Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley

Having massively stressed about leaving my children in childcare while I am at work; it so important to have comfort knowing that they are being well cared for.

I would highly recommend Kiddi Caru nursery. My nearly three year old loves it here, the staff are so friendly, engaging and professional; he has a real connection with his key worker. The nursery is very well equipped, with a newly refurbed sensory room and excellent outdoor play area. The nursery also encourages site visits to the local shops and train station, to assist with educational and role-playing activities. All staff accommodate my son's medical and dietary needs and I have complete trust leaving my son in their care.

The management has changed in the past year and the level of service (as well as parents request for feedback) has vastly improved - credit to them. Thank you!

My son loves it here. He is well looked after, fed a really interesting healthy variety of meals and has lots of enjoyable activities to engage in through his days. The facilities are lovely and so are the staff.

My son is learning, singing, has lots of good conversations with staff and children alike and sometimes doesn’t want to come home!

We have recently transitioned into preschool and he was very apprehensive but actually settled really quickly and that is all down to how quickly the staff got to know him and engage with him. Thank you all!

The carers and staff have an excellent relationship and understanding of my child and his development and needs.

He is always engaged and happy in the room at pickup, and the environment really seems to challenge his imagination

So lovely to have a nursery that it open when people work, rather than just school hours. Kiddi Caru is also open in school holidays. It only closes bank holidays and Christmas. We love the start in life that Kiddi Caru gives. Our first child loved it and now our second child is there. The food is also excellent and all prepared on site. Excellent outdoor space too.

They provide really helpful suggestions and advice if I am having any issues with him. We are very happy with kiddicam.

He loves Kiddi Caru and is always excited to go. His progress is fed back to us by his key person and we are very happy with our choice.

I always feel happy knowing my son is having a good time and being well looked after. I enjoying picking him up and his key workers always take time out to discuss his day including meals, nappies and sleep. I feel I come away knowing what he's been doing. It's also encouraging when he does something new at home and know he's learnt it at nursery.

We are very happy with the services provided at Kiddi Caru, we have always found staff to be extremely caring and the activities our children do are different and exciting for them every day. Very happy we chose Kiddi Caru nursery!

Feel child is being pushed into potty training. She's been upset past few months at drop-offs but keyworker wasn't aware of this or that potty training was being pushed by others.

Generally, my daughter is happy there.

The activities provided including activities that can be taken home are particularly good and it's so much better not having to provide the children with food to take in! It would appear both of the children enjoy the food provided at Kiddi Caru which is not a surprise considering the substantial and varied menu that is available.

Lovely nursery with super staff. My son has had a bit of a wobbly time lately - coping with separation anxiety - but the staff in his class and the office have been tremendous. The children have fantastic home-cooked fresh meals, and what a fantastic play area! Impossible to get bored there. My son adores it and comes home happy, tired and often covered in sand! I love it as it means he's had a smashing day! Also worth a mention is the security features, double doors etc - brilliant and very welcome by all parents.

I moved my son from a previous nursery when he was one. The reason for moving him was because this nursery wasn't supportive of full time working hours. I was nervous about moving him as he was so settled. The previous Ofsted rating of Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley did put me off, but a friend who'd gone through the exact same journey gave me a really positive account of her experience. I visited Kiddi Caru and met the nursery director who gave an open and honest account of their status and plans. I read the Ofsted reports for myself and felt the 'requires improvement' status was unfair and didn't impact what I wanted for my son. So I decided to take the plunge and move him. I'm so pleased I did it. He has loved it from day one. He's absolutely thrived and the staff have done a great job in preparing him for school. He's spelling, trying to read and adding up! I've built good relationships with the staff and I am so pleased that they recently achieved an Ofsted rating of 'Good'. 'Outstanding' can't be far off.

Our Son has been at Kiddi Caru for the last four years and will leave this August having had a wonderful experience with great staff.

He has also begun learning new words and using sign language to say please and thank you, which has come wholly from nursery.

Kiddi Caru Nursery is a kind and caring place where the needs of your child are their top priority. From the moment I handed my 11 month old over to the girls in clam room, she has had the most excellent provision. Nothing was too much trouble and when returning to work after a year's maternity, knowing your child is as precious to nursery staff as she is to you makes the whole process so much easier. She now runs into nursery, chats away about her day on the way home and beams when she mentions the name of her key worker (generally in her cot in the morning as a wake-up!) She is happy, making great progress and super friendships. The food is magnificent and provides the balance of nutrition and taste. Her diary regularly states that second helpings were had and it is all freshly prepared and delicious. I can not recommend this nursery enough - really personal, very friendly and exceptionally welcoming. Keep up the good work - it is much appreciated!

No real update of what's being learnt in the setting.

Defiantly the best nursery altogether. My daughter is ever so happy to be at nursery, she has learnt so many new things and made so many friends. I never had any problems with nursery staff as they are very helpful and friendly. I can confidently say that she is looked after very well in every manner at kiddi Caru, would 100% recommend. Thanks to the team.

Both of my children have attended Kiddi Caru and have loved it. The staff clearly care about the children and they are always doing exciting different activities. Would not hesitate to recommend to other parents.
