Nursery on the Green provides the highest quality of childcare facilities for the children of the local community.

The nursery provides a happy, sociable environment where every child is treated as an individual; there are four main play areas.

Also, there are undercover outdoor areas for all age groups to enable constant access to outdoor play. They have also obtained their Green Flag Eco-Schools award for their commitment to the environment.

Now offering a new government-funded pre-school. Term-time sessions available for 15 hours from 8.30am - 11.30am and 12.15pm - 3.15pm and 9-3 for 30 hours.

The Nursery has supported us as a family throughout. My 2 children attended Nursery on the Green from 10/11 months and all the staff from the baby room to pre-school. The 2 have made their transitions throughout the different rooms independently, full of confidence and the ability to adjust to different
changes. When asking them how they would describe the nursery, the words that come to their minds are; Fun, Funny, lovely teachers, smiley, happy, and love.

Any concerns we have ever had has been dealt with immediately and professionally.

I can honestly say the level of care and attention that my daughter received here has been incredible. Throughout her journey in the various rooms, the teachers and staff have always gone over and beyond. Communication to parents is always prompt and very thorough and especially during these difficult
months with covid. I have always had 100% confidence that all the measures in place have been the best for the safety of everyone. We will miss the staff and nursery very much.

An outstanding nursery. The staff are caring and professional and the facilities give plenty of indoor and outdoor space for my son to run around. I love getting the daily updates and photos on the ParentZone App and it is reassuring knowing that he is being fed healthy meals throughout the day. The
nursery helped me identify my son's food intolerance which I will be forever grateful for. He has developed so much in the last 2 years as a result of their attention to detail. Initially, we were concerned he had speech delays, but with the support of the nursery, he is now talking and communicating with his peers. He runs into the nursery happy every morning which makes dropping him off a really positive experience. I love how the nursery is highly involved in fundraising for the local community too. I highly recommend this nursery and my second born will be starting next year.

We enrolled my son with Nursery on the Green at the age of two and he has completely enjoyed his time there and loves the interaction with other children. The staff have been extremely helpful and have made him come out of his shell. The nursery was recommended to me by a friend who's son also attended
at a previous time and I am grateful for the recommendation.
The nursery have been very informative in relation to his steps during the two years he has been attending and during Covid 19 they have been extremely careful and their procedures have been greatly appreciated during these difficult times.
The staff have always been accommodating and can honestly say that all the staff are very caring in their approach and my son loves attending, each day rushing into the class and has loved the creative skills adopted by his teaching staff.
I would highly recommend the nursery to any new parent.

My son has attended the nursery since he was one, he is now three years old and about to go off to school nursery. Nursery on the Green (near Heathrow) have played a huge role in preparing him for this transition. He has learnt social skills, communication skills as well as developing his understanding
of math and literacy. He always looks forward to attending nursery and developed strong bonds with the adults who care for him. They have always shown an interest in what he is into and they do their best to incorporate this into his daily activities. We always receive plenty of information about his day, either verbally or via the online portal. I have felt confident that my son is happy and well cared for during his time at the nursery.

As a parent of a child that has been attending Nursery on the Green in Southall. I am very happy with how my child has grown, developed and progressed even during these difficult times. The Nursery staff have always been adaptable to his routine and the care that he receives is specific to him. The
Nursery has always catered for my child’s dietary requirements and is always at the end of a phone as and when I need it. I would highly recommend this Nursery to anyone and me and my child are very happy with the outstanding service that is provided.

To all the staff at Nursery on the Green. Thank you for a great first term for our daughter, she has thoroughly enjoyed attending Nursery and thankfully, has settled in well.
We are very grateful to her teachers; she is fond of you all and we can already see a big improvement in her vocabulary range,
comprehension and phonetic knowledge.
She loves the meals and snacks she receives during the day, so please thank the catering team too!
Finally, thank you all for updating us about events/changes etc. The parent-nursery communication is great!

I was so anxious about my little one starting nursery because she's very attached to me. The staff were absolutely wonderful to help settle her in, whilst keeping me informed and at ease. Now she can't wait to go into the nursery. I get updates throughout the day about her via the app. When I call to
check on her, the staff are friendly and welcoming despite my panic in the first few weeks. We have noticed amazing development since she started, she also became more independent and confident. The process that has been put in place to keep everyone safe at the nursery is just great. I couldn't have asked or imagined a better nursery for my little one.

This is a great nursery, managed and run by a competent team of staff who are always on hand and happy to assist. The nursery is very organised, clean with superb facilities and children are taken care of very well. Further to this 'Nursery on the Green' is a great place for young children to excel

I have been coming to this nursery now for nearly 7 years. First with my eldest daughter and now my youngest, who has just left to go to “big school”. Every single member of staff has always been so welcoming to my children and they have really cared for them like their own. I left my children with
them knowing that they were in a safe friendly environment. I can’t thank them enough for helping my girls grow into strong independent ladies.

Fab nursery, the staff are great they truly listen to your concerns, my daughter has been with the nursery for nearly 2 years. We have seen a massive improvement in her speaking and listening skills, she has become more independent, so this really did help during lockdown when I had to work, she would
use her imagination to put together games and also refer back to the nursery and what she learnt from her teachers. Big thank you to her 3 favourite teachers. Overall the nursery has a great vibe with the right staff.

My daughter has been at this nursery for almost a year now. We are very happy we picked this nursery after visiting several others in the area. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The facilities are great and most importantly, our daughter is thriving. The last few months have been difficult due

Excellent, excellent, excellent. My Son started his nursery after three years. He wasn’t able to speak at that time, soon after he started going there, the manager and her very dedicated staff taught him and made him understand and he started speech within his first term. It was their hard work. Now
my daughter is attending nursery however due to covid 19 she is home. But she learned so many things since she started attending nursery. I will highly recommend Nursery on the Green to all of my friends.

My child started in September 2019, he couldn’t be any more of a mummy’s boy if he tried, I don’t even know where to start about how anxious I was to send him to nursery, the first few days he was great and then he wanted me constantly. I really can’t put into words how great they are with him, he definitely
wasn’t the easiest for the first three months but they wouldn’t give up on him, every day they were prepared to have his mind focused on doing things. His imagination and learning are beyond what I thought it could be in such a short time and he absolutely loves going there. The only thing I would change is that I didn’t send him a year sooner as he will be going to big school in September. I really couldn’t recommend more sending your children here, I'm so gutted my child is leaving for reception in big school. Even for the shyest they only want my mum and dad children or the most confident child, they are amazing with each and every one.

My eldest daughter attended this nursery about eight years ago. We then had my son (now 3 years old) and there was no way we could even contemplate another nursery - even though this one is not local to us.
The staff are incredible, they update us through the portal and face to face on our child’s
progress. We receive weekly newsletters on the topic they are learning about in class and any event happening. The change in my son's development has been fantastic! And it's all due to the nursery. My son loves going to nursery. The outdoor space they have is so important as they learn so much from being outdoors. My son has even learnt about recycling and being mindful about the planet!

It's a tough choice to leave your child anywhere, but Nursery on the Green definitely made this so much easier for us. We are so happy with our daughter's development and now she tells us she misses being at nursery with her friends and teachers!


The staff are very helpful and caring. You can see

the fact that Childbase is a partnership (think larger style company) and has a great effect on all of the employees. The learning structure in the nursery is excellent also as they are using the latest pioneering techniques for getting children ready for school - be it learning phonics or simply learning to dress themselves for P.E. and serving and eating their meals by themselves.


Communication is very good, the nursery are always keeping us up to date with what the children are currently learning and any planned activities.

I highly recommend this nursery. Both my children have been here and I cannot be thankful enough to the staff for such a pleasant experience. Everyone is so friendly and my kids have learned so much. The learning is fun-filled and so inspiring. The large outdoor space allows children to play and learn
in the fresh air. The standards of the nursery are also very high. I was also really impressed with how quickly they adapted to my son’s dietary requirements.
