Kindred Mayflower Nursery and Pre-school

An amazing nursery with wonderful staff that offers a safe space for development. Caring, great food and activities. Couldn't be happier with the choice. We pick our daughter up with a smile on her face every day.

I couldn't be more pleased with how welcoming all of the staff have been and how my little girl is getting on at the nursery. I'm a bit of a worrier, so it has been a big relief that she is getting on so well and the staff go out of their way to make you both feel comfortable. Very pleased with my decision for my daughter to go to this nursery.

Kindred Mayflower is a great nursery, my son has been there for five months and loves it. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff for making him feel so welcome and he runs in for a cuddle every day! Four members of staff particularly are amazing. Thank You everyone.

I would highly recommend Kindred Mayflower nursery. My 1 year old attends this nursery 2 days a week, and although he still is fairly new I am noticing the positive impact this is making already to him.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming, I know when he's there he is well looked after by the girls, and well fed (cook on site)! Also, the parent app they use is so good, I can see how he is doing throughout the day with updates and communicate with the staff so easily on the app.

My two nieces attend this setting and the care they have received since joining is amazing. They both have great relationships with the staff who do all they can to make them happy! I particularly like the online system being able to see daily updates and how they are developing, their key workers have taken the time to get to know them and have a good knowledge of their needs and wants.

Amazing nursery. Our son has been with Kindred since he was 2 and attends the Mayflower branch. All the staff are friendly, the nursery is always clean and tidy. Our boy can sometimes be a handful but all the staff have always been able to manage. We have no concerns and highly recommend.

The team work incredibly hard and my child is very happy in this setting. It does feel more recently that there are a few staff shortages, but hopefully, this is a temporary blip. I'd like to see a return to the individual learning journeys that were published almost daily at one point. Reading how my child is progressing each day is really important to me.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for nearly a year now and she absolutely loves it. The progress she has made with her talking and social skills are amazing. The staff are welcoming and good with their communication. Management are also very welcoming and chatty. Thank you for all you do for my sweet girl.

I have always been happy with this nursery and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a nursery space in Billericay or the surrounding area. We have been attending for a while now and have never had any concerns. The staff are lovely and my child is very happy.

Amazing nursery and very friendly welcoming staff. My nearly four year old daughter has loved each day of the nursery since she started last August. She loves the staff and the hugs she gets from them. She loves the huge outdoor play area and is encouraged to make friends. The best thing about the nursery is the always smiling, warm and kind staff. They look after the children's well being and are great in observing and communicating how the child's day was. I highly recommend this nursery if you are looking for a space.

My baby boy loves the staff at the nursery, he has settled so well in the baby room and enjoys coming each week especially his cuddles! He is slowly starting to relax more each week and this is thanks to the staff, he is always approached by all other staff members that are not in the baby room when they see him which makes him and me smile! Thank you so much for helping ease my worries about him coming to nursery due to being a lockdown baby. We also get great feedback both on the app and from the staff and are very grateful for this. Absolutely fantastic nursery. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and my child loves coming here. They are always doing different educational themes and I feel my child's development has progressed so quickly because of there activities etc plus all the food is prepared on-site and fresh and organic so I always feel she is in good hands. Our son started at Kindred Mayflower at nine months old. He’s now thirteen months old and even in such a short space of time, we have been amazed at the progress he’s made and the new skills he’s developed. The nursery offers so many lovely activities for him to experience. We were always a little anxious about sending him from what felt like such a young age, however, we are so pleased that we did. Communication is excellent and we are so lucky to have such lovely staff caring for our son.

My daughter is full of stories of all the activities they do in the room and learns a lot from attending - plus returns home with artwork etc. When my daughter first joined she took a while to settle as we switched nurseries but her keyworker ensured a smooth transition and really understood what she needed to feel comfortable there. I 100% recommend the nursery as it is an engaging/learning/nurturing setting and the staff really are amazing.

Amazing nursery which I would recommend to anyone who asks or is looking for a nursery space. Lovely outdoor and inside spaces and fantastic staff who really care. My child loves attending nursery. Highly recommend.

The management and office staff are faultless. Very proactive and the communication is brilliant. Any request or concern we have had we have felt listened to and valued. It is lovely and reassuring knowing that our children are safe in a setting where they feel loved each day. I can't recommend Kindred highly enough.

My child adored attending this nursery and was always so excited to go in and see their friends and most importantly the staff. We believe the staff were one of the reasons our child was able to settle in so well to nursery and then to school. The nursery prepared them so well with different activities that our child loved and we enjoyed being able to see photos and videos of these with the online system they use.
