I have found my experience as a parent of the nursery very pleasant. The aunties have been helpful whenever I have asked about my child's day or progress. I have been made to feel welcome each day I arrive to drop off or collect my child also.
It has been a brilliant service so far compared to previous
experiences at other places.

Willow Tree has offered both my children the best possible start in life. Offering, fun, care, education and professional childcare at all times. Both my children have enjoyed every minute spent here and have both made incredible friends and wonderful relationships with their Aunties. Highly recommend
the nursery to everyone! You will not find a better one!

Both my children have attended Willow Tree and loved it. My son joined when he was 2; an incredibly shy boy who didn't talk or really socialise with anyone. He came on leaps and bounds here. He loved the big outdoor play areas and really did thrive with their support. Their school transition was also
great and he felt really at ease about starting school last year. My daughter has been with Willow Tree since 6 months old. They were fantastic with her as a baby and as she has moved through the bigger rooms she's grown in confidence and loves spending time there. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter attends Willow Tree Nursery and I honestly could not be happier with her experience so far. As a worried parent, it was nice that they offered support to me as well as my daughter.
I feel completely satisfied with my daughter's experience with the nursery and would most definitely recommend
it.

My son attended the After School Club and Holiday Club before he moved onto High School. He loved coming to the nursery every day and the Aunties and Uncles made his stay enjoyable. When attending the Holiday Club he loved the fact that each day had a different theme and all different activities. Hence
over the 6 weeks summer holidays, he never got bored.

Both our boys went to Willow Tree Nursery from 11 months old. The nursery is amazing, staff are lovely. I can't thank the staff enough for taking care of them while I worked. They went In a mixture of rooms and each move up was well planned and smoothly done. They had a very good approach to learning
through play, which prepared my eldest for starting school. If I had any admin to sort out and complete, the staff were helpful and polite.
They had hot meals and they enjoyed these too. Staff contributed to teaching 'table manners' and even gave me as a first-time mum, advice on potty training. They would always listen if I had any concerns or worries and were really supportive during a time when my husband had an accident. They made sure his needs were seen to so he could watch the children sing carols. All the staff worked in the best interest of the children and understood each child had individual needs and I would recommend this nursery for your little ones.

My son has attended here since he was 7 months old and loves every moment of being here. The aunties are wonderful, personal, happy and competent. Every room has such a wide variety of activities, especially outdoors which my son loves and is always coming home with new creations. So nice to know he
is being so well cared for while I am at work. Thank you, Willow Tree here's to the next few years!

Lovely nursery. My son has been there a year and they have prepared him well for school so far. He knows a lot of his phonic sounds and can count well. He has also started forming letters. The staff have been excellent at settling my son into nursery and he is learning key independent skills.

Fantastic nursery. My oldest child attended and was extremely well looked after. The aunties are very attentive and build a lovely relationship with all of the children. Lovely, clean ample facilities really helped to prepare my son for school and aid in his early learning. My youngest now attends
and loves it too. Highly recommend the holiday club too.

My little boy (8 months old) started in the baby room this month. He's only been there 3 times and I know already he absolutely loves it!! I was expecting tears but I'm told he's always a very happy boy while he's there.

The ladies in Baby Buds are brilliant and make me feel so happy to leave

my son with them! I even call them (more than I should) and they let me know how he's doing throughout the day. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm really grateful as it's hard leaving your baby for the first time but they made it really easy for us. If you're looking for childcare, I would recommend going to Willow Tree for a look around. You will not be disappointed.

My twins attend this nursery and I couldn't say a negative thing about it. The staff are amazing, the facilities/games/activities and everything else is well above par and couldn't think of a happier place for my children to be while I'm at work.
They have come on leaps and bounds with their speech
and creativity and we couldn't be happier.

My daughter attends Willow Tree Nursery & Children's Centre 3 mornings a week. In my experience, having a little one with Downs Syndrome and finding appropriate childcare to suit her needs was a daunting task until I went to Willow Tree. The "Aunties and Uncles" are just the most dedicated, kind and
welcoming people. This outstanding nursery comes highly recommended! All of the children are happy with so many fun things to do inside and outdoors, to ensure they learn through play. Well done all, keep up the fantastic care and support.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.4 (9.421) out of 10 for Willow Tree Nursery School is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 14 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.4 out of 5 from 14 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.988 for Willow Tree Nursery School is calculated as follows: ( (165 Excellents x 5) + (2 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 167 Ratings = 4.988
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.433 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Willow Tree Nursery School is based on 14 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 3.85
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 120 number of registered child places is 24. 14 Positive Reviews ÷ 24 = 0.583
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
