New Beginnings Day Nursery Loughton

A great nursery that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. It's a very nurturing and warm environment. The staff are very professional and it's a tightly-run ship, without being sterile. My daughter runs in with a smile on her face every day and comes home happy. The staff clearly care about the children and their development. The crisis management and response to the pandemic was and continues to be, exemplary. Although parents can no longer go into the nursery because of covid, the videos show it's a clean and colourful space full of stimulating toys and activities. It's also within the grounds of a primary school and there is a lovely outdoor area with views of a green field.

My eldest child attended this nursery three years ago and my second also attends here, both started from baby stage. I cannot be happier in knowing that my child is totally cared for and in an excellent nurturing environment. The team are second to none and their work truly shows.

New Beginnings Day Nursery is a fantastic place for children with wonderful surroundings and above all, great staff whom I cannot praise highly enough. My three children have all attended and have loved it! I would recommend New Beginnings to everyone!

This is a really wonderful nursery. Our daughter absolutely loves going and runs to the door when we arrive. The staff are really friendly, approachable and helpful and have taken great steps to ensure the children are safe in these crazy times. The new garden looks amazing and I love that they asked the children what they wanted to see out there. I hope one day we're allowed back inside to see what the children are getting up to.

One of our three children has been attending New Beginnings Loughton for the last seven years and I honestly cannot fault it. The management team is excellent - very approachable, transparent, kind - as are all the staff within the rooms. They should be particularly commended for their Covid response which was swift, clear, and appropriate. The facilities are purpose-built, clean, modern, light, airy, and spacious, with a fabulous big garden. All of our kids have loved coming here, they have built excellent relationships with staff and other children, and I'll be sad when we have to leave!

My son goes to New Beginnings in Loughton and they are a fantastic nursery. I wouldn’t want him to go anywhere else, they are so helpful, caring and kind. He's come on leaps and bounds since he joined. Highly recommend New Beginnings in Loughton.

I am extremely happy with this nursery and am so glad that we chose this one for our 18-month-old daughter. She settled in very quickly and I believe that this was down to the warmth and friendliness of the staff who work there. On her first couple of days, I was instantly reassured through regular feedback and a couple of telephone calls to let me know that everything was ok which really put my mind at ease. My little girl is so excited to go in the mornings and always comes home with a smile on her face. I am always kept up to date and excellent communication is provided in the weekly book so I know what she has been up to that week. I can not recommend this nursery enough and have friends waiting to put their children in.

A wonderful nursery who have responded remarkably well to the challenges of lockdown. I've been really impressed with the way they have adjusted to the new normal- providing a clean and safe environment where my son has been very happy to attend each day. New Beginnings are clearly invested in the social and emotional development of each child and show genuine compassion and care for all the children at the nursery. My son has been there since he was in the baby room and I have been really impressed with how quickly he has built relationships with each of his key workers. Any issues are dealt with swiftly, professionally and with long-lasting resolutions. A nice space for outdoor play and role-play which provides variety in the style of activities he wants to pursue.

I have two boys at the nursery, they both look forward to going into the building and both have huge smiles on their faces at the end of the day, for me, this is the best review you can have. Both my wife and I feel very comfortable with staff and think that the level of care and attention is second to none. I would recommend this site to anyone.

The staff are very friendly and always happy to see us. They always greet us with smiles and ask how we are. Their feedback given at the end of the day is very thorough so I, as a parent, know exactly what she's done/eaten etc. The place is always super clean with different activities every day.

It's a real keepsake for parents.

The staff are very helpful, accommodating and understanding as well. They listen to you regardless and support the child in developmental areas. I have used the nursery for my 3 kids since it was opened and I highly recommend it.

I am very happy with how my son has progressed since starting. He is more confident and independent and enjoys his time and nursery.

The premises are great with lots of natural light, sensory room and an outdoor play area.

I value when the team leader proactively gives me feedback on how my child has done and enjoyed on any particular day. As my daughter spends 4 days at nurseries it's important to know her likes / dislikes on a regular basis.

The only criticism relates to the policy regarding the inability of staff to administer children child pain relief when unwell with high temperature waiting for their parents to pick them up.

New Beginnings is a lovely nursery where the staff really care about the children. They were patient and calm when my little boy found it hard to settle initially. My little boy loves it now. Facilities are really good.
