I have nothing but incredible things to say about Kiddi Caru Whiteley! My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending and they go above and beyond with her few (minor) health issues. I never worry whilst she is there, and she always comes home telling me how amazing her day has been.

Our second child has been at the nursery since October and he is thriving there. They do such a great job of keeping us updated and he is so happy to go to them each day he is in. Love the space they have, he is a big fan of the sensory room and is enjoying getting out in the garden more now the weather
is improving.

Our daughter loves it there and has made some lovely friends. The staff obviously care about our daughter very much and I trust them. They are flexible and we have been working together for potty training in a way that works best for our daughter. The garden is big and there are loads of activities
going on that make it extra fun for our daughter and us. It's a great nursery.

Have been great. Our child has loved being there after an uncertain start. She has made friends and looks forward to going. The only issue we have had is with the food occasionally. She hasn't always liked what was given. Feel more child-friendly lunches would maybe be more suitable. A ham sandwich
and a yoghurt or fruit would be better than salmon pasta to a 3-year-old. My only real feedback. Otherwise brilliant.

The change in days (9/10/11 hour days etc.) makes claiming the full government funding without extra costs unachievable.
Requests for additional resources (books etc.) are surprising for such high rates.
There doesn’t seem to be much participation with parents on opportunities the children are given
(eco committee as an example).

My little girl has been going to Kiddi Caru Whiteley since she was eight months old, she is now four! She has always loved this nursery and has made some lovely friends there. All the staff have been great, I can imagine it's a very demanding job and they are always smiling. They are very good at putting
on days to celebrate occasions like 'children in need' and mothers day etc and I do get regular updates on my little girl's progress and the day she has had.
It's so nice that all the staff at the nursery know my little girl's name and always say hello to her, I feel like they have made an effort to get to know her personally instead of just another child at the nursery. I am sure it helps my child is a big character and hard to miss. All the staff are wonderful but a special appreciation to two ladies in Whale who my little girl is very fond of.
Would Highly recommend Kiddi Caru Whiteley as a nursery.

I cannot fault this nursery and the staff, it was very important to me as a first-time mum to feel confident and put my trust in someone looking after my daughter when I went back to work. She is absolutely thriving in nursery and the staff are very good at communicating at every stage. I have to mention
2 key workers, her key worker in the Clam room - made the transition of her going to nursery and me going back to work easy and kept me updated with pictures and calls in the first months of her joining and helped with my anxiety of her being at nursery full time, and also her key worker in Seahorse who has made her transition from Clam room to Seahorse so smooth and she has come on leaps and bounds since being in there. She absolutely loves nursery and this is a credit to everyone who is there.

We have been really impressed with Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley ever since our daughter joined a year and a half ago. She absolutely loves attending and has made lots of new friends. She has had a number of different key workers throughout her time there so far and they have all been wonderful, providing
her with the care and support that she needs every day. The experiences that she has had have been amazing and she has developed huge amounts. I would highly recommend this nursery.

It took us a long time to find a nursery that felt right but we knew when we had a tour at Kiddi Caru Whiteley (Gull Coppice) that we’d finally found the one! We’re so happy with our decision to send our daughter here, she attends 5 full days a week so we really needed to be sure. The staff are incredible,
always so positive. We get lovely updates verbally, in her day book and on Tapestry, and of course on collection. Particular thanks to our daughter's key people who have taken such amazing care of her in crab and seahorse rooms. Thank you!

We have had 2 children at Kiddi Caru since 2017 and both are now at school. We really wanted to love this nursery, it's nearby with a nice outdoor space. Unfortunately, we've had very mixed experiences over the years. Some of their key carers were great but there is a high staff turnover at the nursery.
The ones we struggled with had very little interest in our kids and every day the daily update was 'they had a good day' with nothing further and they barely used Tapestry.
I really struggled with the lack of daily information, especially about food. They would rarely tell you if they didn't eat or put it on a sheet if it was actually updated. We had an issue with them not giving our eldest breakfast despite being in at breakfast time so we just started eating at home. When raised with management there was little concern and we felt like complaining would negatively affect our kids. We considered moving last year but my son didn't want to leave his friends so we stuck it out.

I can not rate Kiddi Caru Whiteley any higher, the staff are all genuinely caring and put a lot of effort into the children's learning. The outside play area is amazing and activities and day projects really teach the children age appropriately. A fantastic pre-school too. Would highly recommend.

We relocated to Hampshire and our son went to a fantastic nursery before and set the bar really high. We chose this nursery as it is local to us and the opening hours are great. The staff are friendly and do greet you with a smile. Unfortunately, we had a few issues since our son started there. He has
specific dietary requirements and on several occasions, the handover paper we used to get had stated that he had eaten something that he shouldn't have. We brought this up several times and were reassured that he hadn't eaten what was on the paper. It took a stern email to the nursery manager to get this looked into properly. But by this time you sort of lose trust in the nursery as you don't know what or who to believe?
On 2 occasions we picked our son up from nursery and found that he has no underwear on! This was unacceptable to us.
On the whole, a satisfactory experience, but I wouldn't rant and rave about this nursery. Our daughter is going elsewhere.

Excellent nursery, friendly staff who go the extra mile and my son loves it there. The staff are fantastic with allergies. Since my son has been there, he has progressed a lot and the staff always call to keep me up to date if he isn't quite himself. Would highly recommend.
