months and I think they’ve adapted very well, keeping parents informed one the way.

Our little girl loves going to nursery here. The staff are great and seeing the updates on Tapestry of their activities is brilliant. The menu is varied and healthy. The outside space is amazing and one of the main reasons we were interested. Would highly recommend.

My daughter loves going to nursery every day, she gives her nursery worker a big hug every time she goes in, without a backward look. She gets to do lots of fun developmental play and enjoys the Nursery experience.

Our first child went to Kiddi Caru nursery and towards the end of their time there we were thinking of moving on however it was only a short time before they went to school so we did not move.
When our second child came along we looked at other nurseries but did opt for Kiddi Caru purely for convenience,
due to dropping and collections at school and nursery. I know we are in strange times but there is no personal feel to the nursery, no care it seems as if you pay for what you get. The app has only just been updated with months worth of input, it seems to have been forgotten about. No real updates are given besides “they had a great day!” Written days notes are sparse. I am glad we have chosen to place our child elsewhere from age three as Kiddi Caru do not seem to bring the children on as well as they advertise, like the French advertised! I would not recommend this nursery to anybody on my dealings recently.

I find I need to prompt on what I believe should be pretty basic care sometimes i.e. twice in the last month on collecting my son have I pointed out that children have their shoes on the wrong feet. Every day my son is in I have to expressly ask for cream to be put on patches of red irritable skin around
his mouth (where he dribbles or eats) if I don’t ask, staff don’t think to do it themselves and he gets really sore. My biggest frustration is that I get such limited information on what my son has done all day on collection, all I hear is “we’ve played in the garden”. And if I probe for information I get met with blank faces. I’d like an actual update on what he’s done all day but I never get any information. I’d like to know what activities he’s done, what he enjoyed or didn’t show interest in, what targets or themes they are focusing on this week etc. this issue is further aggravated by the fact that I was promised a parent app would be implemented in August 2017......still waiting!

Lovely staff and my child is happy there.
I would prefer a little more of an update at the end of the day about what activities he is doing. For example, I have noticed his counting is very good, but I wasn't aware he was being taught or how they do this.
