Partou Children's House Day Nursery & Pre-school

We have been delighted how our twin girls have settled into the baby room at 10 months. The baby room is spacious and the outdoor area is amazing for them to enjoy. All our communication with the staff has been positive and they take an interest in each twin, how their week has been and their routines. The staff have communicated well with us to establish a settling and welcoming environment every session. Our twins are only too happy to go to the staff and we are well informed about their day at each pickup.

My daughter has been in the nursery since the baby room. It has been an incredible journey. Now she is in the preschool and every day she is excited to go to the nursery. She loves the staff, her key worker, the other kids, the setting (especially the garden). She really enjoys all the activities organised through the week/day. She enjoys and has fun while learning. The staff encourage and support multilingual families making the kids feel proud they can speak more than one language. Now the staff are also getting her ready to go to school this September. The staff have always been amazing, very approachable, flexible and caring.

After 2 years had gone, I had my second daughter and had to go back to work when my baby girl was nearly 5 months old. The baby room is once again spacious, organised, the girls there are great with little ones, they communicate with me asap. I love how much observed freedom toddlers are allowed to explore indoors and outdoors and the toddler indoor gym, what an amazing idea when weather is bad. In time, after more years, I'm planning to have my third one and my other baby will surely be returning to this same nursery too. Also, it's always clean and tidy I really like that.

I have used Children's House for a number of years and always have rated their childcare and team. They are accommodating, have lots of resources for all ages and really build great relationships with the children. I would highly recommend the nursery. The admin team are also extremely helpful and easy to book and amend.

Lovely people, excellent site, my son loves his time there. He learns and has fun. The use of the app lets me see how my son is developing and the activities he is taking part in. Nursery weekly newsletters also keep me updated with what he will be doing that week.

Great outdoor space for each of the different age groups. My eldest son is very shy and the staff in the pre-school room have done a great job at helping him settle in. My youngest in the toddler room really enjoys his nursery day especially all the 'messy play' activities.

Recently started using the Tapestry app which I think is really good and it's nice to see photos of my children doing different activities at nursery and reading about their day.

Lovely helpful staff. My son has settled in great at toddlers. They have an excellent team in that room and a lovely manager (covering).

I can’t recommend this nursery enough the staff are so lovely, all helping to make the settling in process a success for both the child and us as parents. The rooms are all so engaging for the children and my son loves it especially the large outdoor areas of play.

This nursery is fantastic! Being a nanny to a child who attends I have seen him flourish. The staff are very approachable and caring. The new online journey is amazing, I can see what he’s up to during the week. Plus I can put pics up of him at home playing and exploring. Any queries I have the management team are quick and responsive and also very approachable. I highly recommend this nursery. The nursery grounds are amazing, such amazing space.

The way that the staff interact and care for my Grandson and all the other children is great. He is happy and very contented.

My ten-month-old nephew attends the nursery, I have only good things to say as I’m really happy with the nursery and the care given to my nephew as a whole. His current development shows that he is getting the care he needs and I would definitely recommend the nursery to others as I feel the staff are very genuine and really do care and want to be there.

Absolutely amazing nursery, such a lovely, safe environment for my children to enjoy the amazing interaction with staff. The nursery manager is always so helpful, kind, bubbly and is a true asset to the nursery. Any queries I have had have always been dealt with efficiently and professionally by a lovely member of staff.
