Tigers at Theale Day Nursery

We're incredibly grateful for everything the team does and would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent.

We have been very happy with our experience at Tigers. Wonderful staff and facilities, good communication with parents, happy children. Very grateful for the experience with both our children (3.5 and 1 yr old). A nice community and we have made good friends with other families too (an unexpected bonus).

My son started in the honeybee room in the new year and as parents we are so happy with the care he is receiving. The girls got to know him very quickly and have been so accommodating in supporting us with his routine especially in regards to sleep! My son really struggles with sleeping but the girls have worked their magic and gotten to know his appropriate wake windows and have had so much success putting him down for naps which for a fomo baby who hates sleep is no easy challenge! They have also supported my son at meal times encouraging him to eat meals with his peers. My son really seems to love the staff in honeybee room often waving and smiling at them throughout the day as can be seen via videos and pictures. He especially loves his key carer! I was anxious about how he would settle having never been left and at the age of separation anxiety but at times he will now jump out of my arms kicking his legs excitedly to go and see his key carer which is so reassuring.

My daughter joined Tigers Theale last year and absolutely loves it! She is always so happy to see all of the staff and is always greeted with a big smile. Although my daughter only attends once a week she is so happy and confident going into her room in the morning. We love being kept up to date on the parent zone app where the staff will post lovely photos of the activities they have been doing with my daughter, along with how she has eaten and slept. Thank you Tigers!

The team has really helped our son settle into nursery after a really challenging start. We have really seen an improvement in the last month or so.

As a new parent to the nursery scene the understanding and support has been brilliant from everyone there.

My son has started in the honeybees room and the staff are amazing at helping him settle in when he arrives. He also loves the food! The communication is really good and we’ve had a great overall experience at Tigers.

My daughter started in the Butterfly room in March 2024 and she has settled in extremely well. That is a testament to all of the wonderful staff in her room. She often talks about her teachers when she is at home and she is always engaged in lovely activities! The app is updated often and it is lovely to see what my daughter gets up to whilst her father and I work.

The team have been wonderful from the start. The communication is always great and they are brilliant with our little boy, helping him to thrive. They are always putting on lovely activities for the babies and share lots of information via the app. They are quick to report any concerns to us when they crop up.

My daughter (18 months old) loves going to nursery. She goes 2 days a week term time and she has been there nearly a year. They are so caring and get to know your child really well really quickly. They helped her with weaning and communication skills and loved greeting everyone when they came into the room. Have her confidence with her walking. They are great at communicating what they have been up to in the day. If I need a last minute extra day they are great at responding. My daughter had an intolerance to cows milk and they were very accommodating and made sure she only ate the food she was supposed to eat. I am so glad we picked it, the staff are all lovely and welcoming.

Fantastic staff and setting. Highly rated, our kids have loved it here. Staff go the extra mile and you can see the passion and care they take. The only downside is a bit of a lack of outdoor space owing to the location - nothing really can be done about this though. Overall would very much recommend it!

Cannot recommend Tigers at Theale enough, my little one has come on leaps and bounds since attending. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Communication throughout the day is a bonus, really helps to make you feel at ease.

My daughter's learning and interactions with other children has really prepared her for school which in turn will make life easier for me once September is here.

My little boy started Tigers in January 2020 and he has had the best time. He has learnt so much and they are fantastic at communication and helping in anyway they can, whether that be with learning to family support if needed, they are really accommodating and take care and time with all children. My little boy has enjoyed coming and making so many friends. I would highly recommend this nursery.

We've had a really positive experience with Tigers at Theale Day Nursery so far. Our daughter clearly enjoys her time there. The staff are attentive and kind and take the time to share news and progress with us.

Tigers at Theale Day Nursery have always shown absolute care and consideration with my baby. He’s had a few (slightly scary) health issues, and they’ve worked tirelessly to ensure he’s as safe and secure as possible when he comes to Nursery. They’ve been endlessly patient and supportive of us all as a family, and I feel really happy that he gets to come to Tigers.

My son attended the nursery in January 2023 and looks like he is really happy there. I already see a lot of improvement on his skills and from the app I can see that he has a good time with his friends. It will be good if there was more outdoor space for them to explore. It is a bit expensive for the facilities provided compared to similar nurseries in the area but the staff is very friendly.

Both my children attend Tigers they absolutely love going, and go in each morning eager! The staff go above and beyond, always cheerful and extremely caring. The activities the children take part in are amazing and always kept in the loop with pictures uploaded on the app.
