Bright Horizons Sonning Lane Day Nursery and Preschool

This is such a lovely nursery. The staff are fantastic, very caring & enthusiastic. Also the facilities are excellent especially the swimming pool and outdoor areas. My son is so happy here! There is even a great holiday club for my older son!

My daughter has been at Inglewood for 3 months and we are really pleased we chose this Nursery - she always seems happy when we drop her off and has settled in quickly, thanks to the caring staff. They seem genuinely interested in her wellbeing and progress, and organise a variety of activities that I would never attempt at home! The outdoor space is fantastic too.

I am very happy with Inglewood since my daughter started in the Bramble room when she turned 2 years old. I like the fact that the room is not over crowded so there is plenty of space for the children to play. The range of activities and opportunities to develop and learn is fantastic. My daughter particular enjoys the home corner. The outdoor space is also great with plenty of outdoor toys, a large sand pit and playground. One of the main reasons we chose this nursery is that there is an indoor pool and she will be starting swimming lessons in September. I am also impressed with the staff, they are brilliant with the children and keep them interested with plenty of activities for example painting, sticking, cake making, dancing, singing etc. My daughter also gets one to one attention where she can develop further her learning from home for example, numbers, colours, shapes etc. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend the nursery.

This Nursery has been such a wonderful place to see my two girls thrive and grow over the last year. They have loved being here and I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone considering a place for their child. The management team are fantastic and the staff we had experience with were all so friendly and loving to the children. It is very hard to say anything negative about Inglewood. It is a great environment for your children to grow and prepare for the next stage of life.

Inglewood is a wonderful nursery. The staff are all so lovely and caring, it's like home for the children with the love and care they receive :) They have amazing facilities in particular the fabulous grounds with so much to do and of interest. We have three children and our third is still at Inglewood and totally loves it as did the others. The staff are always interested in everything and so attentive with the children. I couldn't think of a better place for mine to be at nursery. Thank you to everyone.

This nursery is an absolute blessing! The staff care for the children, and look after them very well. The managers are amazing and everyone bends over backwards to ensure that the children (and parents!) are happy and settled. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough!

I've never worried while she is there and have the utmost confidence they care for her to the same standard I do.

My son is just enjoying his final days at Inglewood before going to "big" school - he's been there full-time for nearly 4.5 years having started at 6 months old and has progressed through each of the rooms. The outside space is second to none not to mention the added bonus of the swimming pool on site - I'm sure he has been bored when he has had any time at home!

The staff have always been incredibly supportive and friendly and responded quickly to any questions we have ever had. He has thrived in environment and the pre-school learning has set up brilliantly for making the transition to school.

We will miss coming to Inglewood (but coming back for holiday club) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone.

Amazing nursery, with care and attention and a lot of love! The nursery has a key element that sets it apart from every other nursery I reviewed and that is the culture, teaming and people that work there. Any nursery can be have state of the art equipment but its the staff that make the environment brilliant. They spend time getting to know your child individually and the parents, which makes it feel like a family environment. LOVE, LOVE LOVE

Inglewood have embraced the challenges I have, as my child has additional needs. With the support of the nursery manager, our aspirations have been exceeded in many ways.

I am a very happy mother, we are moving 15 miles away from Inglewood. However, to highlight how amazing they are, we will still commute back and forth to this nursery. Need I say more :)

Fantastic Nursery - they come HIGHLY recommended, Oliver is our first child and we've been extremely impressed with your location, set up and your staff are excellent, always there when needed - Anyone who lives in the Sonning, Reading should take a look at Inglewood.

The decision to place my child into nursery was a difficult one at a difficult time but the staff were wonderful from day one. They gave me so much confidence and the setting is exactly what I was looking for. I love that they spend so much time outside, that the food provided is well balanced and that the toys and activities are just what I would choose. I couldn't imagine my child being anywhere else.

This is an excellent nursery, somewhere we feel very confident that our daughter receives the best care and attention she needs. So far, all the staff have been very warm, friendly and helpful and our little girl loves attending. Even though we have now moved further away from the nursery (and could easily join another nearer), we endure the journey because nothing else matches its quality. There are many activities to keep children stimulated such as swimming (in the on-site pool), zumba and yoga! I would definitely recommend family and friends to join this nursery.

Excellent staff, facilities and grounds. Our child is extremely happy at nursery and has benefited greatly from attending. I am always very impressed with the high level of service and cleanliness at the nursery and it always seems a happy environment.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 6 months old and is now nearly 3. Throughout our time here, both she and I have been dealt with in a caring but professional manner with any issues that do come along being dealt with not only in a timely manner but also always to my satisfaction. The staff are fantastic and in every room she has been into the girls always have her best welfare at heart. The other children are also lovely and she has made, what I am sure will be lifelong friends. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our youngest child is currently at Inglewood and our eldest child attended before moving on to school. The nursery has lovely big gardens for the children to get plenty of fresh air in and is designed to ensure the children can get some fresh air even if it is raining. The rooms are packed with fun learning activities for the children. Best of all are the staff, who provide a real family atmosphere. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
