My son has been going to this nursery for almost a year, and I couldn't be more happier with how he gets on. The staff are amazing and caring, they are quick to give you updates on any changes and they do a great job of creating an environment where the kids are at their happiest. Thank you to the entire staff at Nursery on The Green, you are amazing.

Nursery on the Green is a great place for children to start their educational journey. All staff have been amazing from management to the key workers who are very hands on with the children.

We have used Nursery on the Green since January 2018 for our daughter. We were initially impressed at an open day by the warmth from the environment and staff, the separate rooms as the children grow and develop, and the outdoor space. It also seemed excellent value for money. We signed up immediately and have never regretted it, signing our son up too in 2021. We don’t live nearby, it is close to where myself and my husband work but I believe it is better equipped over many nurseries in our local area. There is little turnover of staff, showing staff enjoyment of their jobs, and meaning that when my daughter comes to collect my son, staff remember and welcome her back, which is just lovely. The activities have always been engaging, fun and educational, and the staff have supported us through difficulties with my son’s slight speech delay. My daughter was really well prepared for school from being here. Safeguarding is also very strong here. I thoroughly recommend the nursery!

My Daughter started this nursery when she was around 13 months old and settled almost instantly thanks to the support and approach of the staff here. She is now 2.5 years old and still has the same enthusiasm to go to nursery and talks about it at the end of the day. The nursery feels safe and is always clean with dedicated areas for each age group. The staff are all very helpful and friendly with a smiling face as soon as you enter. I would recommend this nursery every time.

Nursery on the Green in Norwood Green is excellent. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I sent both my boys to this nursery and they both absolutely loved it. My older son has a hearing impairment and they made me feel so reassured that he is interacting with other children (which was my worry) as well as giving me regular updates on his well being and progress - my son is now a confident little 6 year old boy. My youngest one is so happy going to nursery and he has learnt so much from there. He learnt the whole of twinkle twinkle little star with hand actions at the mere age of 14 months! I feel content my child is there and I know he is being well looked after and he is safe - which is the most important thing. Nursery on the Green make such an effort with every occasion from tea parties to children making painted canvases for Mother’s Day- I really do look forward to these events. I have recommended this nursery to my friends and family and I will continue to do so.

My daughter enjoys going to nursery. I have seen a change in her learning and she loves the activities on offer at the nursery. The staff are always helpful with feedback on her day at nursery and the staff are always helpful in answering any questions I have.

The staff are all very friendly and approachable. My son has attended this nursery since he was eleven months old and has been cared for and loved by all of the staff in each room, not just his key workers. The deputy managers are very helpful, kind and supportive. It is a lovely nursery.

My husband and I could not be happier with Nursery on the Green! Our daughter loves going, it's such a reassuring feeling as a parent when you drop your child off every day and they are just so happy to be there. The staff are so attentive and you can tell they genuinely love their jobs! I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

An outstanding and well run nursery with friendly, helpful and most importanly caring staff. I've been so impressed that all of my 3 children have attended over the years with my youngest in pre school 2 at the moment. All of them have really enjoyed their time at the nursery. Some of the highlights for me have been the graduation events and the weekend activites that not only bring the children together but also the local community. The day activities and care of my children have really helped them to develop and be ready for school. My youngest child has created a special bond with the staff and will regularly share his happy moments with us as a result. Sometimes my older kids will come along to pick him up after school and the staff still remember them and take time to catch up which is really nice and shows they really care. Take it from a very happy and grateful parent that this nursery is highly recommended.

My son is in preschool year one. I feel everyone is his key person as he has such a lovely relationship with all. I have been so amazed by this nursery since day one. My eldest went here, he is now 10 and he was super happy here and was looked after so well. My son loves it there as do I. This year has amazed me more than ever with the way the nursery has decorated each festival and really bought it home to the children. My son loved each experience as did I. Christmas feels like Christmas in the nursery for sure. I love this nursery as I feel they know my child and us so well. He is so well looked after, loved and so happy to go in and also when I pick him up. I love the ladies, some looked after my eldest. All the staff are great. I will really miss this place as my son moves on. If only schools can operate in such a manner.

Both my children have been in the care of NOG and our experience as a family has been wonderful. We feel that our daughter is safe and happy when she attends nursery and enjoys the hands-on activities the staff prepare. They set themes for the week which support my daughter's interests. The food is prepared on-site which also accommodates her dietary needs. The staff at NOG also supported us as a family when we were having some sleep issues with my daughter; they followed a structure to help her sync her sleep pattern which made a world of difference to us. There is a warmth to the nursery which I did not feel when looking around at other nurseries and for this reason, I have recommended many of my friends and family to the nursery. They do a brilliant job in supporting children through their little life stages. Thank you.

Our son has been going here for almost a year and we can't speak highly enough of the staff. Amazing atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming. Our son settled super quick and loves going to nursery, we have no concerns over his safety and all the staff members take great care and pride in their work. Keep up the great work.

Myself and my husband couldn't recommend Nursery on The Green enough. From when we first viewed it back in 2015 we instantly had a good feeling about the staff and nursery as a whole. There is great communication with parents and the children's transition between rooms is well managed. Both our sons attended from 10 months in the baby room all the way through to pre-school. Although we are sad that now our youngest has left to start school, we also couldn't be more grateful for the start they gave our children in preparing them for this next step. Our boys loved going to nursery to see both their friends and the staff. It has excellent facilities, they are especially lucky with their outdoor space which is utilised well.

Our son attended the nursery for over a year and he has thoroughly enjoyed his time. The nursery environment truly allowed him to thrive and reach developmental milestones. Thank you to the entire staff and all his key workers for always being so attentive and encouraging.

My son has really enjoyed his time at Nursery on the Green and developed immensely over the last 6.5 months, whilst attending 2 long days per week. He joined at the age of 1 and all the ladies have been brilliant with him. He is in a much better place in terms of his speech and interaction than when he started. Our older son attended the nursery for a few months back in 2020 also, therefore the level of service has not been a surprise. The parentzone app works really well and is updated without fail - this provides regular updates and reassurance on a daily basis. The weekly updates from the Managers are appreciated, the ladies work with a smile on their faces. It is with a heavy heart that we are moving my son to a nursery closer to home (having moved houses during the last academic year). Both boys will be together. Fingers crossed things work out ok.
