Bright Horizons Chiswick Park Day Nursery and Preschool

Staff in the baby room are exceptional, taking wonderful care of the children. Management seems to have been overstretched, often having to cover staff shortages elsewhere, including the kitchen. The menu is often disappointing and not as advertised. Transition to little learners has been handled brilliantly by staff.

The staff at this nursery have made the last year so special to our son and to us. They have shown unconditional care to my whole family, putting the needs of all us at the centre of everything they do. It feels like we have joined a very special family. Our son has developed into such a happy and confident little boy and he truly loves every day at nursery!

Our child joined the nursery when he was 7 months old. We always felt that he was safe and happy there. He feels at home and receives a lot of attention from very professional people who really love children. They contribute to his development and education as much as we do. We will trust the nursery again to take care of our second child in a few months.

Our daughter absolutely loves it here. The staff are great and very friendly and she is extremely happy. From a personal point of view, we are very comfortable with leaving her here everyday and have no worries. Overall we are very pleased we sent her to Bright Horizons Chiswick and would recommend it to other parents.

My son has been attending the nursery for just over a year now, and I have only positive things to say about our experience. The staff are very friendly and very attentive and, most importantly, my son looks forward to coming each day! I would gladly recommend the nursery to other parents.

Teddies is a vibrant, fun, caring and friendly environment. The nursery staff are all wonderful and genuinely care for all their children. Our son has loved his time here and has benefitted massively both academically and socially.

As always, great care is given to the children and their individual needs. There is a good balance between fun, education, discipline and the children knowing that the staff care.

I'm very pleased with the professionalism, respect and affection that all of Teddies Nurseries Southfields employees have with my daughter and my family. I'm a foreigner and I do not speak English very well but they NEVER make me feel different or bad about it. Everyone knows how to explain and clarify all my doubts and anxieties as a mother. A clean, organised place and I feel very safe in leaving my daughter. Always stimulating my daughter in all areas.

Teddies is such a warm and friendly nursery. All the staff are very attentive. Children are encouraged to be creative, to use their imagination, to be kind and share. My daughter absolutely loves Teddies and is always exhausted at the end of each day. I would recommend this nursery to all.

I have had both my kids (ages 4 and 2) in Teddies for one year now. We moved from NY and had to get then settled in quickly as my husband and I both work. Teddies were absolutely brilliant during the settling period and beyond. They take such a great interest in making sure the kids are active, well fed and stimulated and just having fun!

My daughter loves nursery and all of the team who care for her. Her development is excellent and I cannot thank the team enough.
