Good Manors Day Nursery Manor Lodge

The staffs here are amazing. My first child was cared for by Good Manor and also my second. It is sad that my youngest won't be able to attend the graduation day but we wish all the staff/business the best.

The team are great with my daughter and she is always so excited to go to nursery. She comes home and tells us all about her day and who she has been talking to. She thinks of the team as her friends and I know this is giving her the right attitude towards adults and setting her up for school.

Our 3-year-old and 1-year-old love this nursery. All staff are so friendly and welcoming. I have 100% confidence in leaving our children in the care of the amazing staff. The outdoor area is secure and a great space for children to play.

Both my children have gone to this nursery, one is due to leave for school next month. They have been outstanding in all aspects of her journey leading up to her school year. She has made friends and loves her peers like family.

Our daughter has been attending one day a week for the past 6 months. She absolutely loves going to ‘school’ and happily walks in each week. Each week there are a range of different creative and learning activities. The garden area is particularly good, which was key for us when choosing a nursery. We’re kept up to date with photos of her each session so we can talk to her about her day and a list of what food she’s eaten. We’ve not had any issues but I’m confident that if there was any need to raise a concern it would be dealt with quickly by the lovely staff. Thank you!

My child has been lucky enough to be able to attend Good Manors Day Nursery since she was 7 months old. All the staff are amazing at their job, my daughter seems to have a great time there and no matter what time I collect her they are always happy to chat about her day. Also there is so much support if your child needs extra help.

I am so impressed with Good Manors Day Nursery Manor Lodge, I felt comfortable from day one leaving my child in their care. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The building is gorgeous and the garden is the perfect outdoor space for the little ones. I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t even dream of looking elsewhere. My child comes home happy and well-looked after having spent the day playing and learning.

The activities are varied and well planned out to engage the children, whilst giving them ample time to burn off excess energy before/after quieter more skilled tasks. Free play using the child's own imagination is also encouraged.

The staff are amazing! So friendly and have been great with all my children that have attended there. My children loved/love going to Good Manors. Indoor and outdoor facilities are brilliant. Such a great nursery.

Good Manors Day Nursery (Manor Lodge) is the perfect fit for our son. The staff are all incredibly supportive of both children and parents and are always willing to give good summaries of our children’s days. The activities they do are very rewarding and the cleanliness of the site is second to none. My only suggestion of improvement would be an intercom to make drop off/pick up go a little smoother, but they’re busy looking after the little ones after all! Overall this is an excellent nursery and our little one seems to be thriving as a result and is very excited to go to the nursery!

The team at Good Manors Day Nursery are exceptional in their care for my son. He's grown in confidence from day one and he is always excited to go in and see his friends and the team. I think it is amazing how dedicated the team are in ensuring the wellbeing of the children whilst in their care from nutrition to arts and crafts and even baking cookies. My son loves the water play and playing outside in the garden with his friends.

Please can we have the outdoor sandpit up and running as Covid restrictions have been lifted?

My three-year-old daughter currently attends Good Manors and my five-year-old son did until he started school in September 2021. We have always found it to be a caring, safe place which both of our children have loved attending. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there is a very loving ethos around the place. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The staff have a keen eye on safeguarding and are committed to keeping children safe and promoting their wider well-being. What a fantastic nursery!

The management has been superb throughout the pandemic, working so hard to provide continued service with clear instruction and reassurance messages to maintain safety for the children and the staff. We are so lucky to have found this excellent team who are completely deserving of their outstanding status.

My child has thrived from being at Good Manors at Manor Lodge and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I’ve only ever had one or two minor issues such as belongings not being sent home or a thicker coat not being worn on a windy day but the staff are so apologetic and ensure it never happens more than once.

It has really helped me transition back to work knowing my daughter loves going to nursery and I feel happy knowing she is being well looked after. I receive a daily report of what she has been up to as well as highlighting any milestones and learnings, it includes what she has eaten and nappies. Would really recommend Good Manors.

I am really happy with this nursery and my 18-month-old daughter always has a brilliant time there. They do so many activities with them and lots of garden time and I especially love the updates I get with photos at the end of the day. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend!
