The nursery at RAF Northolt is a purpose-built building offering bright and airy rooms. The nursery has a highly qualified and dedicated staff team that provides a fun and caring environment for children to nurture and develop.

Children learn through Unique Growing Programmes such as Growing Readers and Mathematicians. Physical activities are also an important part of a child’s day and the children engage in exercise through an Active Athletes programme. The nursery also offers extracurricular activities.

All meals are included in the nursery fees and are prepared onsite by the nursery cook. Meals are created using fresh ingredients and meet individual dietary requirements.

In addition, settling in sessions are provided free of charge enabling children to get to know their key worker and familiarise themselves with the nursery environment.

Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt has been such a wonderful addition to our family life. All the staff are so friendly and always go the extra mile for us. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery every day and this is down to all their excellent work and the wonderful teams they have.

Bright Horizons Northolt is a fantastic organisation. As a first time father, I was nervous about entrusting my little boy into the hands of strangers. Bright Horizons Northolt have not only provided him with a loving environment in which to develop, they have also demonstrated fantastic communication
skills, ensuring I’m constantly provided with updates on what he’s doing, how he’s eating and even photos and videos of him playing with friends or learning new skills. I cannot recommend Bright Horizons strongly enough.

My daughter really enjoys going to Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt. The staff are excellent, very caring and attentive, and I can tell they are invested in the development of my daughter. She regularly comes home having learnt new things, particularly when it comes to movement or being creative. The
staff have a very positive and happy demeanour. They had a wonderful summer fete; it was a credit to the management team for making this a success.

Bright Horizons Northolt have such amazing and caring staff members.


All show the same level of support, understanding and attention to detail that makes them the best nursery my child has attended.


This nursery has extra pressures imposed on all staff purely due to its location. All staff deal

with the absence of a parent extremely well. They all show that they get support to help the children. But going one step further they demonstrate such attentiveness to the welfare of the parent/guardian left behind.


The two-way conversations easily keep you as the customer feeling informed and in control. If anything is disliked by the child, additional support needed, medical assistance such as giving medication, applying creams etc. All of this is taken care of by staff without any qualms.

Really pleased with the nursery so far. Baby room staff are always so friendly and caring towards the children in the room. Love the updates that are on the app and makes us appreciate all the activities the staff do with the children. The outside area has been improved recently which makes it even
nicer. Feel it is a safe environment for the kids inside and outside. I think my son eats better than I do when he’s in nursery!

I have used this nursery for 7 years now and they are amazing. The staff are really good, with very little turnover so great for continuity for children. The staff are easy to approach, they ensure they know how the children are feeling at the start of the day and ensure the children settle well each
day.
The communication is good and has got even better with the use of the app which provides information such as activities, meal information, nappy changes etc. Management communicate information effectively through this but are also happy to speak in person or over the phone.
They set up a wide range activities daily for the children to help them learn/ develop through play.
I wouldn’t hesitate to refer this nursery, the level of care is fantastic and I love how my children have/are developing whilst attending.

My child started at Bright Horizons nursery at the end of July and has come on leaps and bounds. In the last month he has gone from saying the odd word to babbling all day long.


We love that we get photo updates and observations throughout the day! He is always happy to go to nursery and we love

to see him playing with the other children and staff when I pick up.


The management staff are always really quick and helpful when responding to our numerous amounts of queries.


Overall the nursery and its staff are fabulous.

My son has gone to Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt since he was 10 months old, he is now 3. It is a brilliant Nursery my son absolutely loves it there. He asks daily if he is going to nursery today, even on a Saturday.


The staff and management team have always gone above and beyond for my son. Helping

him with all of his sensory needs with various water and messy play activities and supporting us as a family.

Staff are absolutely amazing. Feels like family. My child absolutely loves all the teachers and is always happy to go to nursery in the morning. Children do lots of different activities throughout the day. Meals are nice (wish there were more breakfast options apart from cereal but otherwise great!)
Really glad they do Super sports on Tuesday. My child is a lot more coordinated and confident thanks to that. Overall, I feel we are so lucky with this nursery!

All staff are very dedicated to the children - they clearly care about them and enjoy teaching and playing with them. The activities are varied and imaginative. The staff are keen to support the children in important life skills, e.g. encouragement of my child to take care of and be gentle with babies
was very helpful before their new sibling arrived!

I sent my daughter to Bright Horizons when she was nine months old, and she happily stayed until she was school-age.
My son is now in the nursery and has recently moved to Bluebells. He now goes in happily, which eases the stress from me when I have to leave him.
Whichever room they are in, I have
full confidence in the staff members. They are so friendly and approachable, and they always contact me if there have been any incidents.

We visited Bright Horizons for our parents' evening. The staff were so friendly and helpful with questions and they set up tables to explain different activities the children take part in. We got to talk to everyone and had a good chat with our son's key person.

My little boy attends Bright Horizons at RAF Northolt and has been going for a little while now. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting, he absolutely loves it there and all the team that works there and so do we! They really care about your little ones and are just as invested as you are in

My son is in the baby room and they are always ready to help. They are very accommodating to his individual needs. The nursery as a whole is very friendly. I know I can go to any staff member if I have a question. The management team, is always ready to answer any questions I have about funding or tax-free

Cassie began her early years journey in 2017 while studying Health and Social Care, completing a placement at one of the nurseries. After discovering her passion for early years, she decided to join Bright Horizons as an apprentice and has since supported branches in Maidenhead, Mount Vernon, Watford, and now Northolt.


Working across settings has been incredibly rewarding—supporting teams, nurturing educators, and helping children thrive. She is deeply committed to creating safe, enriching environments where every child feels valued and confident as they grow.

My name is Lauren, I have worked within Bright Horizons since 2010 I then joined RAF Northolt in 2015. I have been working in childcare for ten years; I have worked with ages from 3 months to 3 years. I have a level 3 NVQ in Childcare and Education.


I enjoy watching children grow and develop through the different activities that are provided; I enjoy supporting members of staff with their own growth and professional development, working together to provide the best opportunities for children and families that attend our nursery.
