I am extremely pleased with the care and support my child receives at this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development. From the moment we joined, they made both my child and our family feel very welcome and comfortable.
The
team creates a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe and happy to learn. They plan engaging activities that support learning through play, helping the children build confidence, creativity, and social skills. It's wonderful to see how much my child enjoys attending each day and how much progress they have made.
The staff are also very supportive and communicative with parents. They regularly share updates about the children's activities and development, and they are always happy to offer advice or answer questions. It's clear that they truly care about every child and work hard to meet their individual needs.

We are very happy with the nursery and truly appreciate the care and attention the staff give to our daughter every day. The team is always friendly, supportive, and professional, and it is clear that they genuinely care about the children.
Our daughter enjoys coming to nursery and has learned so
many new things while being there. It gives us great peace of mind knowing she is in a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.

Very happy with this nursery, my daughter loves going there. They practice many interesting activities, the children have a great time. The staff is responsive and always answers all the questions we have.

My child has been at Kindred for the past 18 months and I have been really impressed by the care he gets here. He has close relationships with lots of the staff, who have really helped to settle him when he joined and when he moved up to the next class. He has a lovely set of friends and is showing
good development in all areas. He eats well (amazing chef!) and the staff update me regularly. He often says he wants to go to nursery! I feel that I have chosen the best possible nursery for him and he is thriving!

Excellent staff! My elder daughter was going there and she absolutely loved it, especially the preschool team. My younger one has medical issues and everyone is really supportive and doing their best to support her. I love the communication between the the teachers/admin staff and the parents, I get
updates and reports constantly that puts my mind in ease.

I have sent my son to this nursery. He was very happy with the staff in the preschool room. He has built lovely relationships with the other children. The staff are lovely and are amazing and I would recommend as my child loves the ladies in the room they are so caring and loving. Also they make
fresh meals and my boy loves the food the chef great too!

It has been the first and last nursery I have been visiting before my son started nursery. From the moment I went in, I knew this is the one!
My son loves this nursery, it has not been even one day, to refuse to go, and it is been 2 years now.
I am so happy about this, and now my daughter is in
there as well!
Cannot be more happier for the love and care, and for all the skills that my son gained is in this nursery!
Also, the admin team is extremely supportive!
I am very grateful for all this!

From the moment I stepped into the nursery, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by every member of the staff. Their genuine enthusiasm and commitment to creating a positive environment made our twin girls feel right at home. Throughout their time at the nursery, our daughters have thrived in
every imaginable way, growing into confident and independent individuals while forming meaningful friendships. The diverse activities offered cater to their interests, allowing them to choose freely and learn something new each day. I have always felt welcomed and valued by the nursery community, with every request met attentively. Special thanks to three members of staff in particular and the entire team for their role in our daughters' lives. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery for its nurturing environment and positive impact on our family's journey. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our girls to grow and thrive.

My son has been going to Kindred Hainault Nursery & Pre-school since he was 1 year old (he is now 3) and from day one, I have felt he was in very safe hands. The staff are warm and understanding (I was very nervous post-pandemic about being away from him and they were so good about keeping me
updated and listening to our needs) and they get to know the children so well. My son has been slow with his speech and they're very supportive with and invested in his speech development. He's also made some great friends and always comes home a happy boy. I would highly recommend Kindred Hainault!

Excellent place. The staff are amazing. Five years before my eldest one went to this nursery, she enjoyed going to the nursery every day, with no complaint at all, after five years I have chosen them again for my little one. I will strongly recommend it.

The boys have loved Kindred since we moved them from a different placement. There is such a difference in how children are interacted with and parents, can't fault anything about this nursery! All staff are amazing and friendly. The boys have come along so much with learning since starting here and
will be sad to be leaving here and starting school.

My son has been going to Kindred Hainault for 1 year now. The staff have all been so friendly and helpful. My son took a while to settle as it's his first time away from me and the staff have all been very accommodating and compassionate to help him to adjust. He is now very settled and loves his
time there.

Our daughter moved to Kindred just over a year ago as her original nursery closed down with only a week's notice, and we cannot thank the team there enough for making the process so simple as well as providing a superb daily experience for her.
The range of activities they provide is exceptional
through both their lovely in-house team as well as outside people who come in for specific activities (football coaches, etc).
The two gardens, in particular, mean that our very outdoorsy daughter comes home both happy and exhausted - a great combination.
The in-house chef means we have no worries at all about her diet and often puts our own cooking to shame, as we are reminded by our little one.
Feedback and response times through the app are exceptional, and the management team are nothing but helpful when it comes to the administration and behind-the-scenes stuff. It seems no request is too much when it comes to our daughter's requirements.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amazing members of staff and services. Our experience started a little bad in the way that our little one didn’t want to stay at school, but the members of the staff were very kind and patient with our little one. Really amazing services; I couldn’t be more thankful as our little one loves to go
there!

We placed our daughter with Kindred Hainault in the baby room after our previous nursery was closed after an Ofsted inspection. As you can imagine, we were very nervous to start again with a new nursery having not had a great first experience. Our daughter has flourished - she’s moved from baby room
to tots and is now in pre-school. Her confidence has grown tenfold; she is so excited to attend 3.5 days a week; they are involved in and learn so much - it just amazes me! The staff are fantastic; I literally cannot fault them, and the manager is so warm and friendly; she always has time for parents and puts us at ease when our daughter started with Kindred. Two ladies in the preschool room arrange and partake in so many activities for the children, The chef is so kind, and the children have a vast range of food to eat and healthy snacks to keep them going. I couldn’t recommend Kindred Hainault enough - my only regret is that we didn’t place her there in the beginning!

My oldest daughter went from age 1 to pre-school and she loved it there. She learnt so much and was well prepared for school thanks to the team at Kindred Hainaut.
My youngest is currently there at the moment and they are very loving and caring and completely zoned into what your child needs. My
daughter loves it and all the staff, I am so grateful for the love and support they have shown both of them. I would not send my children anywhere else.

My eldest attended this nursery a few years ago and I just knew that I would do the same for my youngest. The staff at this nursery are all so kind and attentive, nothing is too much for them. As they always do their best to assist you. The girls in the baby's room are so lovely, the level of care,
effort, and development they have put in for my youngest has been amazing.

Really happy with my toddlers progression so far. She looks forward to her nursery sessions and thoroughly enjoys her time interacting with other children. She has been looked after well and the staff are wonderful.
