Located in the heart of the developing Arborfield Green village near Reading, this purpose-built, modern and well-equipped nursery offers everything for 3 months to 5 year-olds.

A great team of professional staff provide a caring and friendly environment in which young minds thrive and develop.

Fresh home cooked meals are prepared on site each day by the experienced cook. The nursery offers an all-inclusive package for children including nappies, wipes, milk and meals to make life easier for parents.

Boogie Mites and outdoor learning are offered in all age groups. Children have a range of garden spaces to use, and younger children have additional outdoor spaces freely accessed directly from the rooms.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. My children, who are now 21 months and 4 years old, have been coming here since they were babies and are really happy. The staff are really caring and the management team are truly efficient and easy to deal with. The outside space is great and the children
adore French with Madame and Great Little Movers. The staff really take time and trouble to get to know the children and there is real attention to detail and a personal touch to the care given.

My daughter started a year ago for two half days to begin with, now she is very sociable, she has been learning songs in french and it is beautiful to hear her saying words and recognising colours and numbers. I love the rooms full of colours and art on the wall made by the children.
We don't have
pets at home but at Hazebrouck she is learning how to look after animals and she is always talking about the tortoise and rabbits.
The staff is friendly and always keen to help something that I like is that always smells and looks clean.

Hazebrouck have provided brilliant care for our daughter. She joined at 8 months and quickly adapted.All staff are friendly and have taken the time to get to know our daughter. It is obvious she enjoys her time there. The staff have been brilliant at adapting to our daughters needs before and after
surgery. They've managed her spica cast very well Would highly recommend them.

I can't tell what a relief it was to find this place. From the first upset phone call to find a new place for my son after a failed attempt at a previous unrelated nursery, they have been unendingly supportive.
My son has thrived here, he's so happy and settled. I'll be honest they are all leaning
towards crazy here, but in the best way (great continuity between home and here!!). It's lively, fun and educational. The manager and the deputy are the dynamic duo. The manager comes up with amazing ideas and the deputy implements them, and the ladies are all lovely and proud to work here. No in-fighting and such a positive welcoming environment.
They are also really lucky with the physical space they have here which is definitely something that has helped my son.
I've already recommended to a friend who has settled her daughter here too.

The Hazebrouck staff are brilliant and genuinely love babies/children. I saw a jump in my daughter's development pace and confidence since she started nursery about 8 months ago. I like the way they set the next step which helps you see your child's progress.
First time leaving my child was not easy
but I was certain that she will be loved and looked after well. They provide nutritionally balanced fresh food cooked on site.


The nursery has so much to offer at each stage of a child's development. The sensory room, music and computer room and soft play is only few of the features that makes the nursery stand out. My daughter loves French on Wednesdays with Madame and insists us to put the same music on at home. Their Parent Portal is amazing and allows us to see at our desks what our daughter is doing as day progresses.
The nursery is very specious inside and outside and has a nice garden suitable at each stage. My daughter absolutely loves the nursery and refuses to go home every evening!

The management team at Hazebrouck have introduced many improvements and developments within the nursery this year which our son as thrived on. This nursery is outstanding and our son runs up to the door every morning and cant wait to begin is fun packed day. The care and attention he receives is excellent
and we have complete trust in Hazebrouck to offer him the very best care available.


His learning and development continues to surprise us which is particularly noticeable when we see other children of similar age who are home raised. The opportunities offered to him on a daily basis far surpasses our expectations and we take tremendous pleasure is seeing his development flourish.


The staff at Hazebrouck are very professional, caring and clearly take pride in the work they do with all the children. The relationships they create and build with each child is essential and our son thrives on this care. It has really helped develop his character and personality into a very happy and sociable child.


Management of the nursery is exceptional. There have been some lovely new changes to the nursery with additional equipment, toys and furniture inside plus a redevelopment of the large outside play garden which now includes a regular forest school which our son loves so much.


Each day we receive an email 'Day in the life' report of all the activities he has participated in plus what food he has consumed at each meal. We love receiving this and looking through all the photos from the day to see what he has been up too.


Hazebrouck offers a variety of activities beyond that of normal playtime. There is a fully equipped sensory room, lots of animals for the children to enjoy and help care for (rabbits, guinea pigs and a tortoise). There are weekly French lessons from Madame and a vast array of scheduled activities each day for the children to develop essential skills and learn from. In addition events are planed throughout the year which parents can also get involved with including a fate, Halloween party, nativity play and visits from the emergency services to show off their vehicles to the children which they absolutely love.


Having viewed several day nurseries, Hazebrouck stood out for us as the very best safe environment we could send our child too. We could not recommend it highly enough.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough! The Manager and the team at Hazebrouck Day Nursery could not have been more hospitable to mine, and more importantly, my daughter's needs. They were so friendly, very personable and carried out all of our individual wishes with a smile. My daughter has developed
so much quicker than all of my friends who are full time parenting and I truly believe this was down to the girls in Baby Explorers and the work they do in there with the children. The nursery is always busy, with great activities and even a French teacher which I personally think is amazing! There is so much to do both inside and out, especially outside, and they send you a personalised report every day with photos which my husband and I found really informative and very entertaining. If you are thinking of sending your child to the nursery, please go and meet everyone, and have a look at how much work they are doing there; there will be no doubt in your mind it is the right place for your child!

Our daughter has developed enormously in her 10 months at Hazebrouck - a great range of indoor and outdoor activities and all the staff are very pro-active and friendly. She is very happy here and gained a lot of confidence. Loves the French on Wednesday afternoons with Madame!


We really value

the nutritious hot meals and snacks prepared daily on site, no doubt best for both brain and body.


Recent parents evening not only told us her strengths and weaknesses but it was clear they knew her very well and worked towards her progress individually as well as her group in general.


Wish I'd had all this at her age.
