Bright Horizons Saffron Walden Crocus Early Years Centre

All staff have been great and the facilities are fantastic.

My 2 children are very happy there. Both their key workers are encouraging, caring and approachable. Very happy having them both attend full time.

She's well taken care of and has made a lovely group of friends.

We have used the Crocus Early Years Centre since 2009 for all 3 of our children. Our third has just left preschool and we were so sorry to say goodbye. All 3 were so happy there, the staff and management look after the children so well. I don’t know how we would have coped as working parents without them! I would highly recommend this nursery.

It is a really positive experience all round.

We are really happy that we chose to send our son here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and take as much job out of our son's achievements as we do. The food is outstanding and it is so reassuring to know that our son is having such a balanced and nutritional diet when he is there.

We always know that she is in safe hands and she loves her time at Crocus.

Both our children have gone through the nursery and have loved their experience here. They built strong relationships with all their key workers, including all the staff here. My daughter is a coeliac and if it wasn't for the excellent 6F diet provided to her- her recovery from diagnosis would not have happened so quickly. The staff did a fabulous job of making her feel included. We will miss all the staff here and so will our children.

The staff are very helpful and caring. They always take time to find out how the children are each morning and explain how their day has been each evening. They contact us regularly and provide weekly newsletters. I know who to contact if I need anything. Both my daughter and son have been well cared for and development has been excellent.

The staff at Crocus Early Years have provided great support and advice during my daughter's transition to reception. They are kind, considerate and take all views when deciding the best type of support for my child.

We have had a fantastic time at Crocus Early Years. The staff have all been very caring and engaging and the twins love coming. The food is great and they have been particularly good with our fussy eater. The outside space is good and the range of activities and opportunities to learn are also first class. The twins will really miss it.

Both my children have had a delightful time at Crocus Early Years. The staff are truly caring, supportive and professional. They've given my children a great basis for heading to school. So many outdoor and varied indoor activities; an onsite chef who prepares balanced, filling meals, good reporting procedures and a genuinely welcoming and understanding atmosphere.

Our son has been very happy at Crocus Early Years and in each room he has felt secure and has learned various development milestones. The staff have been very supportive and friendly.

The nursery has a lovely friendly and caring atmosphere where my daughter is always happy to attend. I have always felt very confident leaving her at nursery in the knowledge that she is being well looked after.

There is a good variety of food which my child loves. The nursery itself is bright, open and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Staff are fantastic - so caring towards the children and I trust them 100% with my baby.

It was a difficult time leaving my daughter at nursery at first, she was so young but the staff there made it so much easier for me.

The activities they do have really improved my daughter's skills especially social! She is so much better being around other children now.

The Crocus have excellent food allergy policies which are re-assuring as our daughter has multiple food intolerances. They have gone out of their way to buy particular "free-from" products just for our daughter.

Staff and Management are excellent and it is a lovely environment to be in.
