My daughter attended the preschool and loved her time there. She particularly enjoyed all the outdoor activities they provided and is really happy that a lot of her nursery friends are now with her at school too so it made the transition a lot easier. I feel like through books and topics to do with school they really prepared the children well.

I have many friends with children still attending the nursery and I hear them speak highly about all the fun they've had that day and the great communication between staff and parents, especially the online daily diaries and observations. Very cute and reassuring to see them having fun during the day.

I was very apprehensive about putting my son into nursery as he was originally looked after by my family while I was at work. When our circumstances changed we contacted Kindred Mayflower to discuss our childcare options and they instantly put me at ease and were extremely helpful. I had a lot of questions and my son took a little while to settle, which was very normal, but a big transition for us both. The support from staff was (and still is) exceptional. My son is thriving, he looks forward to going to nursery and loves telling me about his day. He has grown in confidence and it's lovely to see. The staff are so supportive, helpful and kind and I feel so lucky to have found such a lovely place for him to learn and grow. I can't recommend it enough.

I have a 3-year-old and 1-year-old that attend this facility 3 days a week. I couldn't feel more at ease at drop off time. From the staff in the office to the staff in each of the rooms, they are 100% engaging and enthusiastic. We have just received the latest report for our 3-year-old son and were absolutely overwhelmed by how personal it was. The staff member clearly knew him inside out and picked up on his little traits. We both shed a tear and laughed at the same time reading it. It's just so nice to see that they have really taken the time to get to know him and he is really thriving in the environment that has been created there. My 1-year-old daughter has just started and being born during the lockdown has made it really difficult for her to build relationships with anyone outside our household. The staff have been nothing but understanding and patient and have really made an effort to settle her in as gently as possible to build her trust.

My son has been attending Dizzy Ducks since June, he was 9-months-old when he started. All employees worked hard to make him feel comfortable and happy. Their support was fantastic and my son is flourishing. He often comes home with new skills/words/phrases and dance movements! I think the meals and snacks served are healthy and the menus are very varied. Staff inform you regularly with how your child is doing, at each pick up they greet you with a smile and let you know how your child has been. We also appreciate the activities they put on for families to visit the nursery and join their child. The manager gives regular nursery updates through the newsletter and emails and all office staff are helpful.

My son attends part-time mornings at Dizzy Ducks Day Nursery Mayflower and has very quickly adapted to the new creche. They do some thematic activities for the baby group e.g Halloween, the three little pigs throughout a given week which he seems to enjoy. Food is prepared on-site and adapted for babies and very mich to the taste of our baby son. It seems like a great place with a real pedagogical project.

My son started Pre-School at Dizzy Ducks Mayflower in January 2 mornings a week. My son absolutely loves going there and my husband and I feel so comfortable with the staff there. They’re all very professional along with being very caring towards the children. Every time I pick my son up they tell me what he's been doing and I’ve seen that they do this with every child. I love that there is such a personal touch there and am extremely happy that we chose Dizzy Ducks.

As parents of a toddler who never wants to leave Dizzy Ducks, we think the nursery is just brilliant! Staff are professional, kind and caring all in one go. They are quick to respond, answer questions or provide reassurance if needed. We wouldn’t send our toddler anywhere else.

Dizzy Ducks is a wonderful nursery. Both of my children have gone to the nursery and they are well looked after and cared for. It’s a large but close-knit nursery, all the staff know all the children by name. The management are superb. The nursery itself is clean and well looked after. The children are always engaged from being dropped off, right up to when they are picked up. I would highly recommend the nursery.

My Dizzy Ducks experience has been great. When my son started at 9 months in September 2018, their approach is what helped him settle in so well. I am always kept in the loop and they inform me of any changes in the room and to my son's development. I cannot thank the room leader enough as I feel comfortable leaving my son in hers and her team's care.

Thank you Dizzy Ducks Mayflower!

My daughter has attended Dizzy Ducks Mayflower, since aged 10 months, returning to work and leaving children in the care of others is no easy choice for a mother to make, but I was instantly put at ease. The care and education, that the staff at Dizzy Ducks provide is outstanding. My daughter loves going to nursery and I could not recommend them enough!

Keep up the great effort. Myself and my daughter will miss the nursery when she joins ‘big school’.

Over the past 6 months, in particular, the nursery has really pushed in all areas to a high standard ensuring both the children and carers are happy with every aspect of the nursery.

My daughter loves going in and seeing her friends and taking part in the activities. I feel very happy with the service they provide. The gardens are 5 stars and the staff are always friendly. The range of food offered is great. The staff seem solid and in particular, in my daughter's room, I trust them all to give my daughter the best care.
