Kindred Hainault Nursery & Pre-school

Happy child = happy parents.

My daughter loves coming to nursery she always comes out happy and sometimes never wants to leave, we get regular daily updates of what she's been doing in the day. The only negative is that since changing from Dizzy Ducks to Kindred it has become more money orientated. For my family we needed to drop my daughter off 20 minutes early yet the nursery want to charge me a full hour, I did suggest that I'd pick her up 20 minutes early so it's not any extra time but management said that's not possible.

My son has been attending Kindred for the last few years, after switching from another nursery. Staff are attentive and enthusiastic, and the communication is fantastic. We love the app used to communicate updates and chat with staff when needed. My son always comes home happy and we have noticed advances in his development from his time spent at nursery. Would really recommend, and we are so happy we chose Kindred.

My son loves attending and he can't wait to jump out of the car every morning to see his friends.

I’m really just enjoying seeing my little girl grow at Kindred Hainault have played a big part in that.

My daughter has been attending baby room for over a year and absolutely loves it. She looks forward to coming into nursery and has built great relationships with the staff members and children in the room and we know that she is being well looked after. She is learning new stuff everyday and are very happy with her progress. Thank you to all the staff members at Kindred Hainault.

I am so pleased with this nursery, my daughter has settled in very well, she absolutely loves attending nursery. She simply runs off in the morning forgetting all about me, lol. She’s very happy here, all the staff are very attentive and have the children’s best needs in mind always. There is a range of various activities for children to do daily and my little one always enjoys her day. My daughter has learned so much while being at Kindred and that’s all down to the hard work of the staff. I’m particularly proud of the management during these testing Covid times, keep up the hard work Kindred, you're just fabulous.

Facilities are big with good outdoor space and a variety of food options. Overall extremely happy with the Kindred Hainault nursery. I would definitely recommend it to another parent.

It’s a joy to watch my son run into nursery smiling and to be greeted warmly by the staff. I have found the team at Kindred Hainault to be professional and friendly with the child's wellbeing at the centre of everything they do. His speech has improved greatly and he is thriving under their care. He loves spending time outside and the outside learning facilities at Kindred Hainault are fantastic.

All the ladies who work with him are professional friendly and caring. The nursery has been very accommodating to our needs and we would definitely recommend it to others.

My daughter started in April. I was sceptical about sending her to nursery as she has Downs Syndrome but the staff are so nice and reassuring, I honestly feel at ease as I know she is in good hands. And even though it’s been a month I have noticed a change in my daughter. She is trying to talk more which makes me so happy. I am terrible with names but all the staff in the baby room are amazing and thank you to the senior nursery manager who answered all my questions. Thank you for doing such a great job

My son has been attending Kindred Hainault for two years now, for three days a week and he always has a great time. He's made some really good friendships there and it's been invaluable during Covid-19. They've also be very careful with their Covid-19 measures and there have been very few issues. They've definitely put him on the right track for reception.

I have had all three of my children attend this nursery, my first one started in 2016 and I am currently still using their services, throughout this time I have always experienced positive outcomes in my children’s development. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and any small problem that might of occurred has been dealt with efficiently. The nursery itself always seems clean and has lots of outdoor space. Most importantly my children always want to go, they love being there and have plenty to tell me about all the things they have done.

This nursery is fantastic! We started sending our child here a few months ago and he has loved every minute of it. Not only do they do fun activities with the kids, but my child's skills and behaviours seemed to have improved ten fold. The staff are really good with kids and even helped our child nap in the afternoons - something we had failed to successfully do! Amazing place and highly recommend.

Little one loved coming back to see his friends and staff. Totally enjoys attending and always have great things to tell me at pick up. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Management always more than willing work with parents on any requests/suggestions of improvement.

So happy to have my son back to nursery. He had a great first week back. Thank you all at Kindred for the smooth transition back to nursery. Very much appreciated. The care and attention is fantastic and the benefit of socialisation and activities is evident.

My little one has been going here for the last year. She is very happy with the facilities and food provided. I am happy with the daily updates, staff are very friendly and approachable.

In a span of little more than a month, I have seen improvement in his eating habits, speech, eye contact and overcoming shyness of my 26-month-old boy. I also appreciate the prompt response of the staff members on occasions when my child was not well.

The staff have always been so lovely and caring which has helped my daughter settle into nursery and make friends. She also has made great relationships with the staff in her class and is always looking forward to seeing them.

I would and have recommended this nursery to others as I am very happy with their care and facilities.
