The most amazing Nursery!
My son has been attending since 6 months old and is thriving and hitting milestones on or ahead of time.


The nursery is a family and not a revolving door of new faces. Turnover is low and they are unique in ensuring consistency for the children by balancing the staff across

their sites instead of relying on temporary or agency hires.


My son skips in and would stay longer if he could.


Any concern is managed promptly and with professionalism and iits so rare that I feel a massive comfort that my sons needs are met and exceeded.


Management are visible and personable, I just don't think you'd get this with thr bigger chains.


100% recommend and not 1 negative comment in the 2 years we've been a part of the setting.

The only bad thing about my move out of the area was that my daughter could no longer attend this nursery. She started when she was nine months old and after viewing a few nursery's, which were depressing, I was so happy to find New Beginnings. My daughter would be the first in most days and would not
even look back at me to say goodbye. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the kids eat better than we do at home and the activities are always enriching for the children. I could not speak more highly of this nursery and I think I will find it hard to find one of this high standard. Thank you so much New Beginnings, Loughton for helping me to feel confident when sending my child to nursery.

My Son has been attending since Sept 2024, he is now 2 years old and I have been very happy for the whole time he's been there. I feel very comfortable knowing he is in such a positive environment with such caring staff. My son has learnt so much while being there and I have no worries about his development.
With no siblings or cousins I can see he is learning to share & take turns which is something I would struggle to teach him at home. My son didn't take long to settle in during his first year and now seems to enjoy going, he loves the water activities & sometimes tells me the names of his friends or what he did. We get regular updates with pictures about his learning and love to see what he's up to. All the staff are warm, friendly and very caring, I get an enthusiastic welcome every morning and a positive update at pick up every day. He always seems to eat well and his nap is consistent keeping his routine in check. We are very grateful to have new beginnings looking after our son

My son has been at New Beginnings, Rainham for 1 year and I am very impressed with it. The team are great, very approachable and open and my son is fond of them all. He often comes home and demonstrates a new skill or sings me a song that he has learnt at nursery. The key worker set up is great and
I am confident that my sons key worker knows him very well and has worked to build a bond with him, she is also great at communicating with me regarding any issues and always brings him down at pick up time.
The manager always greets the parents and is extremely helpful and efficient.
I highly recommend New Beginnings Rainham, you won't be disappointed. :)

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 11 months old and every step of her journey to now (2 years old) has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are so attentive and loving. The environment feels so safe and nurturing. She has made lots of friends and her development whilst being here

Overall we have had a very pleasant experience with New Beginning Day Nursery. The staff and facilities are extremely helpful and caring. The nursery is well run, organised and clean. The staff make New Beginnings Day Nursery Loughton what it is. 2024 was a bit of a transitional phase, with my daughter starting reception and leaving New Beginnings and my son continuing his journey with the nursery and moving into the next class albeit on his own.
The support received to transition
both of them was fantastic.
My daughter has settled into school life perfectly and my son has really come into his own. And this is all due to the support and experience of the staff.
My son loves to talk about what he has been doing at nursery and with him being my third child still gives me confidence that I did the right thing in sending my children to nursery.
He is always kept busy and has made loads of little friends. It makes me happy and a sense of relief that he is happy. Thank you to the staff there!

We are so lucky to have the New Beginnings Day Nursery Loughton team look after our children. Our youngest child is currently attending full time, my 2 older children attended from 2017-2022. The staff are knowledgeable, experienced, caring and compassionate. They take really good care of the children
and the facilities are great. My son who is a fussy eater eats everything they give him, kudos to Margarita the chef too. Thanks to all the staff for all your hard work.

We cannot recommend New Beginnings Day Nursery enough. From day one, the staff have been incredibly warm, friendly and caring-including the amazing admin team.
The manager, is truly exceptional. My husband and I always praise her not just as a fantastic manager but as a wonderful person and carer.
Her leadership creates such a nurturing environment and it's clear how much she and the team genuinely care for the children.
Our daughter has been here since 2022 and absolutely loves it. Our son started in 2024, initially attending two nurseries due to limited availability but we were over the moon when we could move him here permanently. Now, we couldn't be happier, neither could he.
New Beginnings feels like a family and we're so grateful to be part of it.
I have given outside space a "good" rating as I feel it could be bigger and have more stuff for the children to do. But this is just a recommendation, we are still happy with what they have.

To say we love New Beginnings is an understatement! It is an outstanding place and our son adores going each day, and our daughter will begin going next September. My daughter started at New Beginnings Romford in September 2024 and the improvements in her speech, language and overall development have been incredible! Considering she's currently going to nursery twice a week, she settled very quickly and soon felt very comfortable with her key person and all the
ladies of the Sweetpea room. My partner and I could not be more grateful for all the wonderful things our daughter has experienced since being at New Beginnings. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because nap time has consistently not been great. I put it down to my daughter being spoilt with blackout blinds and a white noise machine at home and not being used to the difference in nap time set up. Apart from that, we are very happy with our experience with New Beginnings Romford and look forward to our daughter continuing our journey together.

New Beginnings is a wonderful setting with members of staff dedicating their time and energy into ensuring each and every child thrives.
My daughter has gone from strength to strength in the time she has attended and runs in every morning full of excitement for the day. What she has learnt and the
speed in which that has happened has far exceeded my expectations.
New Beginnings strikes a wonderful balance between play and education, ensuring a stimulating learning environment which my daughter loves. Every member of staff takes great care to get to know the individual qualities of each child, adapting daily activities to suit.
The variety of food is second to none and my daughter is always very complimentary about it!

My youngest is currently attending Romford branch, and I have no words of how grateful and blessed we are as a family to have New Beginnings Romford to look after my son. We have no help from family or friends, and so the staff are our extended family and they literally helped us co-parent my son. You
go above and beyond for us! Thank you to everyone at the nursery from the bottom of my heart!!
