I have two children at Willow Tree, one in Willows and the other in Blossoms. They both love going to nursery and have so much fun. I have noticed with my daughter especially, that she’s always telling us new things she has learnt and I have no doubt that when she starts school in September, she will
be more than prepared. I am more than happy with the staff and the environment that my children are in and can go off to work happy because I know my children are well taken care of.

Excellent. Both my children have attended the nursery. Now they are both at school they attend after school club and holiday club. Willow Tree has been part of my life for the last ten years.

My son has been attending Willow Tree for around 18 months when he first started he was very shy and would always get upset when I left.
The aunties were very helpful and understanding of the situation and of my son. Since attending Willow Tree he has grown into an outgoing, smart and caring boy and
I really believe it's down to the nursery!

Since my son has been in blossoms he has come along leaps and bounds. He has become more sociable and caring towards other children. On many occasions when picking my son up he didn't want to leave. All the staff are fantastic with him and as I was very anxious about leaving him the head of room made
me feel at ease.

Willow Tree, in my opinion, are a fantastic childcare service provider. Both of my children love it here. Staff are friendly and engaging and understand both of my children's needs. I have a child with complex special needs and sensory processing disorder and he loves coming to the holiday club. He's
been attending Willow Tree since he was 2 years old, he's now nearly 12. Nothing is too much trouble. My 3 years old has come on wonderfully and enjoys nursery days. A lovely atmosphere where children are looked after and cared for very well.

Willow Tree Nursery & Children's Centre is a wonderful nursery which both my children have been to. My 3 years old loves it and the caring staff. Both of my children learnt a great deal by attending this nursery. I couldn’t be more pleased with the nursery and staff. I would highly recommend this nursery
and have done as my niece also attends Willow Tree Nursery & Children's Centre.

My children enjoy attending the nursery, they find it a safe environment, they learn and have fun each day. Everyday is an exciting day for them to explore and enjoy fun and games whilst meeting the expectations for their ages development.

My daughter has been attending Willow Tree over 3 years now. I can’t thank the staff enough for what they do for her and how much she has learned from there. There is always a smile as soon as you open the door all the staff are happy, friendly and willing to help at any point. She is going to miss
all of the staff so much when she attends school and we will have to regularly go back for visits and cuddles from the aunties!

I came across The Willow Tree first as a mum of my children that attended and settled in very quickly and loved their time at the nursery.
The Aunties were always very caring and nothing was too much trouble. The activities that the nursery provided were always fun and educational.
Just recently my
two granddaughters have also attended the nursery from babies to school age, the youngest just started school in September 2017. They both loved their time at the nursery and it also helped them settle into their school life.

The nursery provided my son with a weeks work experience. They were so welcoming. The nursery practitioners were happy to guide and support him. Everyone was pleased with him and praised his efforts. It was clear the nursery had a nurturing and educational approach to both the children who attend and
those who wish to make their career in nursery work. A fantastic nursery.

Willow Tree Nursery & Children's Centre has always provided top quality personalised care for all my children that have attended the nursery and crèche.

Every part of their care has been perfect. My little one with severe and complex needs loved all the 'Aunties and Uncles' and the only place I

ever felt comfortable leaving him.

Current Review Score: 9.4 (9.421)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.4 (9.421) out of 10 for Willow Tree Nursery School is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 14 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.4 out of 5 from 14 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.988 for Willow Tree Nursery School is calculated as follows: ( (165 Excellents x 5) + (2 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 167 Ratings = 4.988
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.433 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Willow Tree Nursery School is based on 14 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 3.85
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 120 number of registered child places is 24. 14 Positive Reviews ÷ 24 = 0.583
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
