Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Basingstoke

Absolutely fantastic nursery and preschool, they have an interest in the children in their care. They are very supportive of special requirements for children, with dietary requirements and also health care. This is when things needed like creams, whether that is normal cream or specialised prescription cream. My little one decided on which preschool to attend, and she absolutely loved being at Kiddi Caru. She loved all the activities and learning about different things and playing outside. This preschool is amazing at helping when families are going through difficult situations, including separations.

We would recommend it to anyone looking for a daycare nursery in the area as they really go beyond everything.

Kiddi Caru staff have always been amazing, and our children have always enjoyed their days at nursery. The food is varied, and there are always activities planned. We look forward to the reintroduction of parent's evenings, so great we can discuss our children’s development in more detail.

We really like our experience so far after putting our child into this nursery. All the staff are very nice and helpful. The facilities are great and the food menus look great. The outdoor space and equipment look like great fun for the children. I would highly recommend it.

The staff are very attentive and caring, making you feel at ease when you leave your child. They keep me up to date on what my child is doing via the app online. They also take more time to understand Boran as English is his second language. Definitely recommend.

My daughter currently attends Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Basingstoke, and she is so happy. My older son also thrived here. The staff have been nothing but amazing, despite challenges thrown their way by the pandemic. The fact that the children have felt safe throughout speaks volumes.

All staff are very helpful and considerate, and always have the best interests of the children at the heart of what they do. Our daughter often comes home telling us what she has done that day and how the staff took part. All issues are raised sensitively and staff are happy to give advice if asked.

A really wonderful nursery. All the staff are friendly, they really care about your child and their progress. We are always kept up to date on how our child is doing and what they have been up to during the day. My daughter absolutely loves her carers and loves going to nursery. It is so nice to take her in and know that she will be well looked after. It’s always hard to leave your baby but it makes it easier knowing that a lovely team of people are looking after them. I highly recommend this nursery.

I was nervous about going back to work and leaving my 5-month-old in a nursery, but he absolutely loves it! The sweet pea room is educational and fun for the young ones. A special shout out to two members of staff who made me feel at ease and clearly really care for the babies in their care.

I currently have two children at the nursery, and I am so happy I chose Kiddi Caru. My son has always struggled with separation from me, but I am so happy with how the staff at Kiddi Caru have helped him - this helped with my decision for childcare for my youngest. My son started Kiddi Caru in November 202,1 and since then, he has come on leaps and bounds. All the staff there are so friendly and welcoming, and my son has achieved things in that short time that I didn't think he would and he has. All the staff are approachable and listen to all your questions. I'm so happy my son goes here.

The staff are always so friendly. My child enjoys her time in the nursery with so many toys around. I feel secure putting her in their care during the day. They always tell us how the day went. Most days, it's a good day with no meltdowns at teatime. Excellent.

My child has been going to the nursery for over a year and a half. We are happy with the staff and how they look after our child. They have great security that gives us assurance that only we can pick up our child.

My daughter started nursery in March and after settling in sessions struggled to settle as this was her first experience in a childcare setting. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel safe and help her to settle into the nursery. We have noticed her development progress after a few short months at the nursery in terms of social skills, concentration on tasks, and drawing. We cannot thank the wonderful staff enough. Since my daughter started nursery a few months ago I've had a huge amount of support from the team who looks after her. I was very nervous to be leaving her and returning to work as little one is a contact napper and was breastfed and refused bottles, but the team have been amazing and helped little one settle within about a week. They give excellent updates at the end of every day and keep you informed if things do go off track.
