Partou Children's House Day Nursery & Pre-school has a reputation as the leading provider of childcare in Bracknell, offering outstanding care to children aged three months to five-years-old.

Located on Tilehurst Lane, the nursery enjoys the benefits of a large character property with high ceilings, large airy rooms and a huge outdoor garden and play space in which the children thrive.

There are separate rooms for babies, toddlers, children aged two to three years old, and pre-school children. Furnished with age appropriate toys and resources, these distinct rooms help staff provide a high level of care, development and education to children.

Freshly prepared meals are offered, catering for allergies and special dietary requirements.

Children's House operates a key person policy so that each and every child is cared for by a member of staff who take time to help them develop through the stages of their Early Years.

We love Children's House day nursery because our child is supported down to his specific needs. It never feels like the children are just a number, but very personal. Everybody seems to know all of the children's names, their likes and dislikes and which days they are in. Something I was very impressed
by. One negative point are the potholes outside which are dangerous. Mentioned this a couple of times to management now. Food provided is good, albeit quite carbohydrate heavy. More protein would be amazing!

Really friendly and safe hands caring for our son. The staff are amazing and keep you updated with your child's progress. Our son loves the day nursery and especially the outside space. I have always found everyone very professional and courteous.

We are very happy with this nursery. They are constantly looking for new ideas and improvements. I love the curiosity plan approach. Our daughter brings so many clever ideas from the nursery. Children are always involved in various activities and the staff is attentive. Overall very good nursery.

My daughter absolutely loves her nursery. She has been there for nearly two years now and has a been in three different classrooms growing with her age group. She feels she is big now as she is in preschool and can’t wait to leave in the mornings to get there. She’s always telling us about the different
foods she had at nursery and that she still doesn’t like tomatoes but her friend does. She has grown so much and is very sociable with her classmates and teachers. If there are any problems they are always quick to help and rectify any issues I have made.
The new system started this year has been amazing, I am able to see what my daughter is doing at nursery and her learning throughout the year not just at reviews. Couldn’t recommend Children’s House Day Nursery enough.

I pick my nephew up on a regular basis, I can’t fault the staff and the service that is offered, always friendly and welcoming. The management is very efficient and our family have no worries whatsoever. First class.

My daughter loves going to nursery, is always happy to go in and has a great relationship with staff.

Amazing nursery! My little boy is attending this nursery full time for almost 3 years now. He absolutely loves being here and we are so glad it’s a second home for him. Staff are super helpful. His key worker is his best friend which he is so proud of.

Our Daughter has been at Children's House for 3 1/2 years. We've been very happy with the care and support that she's had in this period. Its also our local nursery and we believe you should support local facilities.

Children's House is one of the best in the area. The teachers are very nice, warm and good with children. They are patient and very welcoming. There are times when the children are upset when parents are dropping them and the teachers are able to calm them down within minutes.

The staff at Children's House Day Nursery are fantastic. They are very good at settling new children and reassuring parents. The facilities are the best I've seen at a nursery with multiple outdoor play areas for different age groups and a sensory maze and buffalo trail. My son loves to find bugs on
the buffalo trail. The management are very accommodating and allow me to book extra sessions at short notice when needed. Both my children have enjoyed being at Children's House and I believe their independence and social skills stem from the excellent care during their time at nursery.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2008

I am qualified at ‘Level 3’ in Early Years and have been working in nurseries since 2008. I have worked my way up the ladder, first as a Nursery Assistant, then onto Room Leader, working with different age groups of children, before becoming a Nursery Manager. I have a real passion to ensure the children have an environment in which they can fulfil their dreams and reach their full potential.
