Our daughter started here in October last year. The nursery were very accommodating with our requirements and the days we needed childcare. Our daughter has settled in really well and enjoys going to nursery, the staff are so friendly and she often talks about them at home. She particularly enjoys French
lessons! There are wonderful facilities at the nursery and lots of outdoor space, all meals are provided which makes our lives so much easier and our daughter seems to love the food! I really like seeing all the updates on the app, I can see when she has slept, what she has eaten and other updates of what she's been up to. Overall the nursery has a really lovely family feel, and we are very happy with it so far.

My son has started at Hazebrouck at the start of this year and seems to be settling in really well. The staff have been brilliant and are extremely friendly and helpful making the whole experience stress free especially if he has a little cry in the mornings.
They have a variety of activities that
keep them busy all day, plenty of toys to play with and learn from and the outside space is great for them to play and explore.
We receive weekly updates including the activities that have been provided during the week, daily handovers from his key worker and Parentzone where we can stay updated with everything he has done during the day.
We were recommended to Hazebrouck from a friend and having viewed several other nurseries Hazebrouck stood out to us as the best nursery for our son. We will most definitely be recommending to friends and family.

My daughter has started going to Hazebrouck at the begin of this year. She has settled in really easy - the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful making the whole experience stress free.

We get weekly memos on what the kids were up to that week - which is so lovely to receive.

I will

be most definitely recommending Hazebrouck to my friends and family.

My daughter started at Hazebrouck in June and she settled very quickly. The care provided was really good and she absolutely loved the staff here. They are friendly and reliable. Hazebrouck offers French lessons which my daughter enjoyed very much and began to recognise the songs and do the actions
very quickly. Due to personal circumstances she no longer goes here which makes me sad as she really liked coming here. I hope to find a nursery as good as this one or to bring her back when circumstances allow!

Our daughter has recently started nursery at Hazebrouck and has settled well.
The staff are all extremely helpful and supportive which, was essential in the early days as separating from our daughter was difficult.
I receive a weekly update including the activities that have been provided during
the week, handovers daily and parentzone where I can access everything my daughter has done during the day (including those dirty nappies). The outside space for babies is truly amazing, giving them plenty of safe space to play and thrive.
Could not thank the girls at Hazebrouck enough for their hard work and dedication.
In just a short month our daughter has begun eating with a spoon, trying to put on her shoes and pulling herself to stand!

My daughter has been at Hazebrouck for the last 2 years and has loved every minute of it, often asking if she can go at the weekend! Facilities are very good with a large garden and outdoor play space as well as number of different rooms which all the age groups access at different points in the day/week,
which adds variety. The staff are fantastic and I find the parent zone super helpful as well as the weekly email from the manager telling you what all the age groups and rooms have been up to.

My son has been attending Hazebrouck since he was 9 months old. He is due to leave in a few weeks as he is starting big school. We will be sad to leave Hazebrouck and I can’t thank all staff enough for helping him develop into the lovely and talented little boy he has become.
Hazebrouck offers a great
deal of opportunities for children. My son particularly enjoys French and Forest school.

All staff go the extra mile and communication has greatly improved under the recent manager. Hazebrouck has always helped me when I have needed emergency childcare and always accommodated my son.

My son has been attending Hazebrouck since he was 9 months old, he is now 4 and soon to be leaving to start school. He has always been happy there, the staff and facilities are great. As a parent we have always been kept fully informed. I know he will miss Hazebrouck and will have fond memories of the
time he spent here.

Hazebrouck Nursery has been a dependable source of education and enrichment to my son and most recently my twin daughters. It's a wonderful nursery that has a warm atmosphere and the staff is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. My son started there at 7 months old and is now heading to reception.
I know his time at Hazebrouck helped him develop into the confident little boy he is today.

My 2 year old twin girls are now attending the nursery and I can already see their development accelerating with each day they spend there. I would highly recommend Hazebrouck to anyone looking for a nursery they can feel confident sending their children to.

I am very happy that I managed to secure a place for my child in this nursery last year. All staff are very helpful/friendly and they are helping kids to integrate/adapt to the new environment etc. My daughter loves to come and play with different toys, spend the time to participate in different activities.
Also, I like that parents receive newsletters every week with all updates etc. In addition, Hazebrouck nursery has got a very nice large garden and play area outside where kids can have fun during the day. A big thank you for the team!

I can't speak highly enough of Hazebrouck. My daughter has been going there since she was 8 months back in October 2017 and although she is still young her face lights up as soon as we arrive in the morning. The staff are so caring and can't do enough for you. It was hard for me leaving my daughter
to start with as she was a premature baby but she was in such good hands and they completely understood which made going back to work so much easier. She loves the staff and has come on in leaps and bounds and that is due to all the care that she receives and all the amazing activities they do. She has had some allergies and intolerance's and the chef does a great job catering for this. The menus are varied and always sound very tasty. I love the outside space my only one negative is it is a shame the animals had to leave. In the last few months, lots of new processes have been put into place which makes this nursery even better. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Both my son and daughter have attended Hazebrouck for a number of years, and have had a very positive experience there. Staff are always friendly and helpful and I have always felt completely confident to leave my children in their care. My son left nursery very well prepared for school, as is my daughter
who is due to start school in September. The learning environment is stimulating and the outside space well utilised. Communication with parents is excellent. My children had lots of fun and adventures at Hazebrouck. I thoroughly recommend it.

When my little boy started at Hazebrouck at the age of 2.5 he was very shy. He didn’t like separating, and it was the constant love, kindness and care he received from every member of staff at Hazebrouck which changed this. Now he is settled, has lots of little friends, and loves attending because he
knows at Hazebrouck something amazing is going to happen every day. Be it French lessons with lovely Madam, learning about a new letter or having forest school. The nursery is well equipped inside and outside, lots of toys and books for children to use.
(My personal favourite is the sensory room which you just have to see for yourself).

As the nursery is small, I love that all members of staff (even those who aren’t in his group) call him by his name. When we walk in, there is always a smile and kind words from everyone.

He is going to start school this September and I am confident that the foundation of education he received at Hazebrouck will make him thrive.

We were new to the place when we started in the nursery last year and had only limited information about the nursery.

But now we are very happy that we choose Hazebrouck for our daughter, she has been enjoying a lot in the nursery and very eager to get to nursery every day. She has found amazing

friends and she finds all the staff to be friendly and very supportive. All staff are always smiling which brings a very positive feeling for parents and children.

This Nursery is designed with children in mind, from big rooms for children, to play, and try many things (costumes, books, toys, sets etc), to outdoor plays on the green patch with options to enjoy nature, explore wildlife.

Always fresh and healthy food options and hygiene is very good. Very secure premises, many barriers, and the staff put in constant effort to allow each family member.

Pet animals are a real addition for the kids, my daughter loves Sheldon.

In short "Best place for the child to learn and explore".

My son has only just started at Hazebrouck Nursery in September 2017, but the staff have all been so caring and supportive in helping to settle him in over the last few weeks. It has really helped my transition back to work knowing that he is in good hands and that he has developed a close bond with
his key worker already. The nursery have also been fantastic at dealing with his food allergy and ensuring that he is well catered for at meal times with tasty alternatives when he cannot have the same food as the rest of the children.

Both my children attend Hazebrouck and I have nothing but praise for the manageress and the team. My 3-year-old loves the Nursery and in the two years he has been going, he has learnt so much while having a great time. My younger son is just settling in but I feel so confident leaving him knowing he
is in safe hands.

My favourite things about Hazebrouck are the team approach, where all the children are happy with any member of staff and the amount of structured outdoor time and play. They are also great at setting realistic goals and helping children develop new skills.

They were also fantastic with my eldest son who was dairy intolerant and egg allergic- not a single slip up.

Our daughter joined the nursery in January 2016 at seven months old, she attends two full days a week, she loves all the staff and her highlight is French with Maddam every week. It's very reassuring how all the staff know the children individually and are always very friendly and helpful keeping us
updated with what happens daily and the parents evenings to discuss how they are moving forward educationally. We chose the nursery because of all the outside space and the children go outside all year round. All meals are cooked on site and they are encouraged to try a wide variety of foods. As parents, we are very pleased with how our daughter is developing and we now have a very sociable two-year-old that will mix with children of all ages and happily try different foods.

Current Review Score: 8.9 (8.902)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.9 (8.902) out of 10 for Hazebrouck Day Nursery is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 6 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.9 out of 5 from 6 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.972 for Hazebrouck Day Nursery is calculated as follows: ( (70 Excellents x 5) + (2 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 72 Ratings = 4.972
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.93 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Hazebrouck Day Nursery is based on 6 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 = 3.6
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 91 number of registered child places is 18.2. 6 Positive Reviews ÷ 18.2 = 0.33
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
