Kindred Mayflower Nursery and Pre-school

Very professional, friendly and happy staff. Create such a positive environment for both my little ones to play and learn. Good communication and use of app not just for basic updates but plenty of pictures, invites for events etc. Kids always happy and come home knowing new songs, games, activities and more. Always confident kids are safe, happy and developing well in a warm and nurturing environment. We love Kindred Mayflower.

The staff go above and beyond for my child

Both of my children has attended this nursery from as early as possible. The staff are so knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I always get updates on my children throughout the day, what they have ate, what activities they have done and much more. Easily the best nursery within the area!

My daughter joined Kindred Mayflower nearly a year ago and has settled well from the beginning and it's great to see her developing and transition across the rooms! She is always happy to go in and she has built lovely relationships with her friends and the staff who always make us feel comfortable in the mornings when dropping her off and we always pick her up with a big smile on her face!

My son loves his friends/teachers and is always happy when we pick him up at the end of a day which is a great measure of how well he is settled there.

I found all the staff to be helpful and supportive. I love the relationship they have with my child and he is always happy to be there. I love the activities supplied and the ability to explore for each child.

As a first time parent leaving him for the first time was really daunting for me but the staff made the transition so much easier and we couldn't be happier with how well he has settled in. I would definitely recommend the nursery to other parents.

My daughter has been at Kindred Mayflower since she was 9 months old. Her growth and development has been second to none. The staff are amazing and my daughter loves going to nursery, she doesn’t even look back when I drop her off which is such a great feeling - thank you to everyone at Mayflower for all the hard work you put in!

Both my children, ages 2 and 3, have been going to Kindred Mayflower Nursery & Pre-school since September 2022. From the moment my children started with the nursery I saw how happy and engaged they were with all the teachers and the other children. Each member of staff knows each child’s name and always has the most warming presence, even in the early mornings! Never have I encountered a school or nursery that feels like a second home to us all. My children have come on leaps and bounds since attending. They have helped my oldest child potty train and work on his manners to be a bright and happy child. My children's faces light up when walking into nursery to see their teachers and friends. The staff, to me and my partner, have always been helpful and encouraging of the new learning and developments in my children’s life and are always there when we have questions. We are so glad to have our children attend Mayflower Nursery. A big thank you to all the staff for everything you do for my little family.

My children have attended this nursery for 2 months now and they absolutely love it. All the staff in the baby room are fantastic and my boys love seeing them every week. They are friendly, approachable and extremely caring. They enjoy all weathers outside, arts and crafts and making new friends. I am so pleased we chose this nursery for our babies.

Kindred Mayflower has been great with my daughter and her settling. She took a while to settle but the staff were always fantastic at comforting her and ensuring she settled. She now goes in and waves bye in the mornings and I pick her up and she’s happy and playing. The staff are always happy to answer any questions and nothing is ever too much. They are wonderful and my daughter has such a great bond with the teachers. Can’t thank Mayflower enough for the fun she has and the care she’s given. Her key person has been wonderful and I also can’t thank her enough for the care she’s given my daughter and reassurance when she first started. Thank you all.

Kindred Mayflower is a lovely nursery. All the staff work so hard and ensure that my daughter is well looked after. She absolutely loves coming to nursery everyday. My daughter has built lovely connections with her room teachers and friends. They do lots of different activities daily and updates and photos are always sent home.

Both of my children have attended this nursery and one is still there. The team are great with the children and has become like a second family. The managers are great and will also help with the children and my son loves that. The lady in my son's room is fantastic she goes above and beyond to make sure the children have a fun-packed day and both of my children adore her.

Our son joined the baby room in January 2023 when he was 11 months old. We chose this nursery after finding our initial nursery choice unsatisfactory during the settling period. The staff here were so reassuring and kind and helped our son feel relaxed and safe from day 1 - they kept us up to date with pictures and a daily schedule on the parent app (great for peace of mind). Everyone made the effort to learn his name, even the office staff, it's a lovely friendly community here. The facilities are great - big, clean rooms with loads of toys, lovey garden spaces (the babies get taken outdoors frequently), delicious healthy homecooked food, a separate baby sleep room and a rota of fun activities - all alongside fantastic care and great communication. We all love Kindred.

I would highly recommend the nursery. The staff are great and my child has developed so much under their care. Facilities are excellent as is the range of developmental activities. Children are well looked after from a catering perspective.

Both my children have been lucky to be supported by one particular member of staff at some point who is amazing at what she does.

There is an app to ensure that there is good interaction between the nursery and parents daily so parents can see what they have been doing at nursery via photos/videos/messages. Would highly recommend the nursery. The nursery is fully equipped and are very caring and understanding.

As a first-time mum, I was so apprehensive about the nursery but Kindred has given me so much peace of mind and I truly feel like the staff gives the utmost care to all the littles. My son learned to walk, talk, count and sing all in the last year and I believe that the staff at Kindred have been the motivation behind that. Special mention to five particular members of staff (though all staff have been great!) my son adores them! Highly recommend it, amazing ladies!
