Partou Silchester Manor Day Nursery & Pre-School

I am very happy with this nursery as my daughter has settled in so well. Staff are excellent in their care and makes children feel safe and secure. My daughter enjoys different activities and has built up confidence. The spacious outdoor garden is a big advantage. Feel reassured that my daughter has got an amazing nursery.

Silchester has been extremely beneficial for my little boy. He has responded really positively to all the staff, especially his key worker. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. The environment is very nurturing. My son has developed into a happy boy since being here. His eating habits have improved and he is displaying more confidence.

All staff are very good and friendly. They are looking after babies like they're own. I really loved Silchester Manor Day Nursery.

My younger child joined Silchester Manor six months back. He has settled in very well and the staff have been amazing with him. My older son went to Silchester Manor as well, he has now gone to school, recently this September. Staff in the pre-school room has been great, very caring and supportive with his speech. He is confident and doing well. I appreciate all the hard work from the staff at Silchester.

The garden is a great size and my grandchild enjoys her time here. She is happy here and her confidence has developed, which the girls have worked on with her. Her being a fussy eater was a worry, but her key worker has supported with this. Very happy with everything the nursery offers.

Finding a nursery was very hard but Silchester Manor made it easier. My child formed an amazing relationship with her key person and it's a struggle to collect her as she always is engaged in activities, (messy play) which she loves. I am so happy and my child is too.

My granddaughter is extremely happy at Silchester. She has been here since she was 7-months-old and is now nearly 2. The garden area is absolutely fantastic, I mean the space is unreal. Staff are easy to talk to and do their best to help. The manager and administrator are always able to answer queries promptly.

The nursery is fantastic. They have a very large garden area for the children to explore and set up a range of activities throughout the nursery. Staff are well trained and the management team is amazing. My niece loves coming to nursery.

Both my children attend Silchester, my son 2-3’s, my daughter is in preschool. The staff are very friendly and super nice! The manager is lovely and approachable I love the big garden and the variety of foods. Both children are excited to attend and never want to leave at pick up.

Staff are friendly and give detailed feedback when I go to collect my niece. She loves the outdoor space and looks forward to go to nursery. Manager is always there to support and answer any queries. My daughter loves attending Silchester. She has a great bond with the staff and never wants to leave when I pick her up. The manager is lovely and very welcoming. The outside space is amazing. The staff give me a break down of what she has done each day. Overall, I think it’s a great nursery and would recommend!

The online system they use to post photos and short descriptions of what my daughter has done from day to day is a great tool.

My son is always happy at the nursery when I pick him up. This is very important. There are a lot of changes in staff/management. Sometimes my child is playing outside when the equipment is wet maybe it's good to dry this before playing outside? But overall we are very happy with this nursery.

Very good nursery, supportive staff. Do always take note if we are not happy about something always thinking of ways to improve and I think it has since my boys been here when he was 1years old. Although the downside is it’s very expensive! Perhaps better deals/promotions with the cost... especially for us youngsters very expensive to afford. Overall nursery performance is very good. Great friendly staff too.
