I cannot recommend this nursery enough. My little one has been here since they were 9-months. The staff have been so fantastic at providing them with a safe and nurturing environment to grow and learn, both physically and emotionally. They are excited to go in every morning and I feel free from worry
when leaving them.

My son started attending Kiddi Caru in October 2021, and right from the start, we have been very impressed with the standard of care he receives. Most importantly, the staff at Kiddi Caru are fantastic. They appear to genuinely care about the well-being of our son and have formed strong attachments
with him, which makes it so much easier to leave him for the day knowing he is in safe and caring hands. It is also clear that they know him well as they treat him as an individual and recognise his needs and likes and dislikes.
Aside from the excellent care provided by the staff, the activities on offer are always engaging and interesting, and I love to hear about what he’s been up to during the day.
In addition, the meals offered during the day are always varied and nutritious, so this provides peace of mind for his nursery days that I know he is going to eat well.
Overall, I can’t rate Kiddi Caru highly enough.

All the staff are lovely, my child has always enjoyed coming to nursery, and runs into the room she is currently in. The rooms are so lovely. They keep you well informed with what they have been up to during the day. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement would be to see more parent app updates.

Amazing setting. The staff are all lovely, caring and very informative. My little one always comes home happy and tired which is a bonus. He’s made such lovely friends with his classmates. Another great factor is that they do all kinds of fun activities with them.

We have always been pleased with Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley. The staff are friendly and know the children extremely well. My daughter has learnt so much during her time here and she is always talking about what she has learned that day.

My son loves to go to nursery school and is looking forward to moving to the preschool class. The teachers are great. Only area of improvement would be communicating what is upcoming at nursery via either a quarterly or monthly newsletter which would help parents to have more detail of what the children
are covering or doing.

The nursery is safe, secure and has a really good set-up. Our son is very happy here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery. The staff are always friendly. The variety of food is good. We are kept informed of progress via the parent app with photos.

The staff are attentive to the child's needs and are friendly and welcoming. They have good communication with the parents. The staff provide informative daily reports which are very helpful. It is nice to see the children involved in activities through school videos and photographs online.

I’m so impressed with the standard of Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley, the staff are all very knowledgeable and after an unpleasant experience with a childminder I was very worried to send my child to another childcare setting, within the settling in sessions I had my mindset completely turned. My daughter's
room leader, her team and all the staff in general are amazing. My daughter just walks on in, gives us a wave and she’s off for the day - something we never thought would happen. I can’t thank Kiddi Caru for everything they have done for my daughter in such a short amount of time.

Every single aspect of Kiddi Caru Yew Tree Drive is excellent! Love, care and such attention to detail are seen in everything. The food that is so thought through each week, catering for all ages and special requirements. Making sure the kids get every kind of nutrition and variety possible. The activities
and love the nursery rooms pour into each child every day is incredible! I don’t know how they have the patience, skill and care 100% of the time. Real-life angels. The office is run so smoothly and handled things so well during the difficult pandemic. The place is always clean despite all the children getting lots of chances to explore messy play and running around. Will forever be grateful for finding a place that I know has a big part to play in the development and safety of my little girl.

Our daughter has been to nursery since she was 10-months-old and is now two and a half. She has been in three classes, and we’ve always been very happy with the nursery. She is always happy to go in and enjoys the activities. The facilities are great, and the staff are very caring and friendly.

The nursery is very supportive with challenges with our child's development and milestones by putting and agreeing on a plan for our child along with SENCO.
We feel our child comes home from nursery more confident, fulfilled and is engaged whilst at nursery.
The recent parents' evening held was fabulous
it was our first opportunity, because of the pandemic, to see inside the nursery to get a feel for the environment and see all the wonderful work the team do and the activities they do with the children.
Although we've not tasted the food ourselves, our child always eats well and often has two helpings. Thumbs up catering staff.
We receive observations on the parent app, although more frequently than once per week would be a real bonus, but appreciate staff are busy with children.

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley is a fantastic nursery. My daughter enjoys going and has so much fun. She has learnt so much and become very confident. There is so much for her to do. We enjoy getting updates from the nursery. My son also attended the nursery 6-years ago.

Really good nursery, my son loves it here. My only gripe is he always comes out with snot and bogies all over his face. It doesn’t take much for a baby wipe. However, he has really come along since being at Kiddi Caru.
One really big issue for me is the fact of paying over bank holidays when the
nursery isn’t open? It’s hard for parents who need to find alternative childcare and pay for it as well as paying for their ‘place’. I find it ridiculous. Same as I think you should be able to book a holiday for your child it’s awfully expensive if you wish to go on holiday and still have childcare fees to pay for.

My son has been here since January 2020. Originally placed as I worked nearby since the pandemic I now complete a 40-mile round trip each morning and evening to still bring him here. The reason - he loves it and so do I. The staff are friendly and genuinely care, for your child and you. The things they
do with the children are educational, fun and varied. The ways in which they communicate with you are prompt, professional and fair. I’ve often asked myself why I do this commute, especially now I expect to work from home for the rest of my time with my employer. Simply put, I don’t think there could be a better team of people or setting to look after my son. He skips in each morning, never looking back after a cuddle goodbye and talks so fondly of them all (despite being just 2 years old). I cannot fault anything they do, quite the opposite, thank you Kiddi Caru, for helping me raise a happy, well rounded, engaged and engaging little boy! Keep doing what you are doing as it really is appreciated.

Our son has been going to Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley since he was nine months old, he is now approaching two and a half. We were luckily enough to have a particular member of staff as his key carer from when he started right up until his recent move upstairs, he grew such a strong bond with her
and she was so helpful and supportive through his development. He now has another member of staff as his key carer, who he adores. He loves to come home and tell us everything he has done that day. Very grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery that helps him flourish and grow.
