Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley

Considering my daughter is quite a shy individual, she absolutely loves nursery and can’t wait to go every day, which I think says a lot about the place. All staff are friendly and attentive and show a real interest. My daughter’s development has progressed massively since attending and she’s tried foods and activities she may not have tried otherwise.

The care workers are lovely and knowledgeable. My child enjoys nursery and when it comes to price it is very competitive.

It took us a long time to find a nursery that felt right but we knew when we had a tour at Kiddi Caru Whiteley (Gull Coppice) that we’d finally found the one! We’re so happy with our decision to send our daughter here, she attends 5 full days a week so we really needed to be sure. The staff are incredible, always so positive. We get lovely updates verbally, in her day book and on Tapestry, and of course on collection. Particular thanks to our daughter's key people who have taken such amazing care of her in crab and seahorse rooms. Thank you!

I really struggled with the lack of daily information, especially about food. They would rarely tell you if they didn't eat or put it on a sheet if it was actually updated. We had an issue with them not giving our eldest breakfast despite being in at breakfast time so we just started eating at home. When raised with management there was little concern and we felt like complaining would negatively affect our kids. We considered moving last year but my son didn't want to leave his friends so we stuck it out.

Range of food offered and brilliant sensory room available to children. Management are quick at responding to queries.

I can not rate Kiddi Caru Whiteley any higher, the staff are all genuinely caring and put a lot of effort into the children's learning. The outside play area is amazing and activities and day projects really teach the children age appropriately. A fantastic pre-school too. Would highly recommend.

On the whole, a satisfactory experience, but I wouldn't rant and rave about this nursery. Our daughter is going elsewhere.

Excellent nursery, friendly staff who go the extra mile and my son loves it there. The staff are fantastic with allergies. Since my son has been there, he has progressed a lot and the staff always call to keep me up to date if he isn't quite himself. Would highly recommend.

My daughter loves it here and is always happy to come and play. I have no faults with the nursery. I have recommended it several times in the past. Excellent care from all the staff. My daughter has made several friends within the nursery.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. My little one has been here since they were 9-months. The staff have been so fantastic at providing them with a safe and nurturing environment to grow and learn, both physically and emotionally. They are excited to go in every morning and I feel free from worry when leaving them.

Overall, I can’t rate Kiddi Caru highly enough.

All the staff are lovely, my child has always enjoyed coming to nursery, and runs into the room she is currently in. The rooms are so lovely. They keep you well informed with what they have been up to during the day. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement would be to see more parent app updates.

Amazing setting. The staff are all lovely, caring and very informative. My little one always comes home happy and tired which is a bonus. He’s made such lovely friends with his classmates. Another great factor is that they do all kinds of fun activities with them.

We have always been pleased with Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley. The staff are friendly and know the children extremely well. My daughter has learnt so much during her time here and she is always talking about what she has learned that day.

My son loves to go to nursery school and is looking forward to moving to the preschool class. The teachers are great. Only area of improvement would be communicating what is upcoming at nursery via either a quarterly or monthly newsletter which would help parents to have more detail of what the children are covering or doing.

The nursery is safe, secure and has a really good set-up. Our son is very happy here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery. The staff are always friendly. The variety of food is good. We are kept informed of progress via the parent app with photos.

The staff are attentive to the child's needs and are friendly and welcoming. They have good communication with the parents. The staff provide informative daily reports which are very helpful. It is nice to see the children involved in activities through school videos and photographs online.

I’m so impressed with the standard of Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley, the staff are all very knowledgeable and after an unpleasant experience with a childminder I was very worried to send my child to another childcare setting, within the settling in sessions I had my mindset completely turned. My daughter's room leader, her team and all the staff in general are amazing. My daughter just walks on in, gives us a wave and she’s off for the day - something we never thought would happen. I can’t thank Kiddi Caru for everything they have done for my daughter in such a short amount of time.

Our son seems to enjoy his time at nursery, and he definitely likes the ladies who take care of him. It's great for us to see what he gets up to whilst he's at nursery, and we look forward to updates on the parent app.
