Nursery on the Green (near Heathrow)

All 3 of my children have attended Nursery on the Green and my husband and I have been extremely pleased with the level of care and education our children have received. My children have flourished from the moment they step into the baby room (Caterpillars) to the moment they leave the Pre-School room.

The staff, in particular, have made their nursery experience so enjoyable, starting from the warm 'Good morning' at the front desk followed by a gentle face and warm hug from the staff receiving them in their classroom.

I have never had to worry when leaving them, as we know they are in good hands!

The catering is also exceptional, as the nursery caters for all allergy/dietary requirements and the EYFS updates via the online portal is also a welcomed treat.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this nursery to any of my friends and family.

We've used Nursery on the Green for our first 2 daughters and didn't hesitate when it came to our 3rd. The standard of care is excellent and we feel very comfortable leaving our daughter there. She eats well, plays and does lots of activities. Her language and social skills have grown since she started here. It's a great nursery both in terms of people and facilities.

The opening hours are great and compared to other nurseries, their price is relatively fair.

Our son entered the care of Nursery on the Green in April 2015. As first-time parents, we were hesitant to leave our first born under the care of others. However, the staff at the Nursery on the Green has consistently provided a level of care and compassion that has put us at ease. Because we are greeted by a member of staff every morning and afternoon with smiles and kind words, the childcare providers are warm and welcoming, and the facilities environment is amazing we would recommend Nursery on the Green to anyone seeking childcare.

I like how the teachers and other staff are treating my child as their child. The snacks and food they are given is really good. The decorations around are really good for the children to learn and catch up quickly. My son has learnt many things from this school. I am very happy and delighted with this school, the behaviour is very good although everyone is very nice to me and my son.

My son loves this nursery, he loves his teachers who he talks about all the time. He always has a smile on his face. You can see how much he has thrived in this environment. The staff plan exciting stimulating and creative activities to enhance children's development and learning. The nursery provides a range of freshly made food. The management are approachable at all times, an excellent nursery for high progress, fantastic learning opportunities and friendly staff.

Friendly staff transitioned my daughter very well and always a pleasure to visit the nursery.

Excellent standards of cleanliness and fab food menus enabling children to try different foods and always freshly cooked.

Friendly staff, know and address us using our names. Always willing to listen irrespective of time of day or how busy they may be.

Great teaching and learning environment for the children - some amazing ideas of creativity which even I haven’t previously encountered.

He came in as a 1 and a half-year-old and now at the age of 3 and a half, he's grown into a confident, self-assured, polite boy.

First impressions count in life. From our first visit to Nursery on the Green we, as parents, were certain that our child would find a caring and fun environment. Staff and management are very approachable, friendly and full of excitement. We have received weekly updates about events the nursery has put on for the kids and for charity. When we drop our child off and collect we always exchange a friendly word with staff. Upon collection, we are getting an informative handover of our child. Most importantly, he loves going to nursery.

I can't recommend this nursery highly enough, all staff are friendly, informed and helpful. We receive regular feedback on our daughter and progress reports. She is happy to go in every day and is nurtured and learning throughout the day. We will be sorry to leave this next year when school starts.

The assigned people are know their job. They are meeting their targets every day. They are warm, joyful and responsible. They update you on childrens activities so not to feel his/her absence. The children are under protective surveillance all the time.

I would urge anyone who is looking for a childcare placement to join Nursery on the Green. It is definitely a decision I'm glad I made.

My daughter loves coming to this nursery. The children learn so much and I'm frequently surprised by the things she comes home talking about. So much more than just childcare! They have done relevant local visits. They work to prepare the children for school. Good variety of food and snacks. Staff are so friendly and appear to know all the children's names, even if they don't work directly with them. I feel it's a safe place and have recommended it to my friends.

We would like to thank Nursery on the Green, for the support provided over the last 4 years with child care provision for our child. Special thanks to staff who provided care in both Caterpillar and Pre-school classes. Our child has enjoyed their time at the nursery. During our time of using Nursery on the Green for the past 9 years, we have only experienced the best provision of care for our children. We are always kept informed via email, with newsletters of events or communal infections circulating the nursery at times. Staff are very approachable and welcoming. Children are always the focus of attention and included in conversations. Healthy eating is the norm as children and parents alike are encouraged to ask to take a piece of fruit from the reception desk when available. Good morning/goodbye are said directly to the children when entering or leaving. Reasonably affordable in this day and age.

Couldn't have asked for a better nursery for my children to have attended.

My daughter previously attended another nursery locally in which she had an awful experience. She got scratched deeply by another child whose finger nails were long and dirty, yet the nursery showed no sympathy towards my daughter, but defended the other child. The scar is still on my daughters face.

After this bad experience my daughter started to attend Nursery on the Green. It has been so reassuring as a parent knowing your child is in safe hands and properly being looked after. The staff are so friendly and very patient with the children, the nursery itself is very nicely developed and the atmosphere is joyful. Its been a pleasure sending my daughter to this nursery and I would recommend it to everybody. I have had no issues at all with this nursery and am happy they look after my daughter and treat her with so much love and attention.
