Tigers at Theale Day Nursery

The team have done an amazing job helping my child settle in. I honestly think she would happily live at the nursery given the chance. Having the updates throughout the day really helps me being away from her as well.

Our child started at Tigers at Theale Day Nursery in January 2023 and I can hands down say we are so happy for our son! He settles in quickly after drop off and from the posts on the parent app he is clearly having a lovely time. When I pick him up he is always busy doing something and having fun with the staff and other children. The staff are excellent - fun, kind and caring. They have made the whole process of settling our child into nursery easy and stress-free. They have been very flexible and great at communicating with us. Tigers at Theale was recommended to us by another parent and we would recommend also.

Our son has only attended Tigers at Theale for a few weeks but we couldn't be happier. Staff are kind, friendly and supportive, particularly to us as parents. They already know our son well and are really happy to discuss his day upon pick-up, which is something we value. Nothing seems too much, they have respected our wants and needs. The app the nursery use is fab and we enjoy the regular updates - the links to assessment are something as parents we also enjoy seeing.

Our daughter had specific dietary requirements which were easily accommodated by the team. Meals are varied and kept interesting for the little ones too.

Both of our children have attended Tigers nursery and both have absolutely loved it there. They bounce in every day and are so well looked after and have so much fun. We will miss it so much when they are both in school!

Tigers have a wonderful nurturing environment for children, both my children have attended from baby to pre-school and the staff are fantastic at identifying their own needs and working with them it is a very positive place, my children have thrived and I have been delighted at their progress and the care they have had. My only gripe is the cost versus facilities available as it is small with no green space and since covid, they haven't been to the local park or made use of the forest school facilities at their other setting. Therefore, they are now one of the most expensive nurseries in the area and I am not sure I can justify the cost.

My daughter has loved going to this nursery from the start. I find the colleagues very welcoming and always happy. It makes me feel comfortable leaving my daughter there to go to work. They are busy all day which is great for their development.

Both of my children have attended Theale Tigers and have been very happy there, it is expensive but you do get what you pay for - the staff are fantastic and really get to know your child, food is good with a varied menu and an on-site cook.

I would highly recommend Tigers nursery. The team are all so friendly and helpful and always do what they can to help you and your children. Both of my children have always enjoyed their time at Tigers, who have helped them to grow, nurture and develop in all aspects of their life.

We have had nothing but a positive experience with Tigers in Theale. From our first show around to our daughter's care. The staff and so friendly, informative and we have always got a sense that they genuinely get to know your child. Could not be happier with our choice. We always appreciate the little extras sent home from arts, crafts and little gifts. We always highly recommend it to others.

I have highly recommended this nursery to some of my friends. Since starting this nursery 7 months ago my son has been well taken care of and his development is thriving. He has lots of fun daily with messy play, playing outside, even sometimes going out into the village/surrounding parks. He's constantly happy and is growing in confidence in interacting with people in general. I have immense trust in the the capabilities of the nursery staff in taking care of the children. The nursery have also been accommodating of his needs and any requests I've had regarding my son's care, and I get regular updates on his well-being which puts me at ease during my working day.

The ladies at the nursery have always been very welcoming and helpful. My son has been going since he was 1 year old. There has been the odd day where he has been a bit upset at drop off but the ladies were great, they comforted him and even sent me pictures to show how within 5 minutes of me leaving, he was absolutely fine and playing, which I thought was very nice. I would definitely recommend this nursery as at times, their knowledge has been extremely useful.

Fantastic nursery, which has really brought out the best in our daughter. She is so happy there, has grown in confidence and is learning so much. She also has loads of fun! Great variety of meals, very creative activities and the staff are wonderful. She will miss Tigers when the time comes to move on.

Since my daughter started Tigers in 2019 I've never felt so grateful and supported by an outside environment. The constant hard work and commitment to help my daughter and I in our situation. The time and effort from her key workers and room staff to office and management. Her learning and skills she is developing daily are down to the constant hard work the staff put in day to day. The kitchen staff and menu are amazing - very nutritional and balanced. The nursery is very supportive of my daughter's learning and funding new resources for her to learn. She absolutely loves the garden.

We have had the most amazing experience with Tigers. From the moment we stepped in the door for our first ever visit, we immediately felt comfortable in the nursery. Our daughter felt comfortable enough to walk around and explore during her visit which, during the pandemic, was a big deal as she had only ever been with us. Fantastic staff, they are friendly, professional and do so much with the children on their days there. My daughter's confidence has grown so much since joining the butterfly room and they have really helped her to grow, ready for when she goes to school in September. We will miss the nursery hugely and we recommend them to everyone!

Wonderful nursery where attention to detail is evident. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and always following covid regulations. Beautiful decor and themes throughout. My child is always happy to attend and always happy when fetched from nursery. So many fun activities and resources for each day. Five stars.

My younger daughter started recently at the end of 2021, and I knew she was going to be getting a brilliant start. She is thriving in the baby room, and her physical development has come on leaps and bounds since starting. Both girls adore their nursery, and I’m so happy their early years are being spent here. The staff makes Tigers such a wonderful setting, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The staff at the nursery are very friendly and welcoming. My son had a difficult time settling in when he first started but now he runs through the door each morning! The setting is great with lots for the children to do and every day is different.

Tigers at Theale Day Nursery have been like family to us. Our son has been attending since September 2020. They have supported us with all of his development and at times taken the lead with accessing the correct services. Our son has had a high level of care from the start and they have extended that to us as parents when we were struggling with adjustments or diagnosis stages. They work incredibly hard daily, but above all, at times it does feel as if our child is their only child to support, from the level of input and care they have put in and continue to do. They are consistent, engaging and prioritise knowing every child. They really are family for us, from the caterpillar room to the butterfly room!

We love this nursery and the care they have given our children is great. They have progressed well and settled into each room change well. They have, however, recently put up their prices again and it’s now one of the most expensive in the area.
