Couldn’t be happier with my decision to send my 1 year old to New Beginnings. She loves it and goes in/comes out smiling! Staff are amazing and I honestly can’t fault a thing. A very happy, reassured mum.

Overall, our experience with the staff and services has been good. They are all genuinely interested in the development of the child and ensuring parents are kept informed and feel supported. Whether it has been crying spells at drop off or blips in potty training, there has been a partnership approach. We have taken on board suggestions made and equally the nursery manager has ensured our suggestions are taken on board.

We are so thrilled our daughter attends New Beginnings Day Nursery Loughton. We trust her safety and well-being wholeheartedly, and she loves going in week to week. Thank you so much to the amazing and extremely friendly staff who work there!

My little one has been attending since he was 10 months and is now 4, I could not be happier with New Beginnings Day Nursery we are all very sad his time there will be coming to an end in August. The staff and activities they do are just brilliant. My little one loves it there.

I have always been very reassured by the care and attention that the New Beginnings staff have given to my daughter. My daughter has a huge smile on her face when she goes to nursery which gives me the confidence that she is happy and settled in her surroundings. The New Beginnings staff are always at hand to discuss any concerns - for example, I was worried about the weaning process for my daughter and the team took the time to provide an individual meal plan that tended to her needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend New Beginnings to other parents. I look forward to seeing my daughter flourish developmentally at nursery.

We have had both kids go through the nursery, our daughter left three years ago and our son is currently there. We cannot say enough good things about all of the staff and the set-up at New Beginnings. We have seen the kids change and grow so much, supported by the staff!

I have had a little person at this nursery for almost five years and counting. They have always been amazing! I'm truly happy with the care and respect they have shown my children. Any time I have had any questions and/or requirements for my children they have always been very quick to answer and ensure we move forward as a team.

My daughter loves her nursery and comes home happy and energised. As parents, we love the staff who keep us so involved and informed and always are so approachable to speak to. In general, are always very happy and smiley. I've got a newborn who I already have on the waiting list for next year as it has really helped with my daughter's development.

My daughter has been attending new beginnings Loughton for over a year now and her development since joining has been amazing, constantly growing with confidence, speech, eating and making lots of friends. My daughter loves going to nursery which is a great sign. The staff are amazing too and are great with my daughter. It was the best decision I have made sending her here and would highly recommend to other parents.

Our little boy has been here since Sept 2020. He is now very comfortable attending the nursery and always talks about his day positively. Even on days where he doesn’t attend, he will discuss things he has done at nursery, the room staff and friends he has made. The staff are caring and approachable, activities are well planned and food menu is very healthy! We are grateful to everyone there for helping my child to learn to write his name and providing him with great learning opportunities, including in the outside area which he loves. Communication is great, we enjoy seeing the updates on Twitter and feedback on tapestry about what he gets up to!

We have two children (age 2 and 3) at New Beginnings, 1 since 7 months old, the 2nd since 10 months. They are like a second family for our children and we could not be more happy and grateful for the care and support they offer every single day.

The staff are all amazing and give their 100% energy. Incredible communication and organisation.

Both children are learning so much through play and developing relationships. The nursery have supported us through weaning, through potty training and just about everything else in between.

We would not hesitate in recommending New Beginnings to anyone.

So my little one started at New Beginnings, Loughton just as my elder left. They are chalk and cheese, and although big sis loved it there, we were very worried about the little one. No settling in time with mummy due to covid restrictions, and she is so quiet, timid and clingy. But the manager and her team were just lovely. They have been so good with her. She has been there a year now, is 2 and a half, loves to go to nursery and is flourishing. She comes home singing and dancing (she is there for five full days a week now). They have been really supportive of her lactose intolerance, firstly dealing with very messy nappies whilst we figured it out and then implementing a lactose-free diet for her. The premises are lovely, the garden is so much fun. We are 100% happy with our choice of nursery.

My little girl currently attends this lovely nursery. I am extremely happy with all aspects of her care here. The staff are friendly and so caring towards the children. They communicate very well and I always feel informed, whether it is upcoming events, my child’s day, or any other aspect relating to the nursery. The facilities are great, especially the sensory room and garden. I would not hesitate to recommend New Beginnings!

My second one loves it just as much as my first one did. Being a pandemic baby, he struggled to settle in initially but within 2 weeks was happy to go in. The staff is great and very accommodating. We are very happy there.

An amazing hands-on team at New Beginnings Day Nursery Loughton. Thank you to the manager, three members of staff in particular and all the girls that are so lovely and terrific with my little boy who started this January 2021. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the welfare of the children, you can see is very important to them.

I can't recommend this nursery enough. They've been extremely supportive throughout the settling in period (which was made a bit harder by Covid!), and you can tell that they really value your child. You're regularly updated throughout the day, and anyone who meets you on arrival or departure knows your child straight away. I feel they are fully invested in the development of my child, and I know she is well cared for and supported in the top facilities of the nursery.

I would higly recommend New Beginnings Nursery Loughton. My child started back in 2020 and she settled very quickly . Since then, there is always a smile on her face when going to the nursery and we just could not be happier. We are very pleased with how caring and professional the staff and managers are. Their communication process is great and they have managed the current pandemic situation just incredibly. They are very helpful with all the questions a parent might have in the beginning and always make sure to give you an update at the end of the day. The nursery has a lovely surrounding area of green fields and the nursery garden is just amazing, full of different areas for kids where they can play and have fun together. I can also see from pictures that every day is full of many craft activities and different games.

We couldn't be happier with our experience of New Beginnings so far, especially during such testing times. The staff are amazing - they communicate proactively and everyone from the workers to the managers has such a wonderful way with the children. The little ones experience a wide range of activities every day - much more creative than we could think up of at home! They're caring and compassionate towards our baby, but also put concerns about the welfare of the children as a whole first and foremost. We've been really impressed with the way they've managed through COVID - it's been reassuring, safe and they've done everything to take precautions so that they can stay open. Our little one comes back well-fed, happy and (mostly) clean every day! We would highly recommend New Beginnings to anyone in the local area.
