Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Basingstoke

The day is structured well, with meals cooked on site and a great outdoor area for little ones to explore.

My son started in the preschool in October having transferred from another nursery. His settle sessions were helpful and I found it didn't take long for him to settle into the new routine. My son has allergies and the extra support he gets during mealtimes is reassuring and to date, I haven't had a single incident of a reaction. A big thank you to staff for making my son (and me) feel so welcome.

My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Kiddi Caru and loves the staff there. He is very happy and his confidence is growing daily

My daughter has been at Basingstoke Kiddi Caru since she was 10 months old - she is now 2.5 years. During this time she has been extremely happy and excited to attend nursery on every morning that she goes. Sometimes she is having so much fun when we collect her she wants to stay longer. This has been so reassuring to me and means I can go off to work knowing that not only is she safe, she is also very happy.

Communication has been great from the staff and if I require extra sessions then the site has been very accommodating.

My wife and I have found Kiddi Caru to be a fantastic nursery and invaluable experience for our 2 daughters before they embark on school. Although 1 of our daughters struggled to settle for few weeks, the staff were patient and experienced in helping both our daughter and my wife and I, through the difficult drop-offs. The girls have come on leaps and bounds though, they've really thrived at this nursery and love attending. Their confidence has soared and we feel very confident they are ready for school life.

My son started at nursery at 1 yr old with eczema and several food allergies, he is now nearly 2 and loves going to nursery, the staff are fantastic and cater so well for his allergies and cannot do enough to make sure he is comfortable when his eczema flares up. His development has come on leaps and bounds and he loves all the fun activities that he does every day, I would highly recommend this nursery.

We have been really pleased with the care and attention that our boys have received since starting at Kiddi Caru Basingstoke. They are treated individually to their specific needs and the development that we have seen in them, as a result, has been remarkable. They have worked alongside us with any problems (settling in, potty training etc) and I just can’t imagine going anywhere else. We highly recommend them, and thanks so much for all your hard work so far!

Having spent considerable time looking at many nurseries in the area I found Kiddi Caru to be the most well equipped with the best outdoor area, which was further invested in during the time our son was attending the nursery.

This preschool setting goes above and beyond for my son. He receives 1-2-1 support for his additional needs which has all been organised by the school. His teachers always have his best interests at heart and do everything they can to support him. The school has my son eating foods he never would before and I am still amazed at the security of the nursery.

We have been using this nursery for over 6 years now, for 2 children and have been overall very pleased with the childcare and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend. My daughter has had an amazing key carer in preschool, who always greets with a smile and feeds back all the details of my daughters day. Activities are varied including plenty of messy artwork, baking and my daughter loves the yoga. The garden is outstanding and recently been re-developed and the children seem to go out most days regardless of the weather.

I really am going to be sad to say goodbye at the end of this month when my daughter goes off to school....but I know that Kiddicaru have given her the best start for her next adventure.

Going back to work and leaving my child was one of the hardest things i've ever done but i knew she was in good hands at Kiddi Caru. Her carers in the baby room were genuinely pleased to see her and said i could call during the day to check she was ok. All the carers in each room she has been in take real interest in her as an individual and her personal development. I feel we work together to support her learning. They always have plenty of time to tell me about her day and what activities and always something new/different nursery wide events going on including improvements to already great facilities, such as, the lovely garden which my daughter enjoys going out in everyday. The office staff are friendly and welcoming. A well managed nursery- lovely feel with all staff involved including the manager and the chef.
