Bright Horizons Basildon Day Nursery and Preschool is situated in the popular David Lloyd Leisure Club behind Festival Leisure Park.

The nursery is all-inclusive offering parents the opportunity not to worry about meals, nappies, wipes or creams as these are included in the monthly fees.

The rooms are bright and large and provide for a comfortable and fun learning environment. With the amazing location of the nursery, children are able to join the extra-curricular activities such as swimming and tennis lessons and have use of a dance studio and a soft-play area.

The nursery has six spacious and bright rooms which display the children’s artwork. Rooms are divided by age and activities for specific groups are set out daily. Independence is always promoted to enhance children's development and confidence.

The baby room contains different areas including painting easels and sand and a quiet cosy area for cuddles and stories.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost two and a half years now. The care she has received from all the staff has been fantastic. She's a very sensitive thing and being here has really brought her out of her shell. Since moving to the toddler room her confidence has increased so much,
this is down to the fantastic staff who work so so hard! Especially one member of staff who goes over and above whats expected of her, to ensure all the children enjoy their time here. My daughter moves room soon and she will be missed.

I have put both of my children through Asquith and cannot fault the love, care and attention they have given then ar every stage of their journey from the baby room through to pre-school. My youngest has just left and is so school ready, writing his name, learning through play and so many other skills.
The staff genuinely care and the feeling of one big family hits you as soon as you walk into the building. An outstanding nursery with outstanding staff, I didn't consider anywhere else. Thank you for everything.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 6 months old. She had 2 months worth of settling in sessions so I was completely reassured when she started full time. She is doing very well there, she's only just turned 2 and can already count to 10. The staff in her room are brilliant and she loves
all of them so much. They keep me well informed and you can see how much they love all of the children. I would recommend this nursery.

My little girl has been part of this nursery for 2 years and she has learnt quite a lot.
She has learnt the art of talking more, numbers, alphabet and singing nursery rhymes.


Asquith has no doubt, set a foundation for our little ones.


We would definitely keep in touch with the staff of Asquith

and recommend them to other parents.


My rating for Asquith is 10/10.

Our son has attended Asquith since he was 10 months old. He has just graduated and starts school in September.
We found Asquith staff to be very loving and caring towards our son.
Asquith is very professional but achieved a warm and caring environment and we felt that our son flourished here. We would
highly recommend Asquith and our son's little brother will commence at Asquith in the near future.

My daughter has been at the nursery for over 3 years. The care she receives is excellent. The staff care about the children and really take time to get to know them and settle them.

My son came here from another nursery and it was the best decision I could have made.


Everyone was very welcoming and warm. My son felt "at home" and came out of his shell.


The people that work here clearly enjoy what they do and the children always come first and that is what helps them develop.

My daughter has attended the nursery from the age of one until now and is about to leave for school. She has always been happy here, there are excellent facilities, the staff have always been friendly and approachable.
My daughter has even progressed with her swimming when undertaking lessons whilst
at nursery.
When I return to work, I will be sending her younger sibling to the nursery. I would have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to other friends/family.

As an outstanding Ofsted rated nursery, there was never a question about our son attending Asquith. Although the entrie pre-school has been absolutely outstanding in their development of my son, there are several staff members that need to be commended highly as these individuals have been great.


Those

in the management team have proven to be epic.

Wonderful staff who treat my little boy as an individual and with dignity. My little boy attended another nursery previously and it is at Asquith Basildon Day Nursery that I find my son progressed, developed and learned. My son is always happy because of the staff who have a lovely and calm demeanour.
I cannot recommend this lovely nursery enough. We are very happy!
