Excellent staff at the nursery that provide a friendly and welcoming environment allowing all the children to thrive and learn. Extremely happy as parents to our daughter who has become a confident child after joining as a toddler.

New Beginnings Nursery in Loughton has been a truly wonderful place for our daughter. The team creates such a warm, caring and nurturing environment, and she has absolutely thrived there. We've seen her grow in confidence, independence and curiosity, and she is now so well-prepared and excited for starting primary school in September. We're incredibly grateful for everything the staff have done.

I was really apprehensive about putting my child into a nursery. We picked New Beginnings following a recommendation and haven't looked back.

The only bad thing about my move out of the area was that my daughter could no longer attend this nursery. She started when she was nine months old and after viewing a few nursery's, which were depressing, I was so happy to find New Beginnings. My daughter would be the first in most days and would not even look back at me to say goodbye. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the kids eat better than we do at home and the activities are always enriching for the children. I could not speak more highly of this nursery and I think I will find it hard to find one of this high standard. Excellent nursery. Son is very happy. Has been here since 1 year old and doing really well. Very happy smiling to go into nursery every day. Great communication and rapport with the team at the service.

We are so lucky to have the New Beginnings Day Nursery Loughton team look after our children. Our youngest child is currently attending full time, my 2 older children attended from 2017-2022. The staff are knowledgeable, experienced, caring and compassionate. They take really good care of the children and the facilities are great. My son who is a fussy eater eats everything they give him, kudos to Margarita the chef too. Thanks to all the staff for all your hard work.

My daughter started in September and it has been a smooth process. The Operations Manager was very helpful in the entire process to get my daughter started. It was a very nerve wracking process but three members of staff in particular, have been very kind and supportive. Now, my child has fully settled and loves going to nursery. She is very happy at drop off and pick up which I think comes down to how comfortable she is there. The threads on the online journal is great to see how well she is doing. Thanks to all the people in Seahorse room looking after our little girl so well.

We love hearing and seeing updates and always feel the staff have time for our daughter along with the parents. The clear communication means we get to see/hear of updates from her day but also fill us with confidence that any issues would be communicated if they arise. We can't thank the team at New Beginnings enough for the hard work they put in, as they help our toddler grow and figure out the big wide world.

Overall, we have been very impressed with the nursery.

My son started nursery in September and found it difficult at first as most children do. The nursery staff were determined to help my son settle in which included tailoring activities and sleeping routine to his liking. The care diary and progress updates on the app kept my wife and I updated at all times. The staff are great, we get to meet them in turn during picks up.

The staff are so kind and helpful and always willing to take a moment for a chat or a phone call if there are any issues arising or concerns which they then feedback on.

New Beginnings is a fantastic nursery. My son loves it here as all the staff are so welcoming and friendly and always go above and beyond to help you. They're really good with communication and ensuring you're always up to date with your child's development and their daily activities.

Honestly wonderful - can not speak highly enough of the management or staff; they make each child feel as if they are their only concern. I can't really believe my son loves the management and chefs as much as his key workers - it's like a second family.
