The personal attention all babies get is really nice and touching, and she bonded well with her key person and buddies. We both work full time with no family around to chip into childcare, so for us it vital that we know she's happy and enjoying her days while we are apart. They do so many exciting things - I don't think I could provide that much stimulation if we were at home together. The little ones seem to learn something new each day.
Overall, we are very happy with the nursery and love the staff.

My Journey with Bright Horizons started through a company acquisition in 2009 and I have been Nursery Manager at RAF Northolt since October 2012. I have a BTEC National diploma in childhood studies and have over 20 years’ experience. My passion for childcare and Early Years started with a year 10 work experience position and has grown over the years of working within the childcare sector in various roles. I enjoy working with people and believe that childcare is one of the most rewarding jobs you can do. Watching the children grow into active learners, where their individuality can shine and their confidence grows. Working with a motivated staff team all striving for the same outcome and learning opportunities for the children in a safe and stimulating environment. I am also passionate about supporting our families on their journey through their child’s early years.
